There were many buses before from kachiguda to apurupa colony, route 83j/a.
But from few days there was constant decrease in this route buses, many students and employees live in this side of the city and travel through 83j/a to reach destinations as panjagutta, ameerpet, khairthabad and lakdikapool. And 83j/a is also the only bus which directly goes to liberty, himayat nagar, Secretariat stops from jeedimetla side. And these route buses obviously be rushed with people, but don't know why only few buses are coming nowadays and not even on time. So i request the management please provide more buses on this route especially on evening times.

I am a college student from holy Mary College, bogaram there are no Buses in the route gatkesar to kesara all the college students are facing problems with this issue and not only holy Mary College students samskruthi college students are also facing this issue if there are no Buses in that route how can we go to over college I request tsrtc to keep the buses from the route gatkesar to kesara or kesara to gatkesar

My friend is a conductor of TSRTC bus. I have still not received my salary. Since, 2 months.

The bus started at 1'O clock from Jagtial. But it departed at 6:20.It wasted my precious time. It took 6 1/2 hours for 200 kms approximate . The bus number is TN-A51616. Take strict actions against them. Or I will go to court. Thank you.

Sir, we are paying for luxury services and we are getting pallevelugu service. Suspension of thebus is not at all working and the bus glasses are making loud sound and we cant able to sleep

Busses route between Hyderabad and thorror should be changed because road way is not good in Atmakur area. Last month mahabhabad district Thorror depot bus tries has came out. So please change busses route. Please run the busses via valigonda.now valigonda to thorror road has approved as Nh 930p.

So please change the route of thorror depot busses. Please run the busses via Valigonda since the distance will same and time taken for traveling also same.Now Valigonda to thorror road has declared as national highway.

I am here with registering a complant for not stopping busses at rebbena mandal, gangapur bus top, of asifabad and mancherial depo buses not stopping at around 9:00am to 10:00 even buses are half empty with passengers.

Therefore I am an employee In transmission corporation of telangana limited working at mancherial circle office, I have to attend daily to the office around 10:00am to 11:00am, due to not stopping the busses at the gangapur bus stop rebbena mandal I couldn't reach to the office in time and there is no another sourse to travel except the tsrtc

In this regard I am a daily passenger to the tsrtc paying around rs 80 to rs 200 to ordinary buses & luxury busses from rebbena to mancherial bus stop and mancherial bus stop to old mancheral.

Hence I request you to solve the problem and take further necessary suitable action please.

My friend gave parcel from khamman to rajahmundry on 07/09/2021 at 7:15am, but by evening I didn't received parcel in Rajahmundry office, as I enquired In khamman office they were saying that they have gave the parcel to the driver

Sir/madam...I'm from K.V N.F.C student, before lockdown there were buses from (Secunderabad to N.F.C nagar, Ghatkesar) but after lockdown the schools are reopened and now there are no bus facilities and it is difficult to travel without bus.There are many students who needs bus facilities. ...hope you understand...

My self Suryatheja and belongs to Sircilla. I booked bus to start journey towards Hyderabad in the today morning i.e., on[protected]:50am. Unfortunately it was very bad that due to the rash driving and over speed by the driver, an accident took place near by Pregnapur. All the passengers (including my self) were injured atleast minorly with the bleeding from nose/forehead/chin/mouth etc.

I took the hit on my mouth badly and the lips were swelled with the bleeding.

I request you to train/instruct the drivers not to drive in such uncontrollable speed on the hi-ways.

Everyone's journey is purposeful at their own. Hence do not spoil all those with the ignorance happened today.

Shadnagar depo is not providing buses in time to Hyderabad. Palle velugu bus have been decrease. Student, common people are facing many problems to travel. Please resolve the issue

I observed very serious RASH DRIVING by TSRTC bus bearing number TS07UG6689 today i.e., on 5th September 2021 around 3pm at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The driver was very rash in over taking, honking all the time, making cuts multiple times. This is totally unacceptable driving by a TSRTC government bus driver on which it is clearly written that the journey in TSRTC is utmost safe. Please take action on this driver to ensure safety to the public. Photograph of the bus is attached. Thank you.

There are no street lights to reach Vattinagulapally, Infact there are no roads too.. The present condition of the roads are too worst.. I think Government felt that Vattinagulapally is not in the part of Hyderabad.

May I know when it will be normal like having street lights and good roads for transport in Vattinagulapally ..

I m a regular traveller of hyderabad city bus service. Today around 3 pm I procured a T24 ticket at ashok nagar bus stop while travelling by rout no 219.
The conductor issued the ticket which mansioned valid date.02/09/2021.
Without mantioning time. Which date supposed to be 03/09/2021.
While going through the ticket I brought this to the concern conductor and he told no problem as issue date and time is there.
I had been going to cherlapally. at e.c.i.l. bus stand I confirmed that and got assurance that there will not be problem.
Now, while returning to my residance at Ashoknagar, I caught a bus no.219. and shown the ticket. Around 8 p.m at secunderabad.
The conductor refused to accept the ticket and I had to purchase a ticket.
So, as a passanger what is my mistake ? I paid rs.100/- which supposed to be valid for 24 hrs, I had to pay extra ticket charges for the single journey.
My request with the authority to find out is it was conductors mistake / or the ticket banding machines fault. Regards

This is sad to complain that, there is no provision for free toilets by government. Private members ruthlessly charging 5 rupees for urination, which is burdensome for poor from rural background. They are opting to urinate outside of toilets, in the premises of bus stand. This is making environment prone to diseases for passengers and near by settlers. Please have a look into this issue.

This bus driver is talking respectlessly with proudness, irresoponsibilityness with bus passengers...then why should TSRTC department will recruiting such type of employes... Won't u check properly...driver should be skills in not only driving but also must have proper communicative talking skills and giving respect to passengers.. .. Once from side of TSRTC department u should give communication skills training atleast even hoow to talk with people...immediatly u should remove this waste private driver. Otherwise again i will be take him to court custody accordong to as per IPC sections...once uu should talk with this driver...
