Daily buss not stop in request stop only me all buss or stop in request stop

Hello TSRTC,

This is P.Teja. The reason I'm this Email is that; I did reservation of a seat throught TSRTC website, for bus with service number: 7985 which is on 7th October. But When I get to the bus. There is someone else in my seat (#22) and he said he bought the ticket. So I consulted Bus Driver (Mahesh). He said that, 'I gave him the ticket as in booking list I got, it is showing seat numer 22 is available'.

So, whom I need to ask now. As it is not a mistake of Bus Driver nor the person who bought the ticket and sat in my reserved seat.

I booked ticked through the TSRTC website around 4:00 AM and the bus departure is at 5:15AM, but they didn't get the updated reservation list, so they gave ticket to other person.

Now, I'm seating beside driver (seat which is available at door).

Thus, I request TSRTC to look into this matter. And solve it as soon as possible.

Personally, I suggest to keep updating the driver and bus conductor about the reserved seat which are booked at last minute.

There is no proper details given before the travel starts, and the bus driver is behaving very rude switching off the AC and the bus for 00:45mins (at Majestic bus stand), is this what we are paying 1400/- and these are the main reasons for TSRTC to become the worst transport for intercity travel.
For boarding at 9pm the message and details are forwarded at 10:08pm screenshot attached.

The worst travel experience ever in the past 10years

The lady conductor was very rough and roud with the passenger including a female and a small boy and insisted on a man sit along with the female passenger seat where other side gens are sitting on the female seat, this lady conductor needs basic training to handle the passengers, who she is treating like very respectable manner, according to few daily passengers, she is misbehaving most of the time, this is her habit, it's Rajender Nagar depo bus 5K, 6 pm at Secunderabad

I have travelled from JBS to Godavarikhani in bus number AP19Z3368 Deluxe on 1/10/2022, Driver is very rude in bahaviour, he collected money for ticket, given 500 by me, fare: 360, he gave reversal of 40, but 100 rupees avoided to give reversal, i asked to him about 100 reversal he told i have given to you in very rude manner, by the way he skipped me and went away with bus in godavarikhani bus station.

My name is Muhaymin, I have travelled from Sulthanabad to Jammikunta bus. The conductor forced to take a luggage ticket for unnecessary because that luggage look like a TV box. He took ticket of ₹60.I request the authority to refund my money back.

I actually booked a ticket online to travel from jbs to karimnagar the service number I got in the ticket is 7046 boarding time is 8:35 but I got the contact details of the driver at 8:50 I saw the message at 8:54 and I had to call the driver to ask where the bus was he was pretty rude to me in giving the directions and the bus service number is 7112 which he did not intimate me beforehead and I kept searching for the bus driver contact details [protected]...

Im Subhash Bonkanti hailing from Utnoor, Adilabad. Working in Health Department. I have come to Hyderabad on an important office work on 27 sep 2022 throught TSRTC Bus. And booked return ticket from Hyderabad to Utnoor same in TSRTC busticket number TRAS56149393 seat no. 21
The bus is about to start at 8pm. I have reached the MGBS station at 7.30pm in-the time between 7.30-8pm i have kept my office bag in my seat and went for washroom. I couldn’t find the bag after I returned. My bag contains very very important documen Related to my department activities. after the incident i have raised a complaint to bus driver and police nearby but they didn’t respond positively. they denied to check the CC Cameras in the MGBS bustand. Pls help me to get my bag back please

The bus number `142y which is scheduled from Dr.ysr colony to secretariat is not being here at time and when it comes, the driver even not horning and he is not stopping at the exact bus premises..please take action or maintain the bus schedules properly.thank you

Taking the express ticket and stopping every where.

This is about 3rd time that i have been waiting for 212/702 more than 2-3hours...bus timing online showing 5:47pm but bus is not at bus stop at 5:47 whenever ask about it they say it's gone at 5:05pm...& the next bus also 7:00pm but it also not there about 7:30pm they informed that bus is not coming due to some issue ... Plz manage your bus properly arrange bus for that route at 5-8pm time...

Bus 127K is not available on Time, when it arrives it's too much crowded that half of the passengers are not attended by conductor due to too much Rush, even after complaining no solution from your side

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Yashashree Lanjewar, a daily passenger of hyderabad city ordinary and metro express bus service want to draw your attention to the unauthorized acts of the bus conductors. This the second time i am facing same issue. When we board bus from hitech metro station the conductors give ticket from madhapur ps till the said bus stop. (Instead of hitech metro to kothaguda they charge ticket from madhapur ps to kothaguda).

I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible, so people will not suffer any more. Last time conductor applogised when I warned him about compalint. But everytime facing the same situation is troublesome.

I boarded tsrtc Garuda bus with SERVICE NUMBER 1298 from Bangalore to kurnool scheduled at 8.15 a.m
1. I got a call from driver at 7.55 a.m yelling at my why I am not there at the bus stand yet. When the departure is at 8.15 a.m, I had 20 more minutes in hand and I was at the busy stand
2. Secondly, there was a stop at anantapur. I told him that I will be going to washroom and he told me to be back in 5 minutes. It was less than 5 minutes and the bus went away from the station without seeing if I was back or not even though I informed him and went.

This ### behaviour is not tolerable and I will never book another Garuda again

I travell Nellore to Ongole many times & i observed your state bus no running timely, many time all buses ulavapadu area stop & loding languages,
I say your service is not public or laggage transport, all your buses stay 30 min & load very heavy laggage/parsal

Bus route :217 buses are not stopping in Alwyn bus stop to board.Today morning i.e., 15/09/2022 at 8:46 AM bus no: 7169 ha not stopped when passengers are at bus stop.This happens every day with these routes.

Due to less buses students are doing footboarding to go to college in time and private employees are waiting for so much time, which giving benefits to private cabs, vehicles
