I have lost my student bus pass 1 month back and still today I am struggling to make a new one and cancel the old one the RTC employees at headoffice raithfile bus stop are making me do rounds and rounds of the bus stop which is situated 30km away from my house. First they said "You have to cancel the old bus pass therefore u can make new one" but when I submit them my cancellation form they reject it and says it can't be done. Wow. And then...

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice that your driver with Bus No: AP28Z2168 is driving rashly and caused sever damage to my car at sec under a bad under railway bridge at 8:45 pm today.

This has happened at sec under a bad railway under bridge.

I chased him and made to stop the bus and asked to park the vehicle a side, but he said yes and ran away with high speed.

I want a sever action...

I have been travelling from Warangal to Armoor in Express bus and in Korutla some labourers started loading big packs of goods inside the bus. On driver asking them not to keep inside but in luggage box or above the bus, a person started shouting on him. This is not the first time, previously also many times there were loads of good being kept on seats and on the way causing inconvenience to passengers. Please look into the issue....

Sir iam a daily going to Ashoknagar from uppal as I work in a govt office.As usual I catch the bus at uppal 219/18 today at 8 am and found that 20 minutes stop at secbad bus stop only. When we asked conductor to start the bus he behaved in a rude manner with all passengers and we got late to office by 15 minutes...
At the same time second bus and all other remaining buses are moving ahead
This is not expected from such a fine...

Collecting 3 rupees from each traveller for using urinals in Kaghaznagar busstand KB ASIFABAD DIST.
But there is no proper maintenance.
Here urinals means only for urine....

Take it as mandatory complaint my apartment is located opposite to new kapra municipal OFFICE, South Kamalanagar, ECIL from here the RTC buses are turning totally making full of sound pollution there is old-age people in my apartment so please remove the buses turning point here
