Hi sir, im from miryalaguda the super luxury buses from miryalaguda to MGBS buses not issue ticketing chouttappal but having the choutappal ticket 150/- charge they are not issue ticket this stop. please solve this problem.....

I booked a ticket from godavarikhani to Bangalore, device no: 7290..
They are not providing water bottle also, when we booked online ticket it shows water bottle and blankets are available, .. considering covid-19 they stopped giving blankets, but why are they not providing water..?
I asked driver here he told me no attender came and so they're not providing water bottle.. but drivers are having water..

I have booked the tickets for 12 seats where as only 10 people boarded the bus in MGBS bus stand and we said the driver that 2 people will board the bus in santosh nagar he ignored our words and sold the tickets in between only

iam booking tsrtc cargo service with consignment no:2343077 dated[protected]. But the parcel was did not received at a time. I call to tsrtc cargo phone no;[protected] he answered me very rash and he was delayed my parcel.

Am travelling on 5th aug 21 from husnabad to saidapur ticket pair paid, after my work completed travelling to saidapoor to husnabad unfortunately my ticket fare is 21rs.but as paid 100 rs note, but that note is stickered middle, conductor refused to travel and after reaching to husnabad town am explained to on duty depo controler, he/she abbused me.this is worst situation in Telangana rtc .bus no ap28z3679...

At the time of booking I contacted one Venkatesh who is booking clerk in your logistic office, and I said him to put the material in safe way at the time...

Rude, Disrespectable and rash behavior of bus driver of Bus No. AP29-1906 (NON-STOP BUS from Nizamabad to Kamareddy) Kamareddy Depot.

Today i.e.[protected], Approx. @ 9.00 am at Nizamabad bus station, I was asked Driver to take the tickets seat by seat from passengers as every one going and gathering at Driver for ticket.

He replied, "Who are you to told me".. If you are not like this you can go with another...

I am an employee working for AIIMS HOSPITAL BIBINAGAR. Buses like Kplanupaka and Yadagirigutta buses are not stopping buses at hospital. They are just rejecting the passengers not to get into bus at Ghatkesar. And they are very rude with passengers.
I am providing a photo of so and so bus who regularly argues with me at peak time.
Its my humble request, please council them to stop the bus at emergency services....

In toilets board specified as urination is free but they are taking 5 rupees for urination and 15 rupees for toilet usage.even they charge more not maintaining hygiene.if you cant control them please remove that boards immediately it will give at least satisfaction that okey we are not paying more....

I have booked my ticket from ongole to Hyderabad on 25th July. On the same day I have to board. But due to my granny passed away..I have to stay back. I requested cancellation and they said that thy can't. I am seriously hating this tsrtc..and the rules and I am never gonna book the ticket again with this stupid tsrtc...

I had booked the ticket to Hyderabad from ongole on 25th July but due to my granny passed away I had to stay back. So I asked for cancelation. But they said due to terms and conditions they can't refund it seems. How stupidity it is..at least they had to provide half of the ticket money...

My father is DRIVER of Jangaon depo due to sum waste reason RTC has removed him from this duty... After long time we have got order from high court .. and we have taken total documents to Jangaon depo but there is no response from them it has completed more then 1 months ...

I don't know what is happening there why the higher authority are not responding ..

On 25 th July 2021, Sunday TSRTC bus no. AP29Z 1868, traveling from Nalgonda to Hyderabad at 12:15 pm after Chotuppal missed a accident due to his rash driving and used mobile phone while driving. Request to take disciplinary action to save passengers lives.
