I m a regular traveller of hyderabad city bus service. Today around 3 pm I procured a T24 ticket at ashok nagar bus stop while travelling by rout no 219.
The conductor issued the ticket which mansioned valid date.02/09/2021.
Without mantioning time. Which date supposed to be 03/09/2021.
While going through the ticket I brought this to the concern conductor and he told no problem as issue date and time is there.
I had been going to cherlapally. at e.c.i.l. bus stand I confirmed that and got assurance that there will not be problem.
Now, while returning to my residance at Ashoknagar, I caught a bus no.219. and shown the ticket. Around 8 p.m at secunderabad.
The conductor refused to accept the ticket and I had to purchase a ticket.
So, as a passanger what is my mistake ? I paid rs.100/- which supposed to be valid for 24 hrs, I had to pay extra ticket charges for the single journey.
My request with the authority to find out is it was conductors mistake / or the ticket banding machines fault. Regards
