I have booked seat no 6 from hyd to kothagudem in deluxe service but they allot long travel vechile where seat no 6 is alloted to second driver, this have no option to sit comfortablly.when i ask to driver he said its your mistake to book in online, 1 week back i have travelled this same route in this service the seats were normal, now i have no option to seat in my reserved seat please correct this mistake

I have made reservation for Adilabad from Hyderabad bus no 7396 with ticket number 71120088 the bus was to arrive at 8.45pm .at jubilee busstation at secunderabad . I came to JBS at 8.pm .since then i have been waiting for the bus but till 9.45 pm the bus did not arrive at Adilabad bus platform no 20 at Jubilee bus station. The bus driver stated that he called me but as it was not that number which is provided by TSRTC, i did not receive the call n had been waiting for the bus at platform 20 of Jubilee bus stop The bus driver without picking me from jbs left me inspite of having my seat reserved. Hence i should be either compensatex or i should get refund double the amount of my reservation fare .

Hi, traveling in a Raajdhani Ac bus from Hyderabad to Hanmakonda. TS03Z0016 DRV:214884, worst condition of the bus whole journey every one has to sit straight if we take rest the seat spring action is not working in the whole bus. Driver issuing tickets and this tickets won't be cancel . Commuters please check before taking tickets. Shame on the TSRTC management.

Kindly take an action on his reckless driving

If the TSRTC cleans the buses on every 2 days atleast, it will be comfortable for the people to sit. Normal and palle velugu buses are not being cleaned for weeks, as i have seen many buses are clogged with dust under seats and at edges. some seats are also torn and not recovered yet.

I am Rajesh i am civil engineer working in malkajgiri, , actually I am coming from malkajgiri to mettuguda 16a bus it's going to secunderabad i get down from that bus at u turn in mettuguda cross at that backside 90L bus is coming too fast and (bus is empty) i raised the hand but he didn't stop but some dist long 2 ladies stoped the bus he suddenly break and stoped the bus and the passengers get into the bus and me also, finally what i am saying i stopped the bus but he didn't stop the bus y, , , i am not a passenger or not seeing human. It really hurts me.
Please do any reconciliation to him,
Its my request. It's not only for me for everyone passengers.

I had a worst experience with TSRTC. I booked a bus from kurnool to banglore through redbus app.The bus departure timing at kurnool mentioned in redbus application and tsrtc official website is 11:55 AM and arrival timing at Bangalore (majestic bus stop) is 7:05 PM . But, bus arrived to kurnool late approx 30 mins and we reached Bangalore at 8:40 PM . We arrived almost 1:30 hours late to banglore. We had a another bus booked to cochin at 8:15 PM same day.we missed that bus as we arrived almost 30 mins late.wgen I asked bus driver about the appx timings when we could reach Bangalore as we have already passed 7:30 PM..He is not at all concerned about my issue and spoken very rudely. It is very irresponsible on your side to not mention correct timings.there were no accidents, rain or traffic jams on that day to understand the reason of late arrival at Bangalore. I want this issue to be addressed ASAP and please don't misguide your passengers with incorrect timings on official websites and other sites as all of time and money are very valuable and we do will have other plans accordingly.my sincere request is please provide the trust worthy services to the public.please find my ticket ID: TRCQ96069965.We booked bus on December 8th 2022.driver:ch.srinivas.

Today i.e, 14/12/2022, i was travelling in khammam bus.i got into the bus in ibrahimpatnam to travel to nandigama at 9 40 AM(bus no::TS04Z0143, CONDUCTOR NAME IS RAJYALAKSHMI).I gave 100 rs to conductor and she didnt return the remaining amount. and she didnt ask driver to stop at the station i need to get down and stopped too far from my office which created inconvenience to my job in the morning.I asked for money before getting down the bus she replied in a very rude manner that" i[censored] want your remaining amount come to bus stand " and she just asked driver to start the bus and they went off without returning my remaining amount.she asked me to come to nandigama bus stand if i want my money back and she shouted on passengers that u complaint where ever u want to complaint.In this way they are exorting the money from passengers.I request you to please take necessary action on their rude and harsh behavior with passengers.

My Bus was at 6:30pm but driver called me at 5:50pm and he was hurring me to come at 6pm, bus was started but you only late like that he is arguing with me, I asked him what’s the time of departure why r calling to me that much times like that I ask to him, and the drivers not able to switch off the lights all over the night, this Is very bad thing I never face with TSRTC, I’m really disappointed sir

My bus service no 1595, actually time in miyapur at 10.40pm, but bus came at 11.45pm that bus driver thr way of talking is very bad and no communication.
My train in vijayawada at 6am.whther we have to reach or not on time no idea.

I was overcharged rs190 by Autorickshaw driver bearing registration number TS 04 UB 4249 for 4 kms at Khammam. Guy simply refused to take agreed amount of money. Rs 140 and demanded Rs 50. Basically refused to move till money is given.

Respected sir, I am Saishashank Nathi I was traveling to Hyderabad and Hanamkonda in a express service in which total seats are filled and maximum standing capacity was also occupied but still the driver and conducter are stopping bus in every stop and allowing the new passengers to stand already the bus full and many are standing without a movement due to overcrowding while asking the conducter not to allow new customer he is giving negligiable answers I request you to please find following persons and make sure it won't be repeated again and also runore services so that the problem won't happen again and bus number is AP36 Z 0219. A City bus driver at night time drove rash over an accident scene. A small accident occurred between 2 bikes and and everyone stopped but the Bus driver didn't stop and continuous dragged the right size body to a biker which lead to near miss of death of a biker damaging the bike handle and right shoulder rupture to biker

TSRTC Bus service 7750 was delayed by nearly 1 hour 30 minutes to reach JBS. No information about the dealy.

One express bus not stopped at tekulakpally pi centre daily at 08.10 am.kindly instructions give to bus conductor and driver to stop at daily.

I am a lady passenger, travelling twice from Prakash Nagar to Kondapur and Kondapur to Prakash Nagar in 10H bus on a daily basis.
On dated 5th December 2022, I have completed my duty & from Madhapur Police Station Bus Stop I have boarded at around 9.00 pm and was going to Prakash Nagar in TSRTC bus (10H) bearing the bus number AP28Z 3639.
During my travel the bus conductor Mr. Srimanchalam was collecting the ticket amount and issuing the tickets to my nearby passengers and whereas he did not ask me for the ticket.
As a responsible conductor, his or her prime responsible is to collect the amount from each passengers and issue the tickets or need to verify the valid bus pass of the passengers.

Mid of the way one of the senior official came inside the bus for inspection. Meanwhile Mr. Shankar Senior official asked me to show the ticket. At the same time, I told him nobody has issued me the ticket. How can u are expecting the ticket from me. Immediately Mr. Shankar issued a challan (No: 89224) of Rs 230 and forced me to sign the challan and pay the same amount immediately through UPI.

Then I tried to explain regarding my concern. But both of them started arguing with me and same time the bus conductor was behaving inappropriately & such a advancing manner towards me. In addition, the conductor scolded very bad words in front of the passengers after the senior official got down at Sanath Nagar Bus stop. Money is not a matter. In a day we are spending money everywhere. But this type of behavior which is not acceptable under section 499 and 500 IPC for defamation and assault under section 323 of IPC.

However, it is very sorry to say that, with these types of behaviour, how can anyone especially woman passengers can get proper justice and travel safely in a public transfer to their destination…

Government is taking so many positive initiation in the Telangana State for Women Safety and Security and also conducting so many awareness programs and preventive measures throughout the state.

However, a small virus (like this type of bus conductor) can spoil entire positive efforts and awareness programs. Hence it is suggested to educate and proper necessary action to be taken against these type of people.

Transgenders are bothering people standing at KPHB busstop for money.
We had booked a bus to Srisailam from Kphb. Bus was late by 2 hr 30 mins.So, we were standing at KPHB bus stop in Hyderabad and within a span of 2 hrs there were around 10-15 transgenders asking people at bus stop for money. This has been an issue since long and very uncomfortable.
Please take some action against them.

Please take severe action regarding this issue
Such an arrogant person may not suitable as conductor.
