I m a regular traveller of hyderabad city bus service. Today around 3 pm I procured a T24 ticket at ashok nagar bus stop while travelling by rout no 219.
The conductor issued the ticket which mansioned valid date.02/09/2021.
Without mantioning time. Which date supposed to be 03/09/2021.
While going through the ticket I brought this to the concern conductor and he told no problem as issue date and time is there.
I had been going to cherlapally. at e.c.i.l. bus stand I confirmed that and got assurance that there will not be problem.
Now, while returning to my residance at Ashoknagar, I caught a bus no.219. and shown the ticket. Around 8 p.m at secunderabad.
The conductor refused to accept the ticket and I had to purchase a ticket.
So, as a passanger what is my mistake ? I paid rs.100/- which supposed to be valid for 24 hrs, I had to pay extra ticket charges for the single journey.
My request with the authority to find out is it was conductors mistake / or the ticket banding machines fault. Regards

This is sad to complain that, there is no provision for free toilets by government. Private members ruthlessly charging 5 rupees for urination, which is burdensome for poor from rural background. They are opting to urinate outside of toilets, in the premises of bus stand. This is making environment prone to diseases for passengers and near by settlers. Please have a look into this issue.

This bus driver is talking respectlessly with proudness, irresoponsibilityness with bus passengers...then why should TSRTC department will recruiting such type of employes... Won't u check properly...driver should be skills in not only driving but also must have proper communicative talking skills and giving respect to passengers.. .. Once from side of TSRTC department u should give communication skills training atleast even hoow to talk with people...immediatly u should remove this waste private driver. Otherwise again i will be take him to court custody accordong to as per IPC sections...once uu should talk with this driver...

I have boarded a TSRTC bus (AP28Z0025 bus (Metro express) of Chengicherla depot (TNA66346), around 09:20 AM on 31 Aug 2021 from Mettuguda bus stop and asked the conductor to issue a ticket up to the HMT Nagar (Near Nacharam) bus stop. The conductor charged me 15 INR and issued a ticket from ALVGADDABAVI to HMT Nagar, enquired conductor that i have boarded from Mettuguda, but the conductor said "this what we issue and go and complaint where ever you want". I'm not able to understand can't we get a ticket from where we have boarded (If it was a TSTRC officially declared bus stop). Based on the ticket issued i suspect that i was overcharged. Can I get a refund of the extra amount charged from me and instruct the conductor to be honest and loyal to customers on the ticket issued!

Kodangal నుండి హైదరాబాద్ కి వెళ్ళే TSRTC బస్ లు కర్ణాటక బస్ లతో పోలిస్తే చాలా నెమ్మదిగా వెళ్తాయి. ఇది కాక మళ్ళీ టిఫిన్ చేయడానికి పరిగి లో ఆపుతారు. 3 గంటల journey లో ఈ టిఫిన్ బ్రేక్ అవసరం అంటారా, గమ్యం చేరిన తర్వాత హైదరాబాద్ లో లేదా బయలుదేరే ముందే తింటే సరిపోతుంది కదా. ఈ అనవసరమైన బ్రేక్ లు తొలగించి ప్రయాణికుల విలువైన సమయాన్ని ఆదా చేయగలరు. TSRTC లో ఈ విధమైన late ప్రయాణం వలన చాలా మంది ప్రయాణికులు కర్ణాటక బస్ లను మరియు ప్రైవేట్ టాక్సీ లను ఆశ్రయిస్తున్నారు, కావున దయచేసి ఈ విషయం గురించి అలోచించి కొడంగల్ to హైదరాబాద్ వెళ్ళే బస్ ల యొక్క ప్రయాణ సమయాన్ని తగ్గించ గలరని నా యొక్క విన్నపం.

TS09Z7634, They kept citybuses for long journiEs like hyderabad and they keep locking customers by giving early tickets saying bus will start immediatly, you cant go to other bus and should wait for minimum 1 30 hr for filling of bus.

I booking tsrtc bus ticket hill colony to kavali 426 rupees for one person only but my ticket not confirmed I enquired bus driver he is tell me something worng said to me already complete 24 hours my money was not refund my money please kindly responds ! I hope you

Showing aggression unnecessarily on people while collecting cash and refunding excess cash in change
I think he is very greedy about easy money through writing change on ticket backside itself and saying no change while customer getting out.
I think ur good offices might not giving salaries any how great employee of Telangana and great corporation

This Happened On 25th August Around 6:55 Pm ... Every Day I Get On 10 Number Bus..From Police Line After Finishing My Job...And That Night 10 Number Bus Came Only 10 No Alphabets Beside that...So Climbed Into The Bus ...And Said That Secunderabad Station...The Bus Conductor Gave Me The Ticket And Said to Give 15rs Wantedly...As The Ticket Rate Is 10Rs Only..I Said That I Don't Have Money..He Said To Do Phone Pe Of 5Rs...But I Don't Have Money In The Phone ...I Said That I Have Tickets Which I Go Every Day In The Bus..Of 10Rs...He Said No And Let It Be...Then He Started Defaming Me Saying That It's Government Money ..I Should Give All The Collection Report...And Saying Other Passengers About Me...He Is Doing Fraud Demanding Excess Money More Than The Ticket Rate...And Telling Me I Am Wrong...And Defaming Me infront of others in the bus...And While I Was Getting down from the stop...the bus conductor saying that I didn't notice that you got on that stage...But actually he knew I got on that stage..he was front of me...when I was climbing the bus...he sawed me also...And saying to me that why didn't you say me that you got on that stage.. because I thought you were got in the previous stage..I got very angry...to give a tight slap and punch on his face...He Defamed me infront of others asking me excess money..when the last stage when everyone got down...he is saying this to me...and he also said that (how come you got till here ) at that moment I angry got out of peaks..then I controlled...

I have lost my student bus pass 1 month back and still today I am struggling to make a new one and cancel the old one the RTC employees at headoffice raithfile bus stop are making me do rounds and rounds of the bus stop which is situated 30km away from my house. First they said "You have to cancel the old bus pass therefore u can make new one" but when I submit them my cancellation form they reject it and says it can't be done. Wow. And then they say "You have to make second pass in online which would charge extra 100" yes i was ok with that, But can't they say that before? Ok then i went for second pass but the online page shows the SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE wow I ask them about it they say it will come on this date so and so ( basically they tell u something and make u go away that's it). Then i returned back for my old one cancellation. I reached a inner office employee and made him request by standing for 1 hour then he agreed for my cancellation of bus pass he went into the site and choose "MODIFICATION OF BUSS PASS WHICH ARE REGISTERED BUT NOT ISSUED" and there he entered by application no it popped a msg saying that applicant pass has been already issued. Then i asked him this is not yhe category i want i have been already issued a pass i need to cancel that but he erupted a fight with me and started to fight. Is this the way an employee treat customers???? And upon that i am a student how can he use such vulgarism I SERIOUSLY REQUEST HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS BUS EMPLOYEES AND TEACH THEM A LESSON TO HOW TO DO WORK. and i request anyone who is reading this message please help me out i don't know what to do whom to say. Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that your driver with Bus No: AP28Z2168 is driving rashly and caused sever damage to my car at sec under a bad under railway bridge at 8:45 pm today.

This has happened at sec under a bad railway under bridge.

I chased him and made to stop the bus and asked to park the vehicle a side, but he said yes and ran away with high speed.

I want a sever action against this driver and suspend him from the duties as he may be responsible for lives of the public.

Wish to inform you that I boarded TSRTC, Bus on 23 August, 2021 at Parigi Bus Stand. Bus belongs to Parigi depot. TICKET NUMBER issued to me is TNA230263 Dated 23/08/21 at 10.45 hrs. This is Express Bus and ticket purchased by is for journey from Parigi to MGBS (Hyderabad). Fare collected was Rs. 100/-, ( In fact fare is Rs. 95 and passenger Cess Rs. 1. Bit ticket given for Rs. 100/- Driver PVT114 and CND:270975. Bus number is TS34TR6170 QN50170023 V:5.53T. Conductor says I have to get down at Mehdipatnam only and though the ticket issued is up to MGBS. If the bus is bound only up to Mehdipatnam why the ticket issued up to MGBS, and full fare is collected. This is too much on the part of the RTC authorities and you will loose credibility with customers/Passengers. Because of the above episode I had to incur Rs250 towards auto up to MGBS I need your explain on the above. I have been travelling from Warangal to Armoor in Express bus and in Korutla some labourers started loading big packs of goods inside the bus. On driver asking them not to keep inside but in luggage box or above the bus, a person started shouting on him. This is not the first time, previously also many times there were loads of good being kept on seats and on the way causing inconvenience to passengers. Please look into the issue.
