We need a morning bus from ramayampet to medak at 8am, their is huge crowd among the bus which is carried from siddipet to medak
Which touches ramayampet, we are asking a separate bus from ramayampet to medak or siddipet to medak, crowd is increasing day by day, this is 2022 hope so this information which I plotted will be remains in your minds, thank you

Most of 222 buses are not stopping at the stops and buses coming 1hour gap for each bus so many employees are suffering in Busstop to stand up to 1 or 2 hours for bus. Please I'm requesting you all please provide 2 or 3 extra buses in between 6pm to 7pm. 10H buses are so many that maximum buses are coming empty where 222 are 1 bus for hour that also full if that bus not stop at busstop we have to stand till extra 1.30hr it's not good for neglency please provide some of more buses of 222 so it be grateful to us .

Dear Sir,
I have travelled yesterday dated 26th july 22 from Uppal to Hanamkonda in Rajdhani AC Bus bearing No. AP29 z 3318, here in this bus AC is not working at all. Have informed to Driver, he was simply telling will come will come just wait, 1 hr gone, after that so many people has raise the voice than driver came n open the roof window and open the main gate. It was going on still, than we have called to below no. which is given by the driver.[protected], he lift the call after that driver spoken with him. Don't know what he discussed with him. My point when we are paying 360 than why should not we will get the benefit of AC, if AC is not working than why Bus came from Depot. I don't know how many days before this is going on. How u people making fun with general public. People will raise the voice and after that they will keep quite. Hope is this is going on before also. My request plz take the request and do necessary action n correction so that next time other passenger should not be in trouble after paying this much amount. Plz

I boarded this bus 555 with license plate AP 29 Z 3029 and the conductor is talking rash and didn't accept my bus pass as it's eligible and I have to depart at Batasingaram and have boarded in kothapet the timings was at roughly 3:40 in kothapet please take this complaint seriously cause many choutupall and pochampally conductors are talking in harse language and has to take action on em on datejuly 27th

I have booked two tickets from banglore to Hyderabad on 19th through Google pay by paying rs.2560. Due time delay amount got deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Hence I have rebooked again the same seats by paying same amount.
Please help by refunding my amount

I took ticket from Gandimaisama to ESI but due to silly issue (ticket roll is not working) they have stopped and asked to get into other bus
When we took other bus they are also again charging the ticket

Yesterday morning Me and my family travelled from Karimnagar to JBS sation the ticket charge was 840rupees. Today we returned from same JBS sation to karimnagar but the ticket charges are 870 rupees.
Its was 30 rupees difference.
So, please register my complaint and respond to me.

Hi I want to advice RTC that fares are too much to travel in Hyderabad City and also in the district buses like deluxe and super luxury Rajadhani all bus fares are increased too much from may to July for my town fare was increased more than 200 rupees.
I request RTC to lower the fares as public cannot be able to travel with this fare

He mentioned the remaining change backside of ticket.i guess he was intentionally not gave my money even though he noticed that I was getting down.Now I have no money to go my home. Please help me with this

My son is studying inter at kotapet n having students general pass.But daily he is facing problem of non availability of ordinary buses at college time and he is getting late to college n while returning home he is waiting from 5:30-6:30 and reaching home late.
So it's my humble request to provide more ordinary buses than express buses.

Actual departure time from JBS is 06:15AM.
But bus started from JBS bust stop at 07:00AM.
We pay taxes to maintain out timing perfectly.
When i asked driver he is telling that he waiting for my call. I font think so because no driver waits for a passanger for 45mins. Or he has to call passanger. This is not a correct way to serve. And again the bus was stopped at TSRTC logostics for another 20 mins. Completely my journey was delayed for 1+ hours. When we book tickets online and pay taxes is to maintain punctuality on timing. But today it lasted totally.

My name is Sushama. We were travelling from Nandyala to Jadcherla yesterday evening by TSRTC bus. we forgot our bag in a hurry. It is a red and black colored shoulder bag with dresses, raincoat set. It has four compartments. I have attached the bus ticket and bag photos.

Their is no direct bus from sr nagar to medical. As a students we facing lot of problems .we are not getting proper buses from secunderabad also . We are not having any place to get in bus .

Bus AP28Z 3576 was running on road with a big iron part flunging out of bus which hit my vehicle

1) I have booked online reservation tickets on 13/06/2022 for Bangalore-Khammam onward and return journey, ticket Nos. 68056655 & 68056656.

2) Due to change in travel plan I have cancelled on 16/06/2022. I have to get refund of total Rs. 11, 920/- (i.e Rs. 5840 & Rs. 6080).
Till today i.e 17/07/2022 even after one month I have not received the refund.

3) I have called TSRTC customer after two weeks of cancellation, they informed that EBS problem is there, you will get shortly.

4) After one more week I have sent a mail, received a reply the there is a problem in EBS, refunds are getting delayed.

5) No one is telling clearly that when I can get the refund.

On 16th July Hanmakonda buses are going via medipally to Bhongiri, and these buses are empty but not stopped at medipally bus stop. This happened at morning 9:25 a.m . Pls look at the behavior of Bus drivers
