Please provide more hitech City buses so public not get problem to reach office in time

I am from nagole
I study in Ibrahimpatnam
The bus no 279 comes here for every 25-30mins
Which is too long for college students
There're more than 6 btech colleges in the Ibrahimpatnam route
But the buses are very less

And for mehdipatnam for every 2mins there Is bus

My request is to increase the number of buses to Ibrahimpatnam

Atleast keep 1 bus for every 10mins

Respected TSRTC,

I am a daily traveller of 178G (GhouseNagar to Charminar) and 178N (Noori Nagar to Charminar)

These buses are not available since 2 years (since RTC strike) and not availability of these buses is resulting difficulty in travelling for students and daily wage workers

Every student and daily wage workers residing in GhouseNagar and Noori Nagar are facing serious difficulty in travelling from their home to institution/School/College/site

I think there are 150 to 200 students residing in this area facing problem but they were unable to complain We all have the same problem

Till now with patience we people were co-operating.But, now being in such a great problem is very difficult and annoying too

So I request to respected TSRTC team members to make the availability of 178G (GhouseNagar to Charminar) and 178N (Noori Nagar to Charminar)
Please I request you As a Poor Student of Telengana State

Please give my complaint an approval and open these buses for the residents of the given area
And open the buses as they were before RTC strike

Bus was not working in timeing
I was waste my time 2 hr for 18 r bus

The underpass road at Lingampally station gets logged with water even if it rains for 30 mins leading to huge traffic jams. Also due to limitation of height of the underpass, all buses need to take road of one side for both to and fro travel. This problem persists from more than 15yrs now and with increase in traffic it is more difficult to travel. Also the bridge leaks the water in underpass.

Sir, this is student requesting that to provide the buses from srinivas nagar to secundrabad.the issue is that there are only 2 or 3 buses that traveling over these routes, so kindly accept this request as so many peoples are facing problem for this insufficient busses

Service number 1534 late for 50 minutes to suryapet hitech bus stand, it has to come at 8.50 Am, but the bus came at 9.40 Am to suryapet bus stand, my journey is from suryapet to Vijayawada, it's already a too much late and the driver was stopping every where through the journey, due to this late i will miss the train, it's a worst service from TSRTC you people are charging price for super luxury, but the services are like passenger.

actually my timings was 12:45 from mgbs to korutla but now the bus was not reached here i called to the driver now he told me now he is at mall area it means he will reach the mgbs around 1:30 to 2 o clock up to that what can we do here even the driver also not informe to me its been a late is this correct way to run rtc.

Today I had bought sting and Ors, but actually not ORS drink and not sting energy drink.. In hurry I have taken.. In previous I think it's one year back I filled compliant but no seems to ### one take action.

On 18 June 2022 when I was traveling from JBS to Nizamabad, at Indalwai bus stop around 4:45am night time I requested to the bus driver (semi bald) for urine. When I left the bus for urine he start the bus and ran. I and passengers who sat in the bus was calling him to stop the bus but he couldn't stop. I ran fast far away and continuously and some passengers shout on him again and again then he stop the bus. When I asked him why you did?
Driver was showing angry eyes on me and said I don't know, go and sit.

Sir, today I have travelled from Nizamabad to JBS by Rajadhani bus. The behaviour of the driver and conductor is so rude that I can't explain you. I have received the worst service from the employees in the bus. I request the management to guide their employees to behave properly with the passengers.

Actually i want to go airport but in suryapet bus was failure then also no one can arrange another bus since iam waiting 2 hours now I think I miss flight

Sir I booked my seat in Rajdhani A/C bus departure time is 6pm at Hanamakonda bus station on[protected]. I booked ticket through online at around 4.30 to 4.40 pm on[protected] and tsrtc confirmed my online payment .while paying I observed that only few seats were reserved and remaining were available. I choose seat No.3 which was showing available. I paid and received payment confirmation. But I have not received any ticket confirmation information. when I went to board the bus at adalath, the bus was filled with passengers and driver was reluctant to answer my queries that why he didn’t confirm my ticket and timely he collected amount from passengers and filled the seats. No proper information from driver or enquiry officer. It made me very sad and I faced much inconvenience due to said acts of tarts, Rajdhani bus driver and enquiry officer as well.
The below mentioned problems I faced during my online booking in tsrtc
One hour prior to departure the online site of tsrtc opened and showing seats availability
But at the time of boarding the seats were sold to third parties
Why tsrtc shown availability of seats
No proper information from tsrtc about non availability of seats
While calling enquiry officer also no proper information
I request to respond. Otherwise I will file a complaint before proper authorities for justice

Bus started @2:30pm @adilabad, halted for [protected]@jannaram for tea. Then reached Karimnagar Busstand @7PM.
For 1hour both drivers left the bus at parcel point and left the place. The workers took 15 min for uploading and downloading of parcels, but these fellows r NOT there. And the keep the bus at alightpoint for 20 min, after that by the time 8:20 bus was started. Then i asked the driver why it is too late, he replied me due to luggage. But that is NOT the reason. I observed those are reckles regarding their duty timings. Kindly maintain the time, but NOT the grabbing of public money. We are paying at the same time we need services also. Sri MD of tsrtc and DM of Adilabad depo should take the necessary action on these people, otherwise i will complaint in HRC. I had all proofs with videos, GPS of my mobile will prove the halted time in respective places. Thank you
