    We have booked 2 tickets for super luxury bus from JBS To Kaghaznagar for *TSRTC
    *JBS-Kagaznagar Bs*
    SRVC NO: *8786*
    On
    DOJ: *18-Aug-2021*
    *JBS-20:00*
    It is almost 7 hours late and still bus not yet started from JBS, One of the worst experience I have ever faced by TSRTC
    We are still at JBS only

        Sir iam a daily going to Ashoknagar from uppal as I work in a govt office.As usual I catch the bus at uppal 219/18 today at 8 am and found that 20 minutes stop at secbad bus stop only. When we asked conductor to start the bus he behaved in a rude manner with all passengers and we got late to office by 15 minutes...
        At the same time second bus and all other remaining buses are moving ahead
        This is not expected from such a fine organisation

          Collecting 3 rupees from each traveller for using urinals in Kaghaznagar busstand KB ASIFABAD DIST.
          But there is no proper maintenance.
          Here urinals means only for urine.

            Take it as mandatory complaint my apartment is located opposite to new kapra municipal OFFICE, South Kamalanagar, ECIL from here the RTC buses are turning totally making full of sound pollution there is old-age people in my apartment so please remove the buses turning point here

                    Today date is 15th Aug 2021. I took bus from Duddeda cross road to jbs but the bus conductor gave me ticket from siddipet charge is Rs. 110. Actually it sholud be Rs. 95 from Duddeda to jbs.
                    When i asked him why he gave me the ticket from siddipet the conductor says it is the rule that RTC takes the ticket in that way.
                    Is it the TSRTC runs this rules or it is that the conductor has his own rules.

                      On 14.08.2021, at 08.00pm evening, the Tsrtc bus coming towards from Secunderabad to koti bearing bus number AP 11Z 6945, the driver name D. Venkat batch number 21284, is ruthless driving and hit my Activia scooter at Kavadiguda, praga tools X Road, and damage the scooter, so take a complaint and strictly action on him

                        We have booked Rajadhani AC from vishakpatnam to Hyderabad. Service number 1501 on 13.08.2021 and it has to be reached Hyderabad by 14..8.2021 at 5.30am. The time is 6.30 pm and still we are in suryapet... Did not expected this from the Government Bus Service.

                            I am from Tamil nadu am by TSRTC I give and rs200 note ticket getting time driver as no change so he writes back side ticket balance amount, when I am leaving I ask for change for 70rs they write 70rs like 20rs and they told my balance is ony 20rs what can I do for using tsrtc bus number TS 08 Z 0219 date 13/08/21 traveling time 7.0pm to 10pm from palwancha to Khammam. so I never trust TSRTC. I don't know if you are taking action for me 70rs is no matter, in our country poor people only traveling through bus, so please consider this complaint and take action.

                              One accident did and entire journey is rash driving by Y N Rao. Please take any action on him.

                              My 4 years kid also in the bus fully scared on his driving.

                                      Chintal- Jeedimetla Price is 10 Rs for that i gave 20/- Rs thinking that the bus will be going to sai baba nagar near whic is near to suraram. Conductor said last stop is jeedimetla for that he gave me a ticket of jeedimetla Rs 10/-. The return amount should be 10/- as i gave him 20/- Rs forgot to remember. However it's his duty to return it the time is arrived at depot i didn't had a proof of due amount. As one of the TSRTC staff member told me that the conductor's sign should be there at Back of the ticket with the reference of his Id no when the Staff member contacted him. The conductor completely denied it on call and i couldn't do anything.

                                        Rash driving, creating sound polution and stopping in the middle of the road(instead of at bus stop) and also yelling at the public.

                                        Creating lot of public nuisances by these bus drivers.

                                        This is happening since last few years.
                                        We don't want to suffer our next generation in the same way.

                                        We request the management to find the alternative to all these problems facing by public in twin cities.
