I had noticed rude behaviour of the Conductor. He was not able to answer passenger's questions politely. Try to help them know, how to answer passenger's questions. Please take action on the conductor who is on duty in the bus.

I am traveling from Khammam to hyderabad in Rajadhani (AC) TS04Z0201 bus with a Fare of Rs. 500 which is higher than fare of normal busses because it is air-conditioned. BUT After 30mins of journey, the AC stopped working. It is suffocating heavily and there are many small babies traveling in the bus that they are unable to breathe properly due to suffocation as there is no chance to open the windows for ac busses...this is really worst maintenance ever and my fare of Rs. 500 gone waste and moreover I am having a troublesome travel. There is no minimum cleanliness in the bus..This is not at allll fair with TSRTC that there is no minimum check before the start of journey..

Sir, we travelled thorrur to Gurthur, i lost my Medical reports and medicine, and along with laggage, please help me... I already informed to the Narsampet bus depot. They are simply quit this problem, so many times I call him, they don't respond..

I booked 3 bus tickets on 11th of Jan from hyderabad to armoor. Money got debited from my account (1140/-) but I didn't get any ticket details. I even checked the website after some time and it showed me that the seats I booked are open for booking (not booked). I didn't get the ticket and I didn't even get my money back. So please help me with this issue and give me a refund.

No bus available for people who want to travel to SURYAPET or NAKREKAL, even though they provided city bus for SURYAPET passengers which is actually has to travel from MGBS to KHAMMAM, they are taking 280/- per head and giving KHAMMAM ticket, and this whole this is happening at our festival MAKARA SANKRANTI.
This is not driver or conductors fault, this is TSRTC management fault and their interest in money.

The bus from patancheru to secunderabad (219) bus are way to less now and we have to wait hour for 1 bus and it's very difficult for students who go to college tgis issue wasn't before it is happening from few weeks please provide more busses in this route because shortage of bus is causing way too many people in 1 bus

People were feeling very uncomfortable,
unfortunately this is not notified by the authorities. we heve borded the bus @6.45pm.
the bus has been stopped at Andhra vilas hotel. at 10.45pm and where there is no food available they are serving the fast food and some people even they don't got food . as the driver said that we have seen lot of hotels and stopped here is TSRTC drivers are getting bribes from the hotel authorities why they are stopping only at this place where i saw 5to6 busses stopping there for food though there no food available there. where other hotels are open . why they can't stop at the other hotels this is the second i've been observing this thing.

This only shows how responsible that TSRTC is in regards of a customer.

Kindly provide more number of busses from bachupally to waverock. The busses are very rare. In the morning and evening.
It is becoming very difficult for common people to travel via jntu busses due to high charges. As tsrtc increased the bus charges kindly increase the number of busses too..
Please understand the common people needs. Provide atleast a bus for an hour.

Hi Sir,
I had boarded tsrtc city bus on 30th December 2022 from Secunderabad to Koti.
There was Red Signal at Abids GPO..Despite sone vehicles already abiding by Law and halting at the signal, the Bus driver jumped the Signal in a Rash and Negligent manner.
I asked the conductor as how can the driver be so irresponsible and being government servant and responsible citizen he should follow the rule.
He answered in negative.
I hereby request the concerned authorities to kindly pls check into the matter and take strict action against the driver.
The CCTV footage can be verified and checked from Abids GPO signal towards Koti.
The timing is between 3:05-3:10PM
Following are the Bus details.

Now i was traveling in hanmakonda to uppal xrds, i was informed to driver about charger points which are not working in bus .but his reply was not good ( he repiled as ''its your charger problem' without cross checking, but i was conneted to my laptop it was working ).one of tsrtc employee said you should carry the power bank, given suggestions to me
not only other people also facing same issue.

I was traveling from warangal to hyderabad on 29th Dec 2022 at 8am in TS03Z0414. As we reached pendiala bus driver stopped bus in middle and said AC is not working so that I will arrange other bus. As we asked to move and asked no need of AC. Actually bus driver not cross verified weather AC is working or not. I have seen AC is not working since starting point. We were standing on road since 1 hour and driver is answering very rude. Most of the passengers need to catch filght, even I was on my way to office which I got delay to meeting by this driver actions. TSRTC need to take action on him due to his reckless behavior. I have photos and ticket I traveled as an evidence.
