Respected Sir, I've losted my TSRTC Metro Buss Pass 11/09/2022 and I've taken the another fresh Metro Bus Pass on 12/08/2022 and someone a auto driver has called me and gave me the old bus pass returned back when I've taken fresh pass so can u plz cancel my new buss pass and will refund my amount to me.my what's app number.[protected]

Ticket price hiked suddenly as saying special bus but didn't mention on board or by saying, when called to Khammam Depot manager gave negligible answer, this is not fair to TSRTC, how can a common man can afford such prices, please take necessary action bus number is AP29Z1905, designing of complaints is excellent it is not taking atleast 60kb image saying file size is too long.hatsoff, how can a common man afford tis price hike in a short span.

He argued with me journalist pass not valid in Sunday . I wait 30 minits for bus to go kothagudem . I ask him to give his superior no . But he bhave rude . And said getout from the bus . Compliant on me . Journalist pass not valid in Sunday

I am passanger from korutla . I have came to korutla bus stand to travel from korutla to raikal . After I reached the bus station the bus has came to the bus stand within 5 minutes but the was not started till 1 hour . Even I went to the driver of the bus but he said a worst reason that the another bus has been cancelled so this bus should wait till 1 hour . I got worst experience in traveling in this tsrtc bus . Even we can't in the bus because the bus was parked beside a toilet where we are are getting bad smell and we have also biten by mosquitos . So I request the tsrtc management to take a strict action on the korutla bus depot.

Dear sir
Today i have boarded AP29Z 3540 at around 3 pm at paradise center, secunderabad. Conductor behaved very rood rudely and asked me to get down from the bus as he doesn’t have change for 50 rupees and was behaving rude and yelling at me. At the end he gave me the ticket and change.
I want to bring this to you notice and take proper action at his behavior

Description

We have booked a ticket from Kukatpally Village to Aswaraopet and selected boarding point as KKP Village.

We have been calling the driver from the bus start time to find out it's location in order to reach before time.

Second time when we called he told that they are loading the luggage in KPHB Colony.

After waiting for long time when we called, he told us to come to MGBS for boarding the bus . He would wait there for us until we come, which is not possible due to heavy traffic.
It would take 1-1.5 hours for us to reach MGBS from Kukatpally Village.

He did not stop the bus at the selected point but far away from it, though there is not much traffic.

We have waited at out stop for nearly 45 minutes.

While calling the TSRTC complaint number, driver simply said our phone is not reachable, which is senseless response. This is not acceptable and we had to cancel our journey because of this bus negligence.

Please take necessary action and refund our amount.

A Bus Which Mehdipatnam To Aram Ghar Bus No (AP29Z3216) Try To Hit Me When i show a hand to stop the bus on the Bus Stop he directly take bus infront of me and he didn’t stop it i move aside that’s why i saved myself Take a strict Action he is driving it very carelessly.

Today morning while travelling from warangal to khammam, the bus i travelled (TS 04 UD 0666) has worst Shock-absorption/ suspension, due to which all the passengers travelled, (especially back-seats) faced a lot of bumps & shocks throughout the journey which is highly pathetic. we experienced a worst bus journey ever. Pregnant women, aged people will be surely affected by travelling through this bus. The Highway roads are super good. So, i request TSRTC to direct the kind authority for immediate rectification/repair & to maintain the good condition of bus.

The bus was going from khammam to Hyderabad, so the i want to travel between khammam to Suryapet between two stops
So I know that Suryapet is the important stop between this two poin the driver sad there is no stop after it. He

Dated on 31.08.2022, I traveled in a metro bus with an ordinary pass so that as mentioned in the back of an ordinary pass they should have to collect only Rs.10 for the combination ticket but the Conductor asked for Rs.20 then I was questioned for the extra pay, he/she replied that fare has been raised and you have to pay that's it, I argued with her about the fare that before going to take extra fare you should have to mention it on the instruction of the ordinary pass and so so...
My suggestion is that you either print it on the instructions page or take it as per the mentioned fare only

I traveled from palvoncha to Hyderabad in 34341 service Rajasthani in which ac is not maintained properly and driver is rude because of this my journey is of worst experience and not even able to sleep is this the service we are provided for paying that much price for this Rajasthani bus?

In some zones t 24 ticket was not valid we have to take a separate ticket event after taking t 24 ticket plz resolve this issue
... From patancheru to isnapur there is city bus but the t 24 ticket was not valid
If this is the case then cancel the bus from patancheru to isnapur ...or make t24 ticket valid

Bus lights not switched off during daytime .. no caretaker observed and no action taken inspite of informed to car taker and bus driver .. not bothering about public property buses ...

Myself Vijay prakash .. had regular journeys with TSRTC.. on 29.08.2022 had journey from mgbs to Suryapet on Rajadhani bus service ticket no 00019333 Dt29.08.2022 8:32am
Service no 2872 ticket fare 320 but I have given 500/- due to non availability bus driver has not returned balance amount Rs180/- marked on return of ticket and I forgotten to take balance amount at time of drop .. i request concerned offical to return my balance amount . Proof of ticket attached for reference

Not able to answer properly behaving worng with passengers, when we asked for water service ..he first refused and behaving rudely and given very hot water bottles which was kept outside AC .that kept with driver .
We are not bothered about water service but compliant is regarding his rude behavioir, kindly take action on this bus care taker .

Today I faced one bad experience with an RTC Bus driver who had such rude driving skills that he had an accident with one family bike. Unfortunately, the family was alive but bike rider lose a leg in accident and the driver also return use abused words, and slap the rider again he left the road same rash driving
