I am travelling Patancheru to hs Dharga chowrasta

I have travelled sangareddy to Sadasivpet the fare is Rs 15 but the bus conducter has taken amount of Rs 20 he has issued a ticket Of fare Rs 20 this is the issue and the bus registration number is AP29Z3748 is the numbers
Like me there are many people facing this issue look into this issue…..

My self Dr. Suresh from KMC WARANGAL.My bus was booked for 3am in morning from hanamkonda to hyderabad with service number 8315.I have reached station by 2:45am when I enquired for my bus station incharge said bus was departed...i asked him that how bus was left without contacting reserved ticket person...and it came early and left early before scheduled time...station incharge said bus driver said they didn't have any reservation tickets and then they left...immediately I chased bus for next stop i.e, Khazpet there on main road we got bus and asked driver why and how did he departed so early and that too without reserved ticket...he said in station they said they dont have any reservation tickets...and in this chasing scene I have called for the bus driver number several times but it was not reachable...because for their negligence I could have missed my exam tomorrow in hyderabad...will they bear responsibility for that and my for my career...when im asking them literally those people are shouting at me...if this complaint doesn't have any action on them definitely i'll approach higher authorities...

There is no shelter provided as part lf the bus stop at uppal x roads bus depot . It is getting very difficult to stand there for longer times without any shelter under the sun . There is no place to sit also . Please look into the complaint and resolve it as soon as possible

The bus drivers are not stopping at jyothishmathi group of institutions at thimmapur karimnagar so we are requesting you to plzz stop at stop ...

Dear Sir,

We people work in offices in which rules are strictly obeyed. If we got late we can have excuses but the students who are traveling here will have their exams, interviews in this peak Monday. How can a Depot manager can expect this can't cause any trouble to public and send the available busses to meetings.

I hope that my intention of 'facing late during this journey' understood by you.

Kindly notice my complaint for our well-being.

Hi sir, im from miryalaguda the super luxury buses from miryalaguda to MGBS buses not issue ticketing chouttappal but having the choutappal ticket 150/- charge they are not issue ticket this stop. please solve this problem..

I booked a ticket from godavarikhani to Bangalore, device no: 7290..
They are not providing water bottle also, when we booked online ticket it shows water bottle and blankets are available, .. considering covid-19 they stopped giving blankets, but why are they not providing water..?
I asked driver here he told me no attender came and so they're not providing water bottle.. but drivers are having water..

I have booked the tickets for 12 seats where as only 10 people boarded the bus in MGBS bus stand and we said the driver that 2 people will board the bus in santosh nagar he ignored our words and sold the tickets in between only

iam booking tsrtc cargo service with consignment no:2343077 dated[protected]. But the parcel was did not received at a time. I call to tsrtc cargo phone no;[protected] he answered me very rash and he was delayed my parcel.

Am travelling on 5th aug 21 from husnabad to saidapur ticket pair paid, after my work completed travelling to saidapoor to husnabad unfortunately my ticket fare is 21rs.but as paid 100 rs note, but that note is stickered middle, conductor refused to travel and after reaching to husnabad town am explained to on duty depo controler, he/she abbused me.this is worst situation in Telangana rtc .bus no ap28z3679

Hello team,

We boarded a bus in Hyderabad today and the bus number is ap28z 1958 at 5:30 pm and our drop location was Abids. We were getting down at our stop but due to crowd getting in my sister got hurt and while getting down conductor yelled at us using all bad curse words infront of all we were getting down and she did not allow us to get down and made us wait till next stop wantedly and driver was behaving same. It created disturbance for other passengers as well. I just feel this is completely unfair so that others should face same things like we faced

But they arranged the Deluxe bus.

The staff in the bus pass counter did not even search my ID in online and he said your pass application is cancelled its block and when I visited my college and asked the faculty I asked that HOD then he said no its approved its not block the staff the staff is telling to go away from there and go to secondrabad to cancel the application but it is correct I asked my sir in in my college where he said now it's alright he said my photo is not eligible but it is eligible please do something

I V.Sreenu, consignee of above reference cited, humbly submit that on[protected] I bought two MRF PU wall paints cans in Parmeswari paints shop, Prakasam bazaar, Nalgonda worth Rs.18300/- and same was send through my friend for booking to Khammam on same day through TSRTC Logistic service. At the time of booking I contacted one Venkatesh who is booking clerk in your logistic office, and I said him to put the material in safe way at the time of transport. And he charged Rs.210/-, and he promised me that he will keep the material in safe way to Khammam. And he also said to me, at this time no direct buses to Khammam, if today send there are exchange of two buses (Nalgoda to Suryapet and Suryapet to Khammam) while shifting in two busses paint cans will damage, tomorrow the material sends through direct bus and it will keep safe.
On[protected] I received phone call at early morning 06.39 am from Venkatesh who is working as booking clerk in TSRTC Logistic, Nalgonda, and he said that while the Hamalis were threw the paint can on pulling cart, due to their negligence one of the paint can was fell down from the pulling cart, resulting the paint can was broken, and paint was fallen on the cart and nearby surfaces. The above circumstances hurted me mentally, and the work was stopped at my home in Khammam. I got loss.
Therefore, I requested the kind officer to enquiry regarding this matter, and fulfill my loss. I faithfully believed on TSRTC (CARGO LOGISTIC SERVICES), Nalgonda.
Which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you sir,

They are sitting in ladies seat and not getting up even after there are available male empty seats.
