I would like to Regis a complaint against a driving who was doing rash driving in all the possible ways ( sometimes went out of the road just to overtake) and was talking on phone at the same time. Please take action against such people to save many life’s because people like him are too careless and they don’t value the life of others.

I could save the bus details but I can give the details which were there on the ticket. I was travelling from Sangareddy chowrastra to Patencheru and the ticket was taken at 6.19. It was express bus.

Respected sir/ madam. I'm a student of concerned institution is writing to inform you that there are no buses in between 1:00pm-3:00pm at Radhika X Roads to dammaiguda / Ambedkar nagar. I request you to kindly make buses available as soon as possible

I applied student bus pass but it is not updated

I am a resident of KPHB colony, Hyderabad. Since a week, we are not getting 19M and 19K buses at our place during 8 am to 10 am. There are hardly 3 to 4 buses which come during that span. It is crucial time/office hours. When we don't get buses at that time, then what is the use of keeping buses to our colony. We will use autos and go by metro.

Daily morning and evening RTC buses are not enough for the students of CMR and other institutions. Due to less buses so many students are getting late to the colleges. So, I request the TSRTC to please provide more buses in atleast morning. I hope you will solve this matter very soon. Thank you.

I have Recently booked a ticket from hyderabad to Bhadrachalam and the driver name is K. RAVI. Though the bus ran late for 50 minutes, driver even did not inform me about the delay and his phone number provided by the rtc is not even working. Upon asking the driver about the phone number, he gave a careless answer that why should they have to provide a valid number. I was in a panic situation thinking whether I missed the bus. Please do some needful against such a reckeless driver in order to protect and sustain the name and fame earned by TSRTC from all these years

Hello, I hereby complaint about regular delays of local bus numbered 11 that runs in Hanamkonda city, the delay isn't just 5 or 10 mins it's like more than 15 mins. Sometimes I feel like the bus is running by driver of the bus instead of TSRTC entity

Service number 8360..driver jaya Prakash ..very rude behaviour while talking with customers... saying false details about bus presence..not fit to be driver..no ethical values.these people are reason for tsrtc losses..APSRTC is far most better and helpful for passengers

Dear Sir,
rash driving by TSRTC bus driver caused a serious injury in lower spin.. not able to walk or sit .. he got down from bus with heavy pain on his spinal ... and seriously on bed from morning ... presently taking treatment at home.

Bringing this issues to your kind notice as the driving is very careless ... it happened at choutuppal bus stand turning from highway road... already the road is damaged and the driven took the turning in rush... that made bus jump suddenly for 3times with all the passengers falling down from the seats...
This jerk has given a serious injury my father's spin...
Request you to please take some action so that no other passengers will face this kind of problems further.

Rash driving of bus no AP29Z2383 kamareddy depot (KMR) at kompally

I've 2 children's and we are travelled from Mahabubnagar to Hyderabad
They are 1st allotted me two seats for 3 members but after one stop they are provided one seat for me and my children
I argued with this matter but they are talking in different ways

Bus number TS25Z0015, from front view it is written as express bus, sides it is written as pallevelugu, inside also it is of ordinary bus only, but, ticket fare is express bus.

Tsrtc cargo service using for City people only not for rural people. Even rural people also want use carago then how? Bus driver and coundector not taken any aluagge, for rural people they want take lauagge on lauagge tickets, yesterday Im very upset with tsrtc unessry I los 700 rs . Yesterday I have to come over from jayashankar dist kaataram mandal Devarampalli village near koyyur, I asked many buses for my two rice bags no body respond, finally I take rent auto and given in manthani cargo service. Really very bad.

This is to inform you that, we have booked ticket from Mancherial to JBS. Ticket service no# 8030 and driver name Raffiuddin. Boarded bus at 2:00 Pm Srirampur bus depot and departure time to JBS at 6:30 Pm however driver picked up few people during mid way and made them accommodated near his driving seat and was chit chatting. Driver drove the vehicle dead slow and at 8pm we are at Pregnapur. From Siddipet Toll gate we had huge traffic and he was just chit chatting when passengers went asking the driver about the way vehicle was driven he was reckless and said he would stop the vehicle near by and would mention stomach pain.. He was very rude in response and the passengers whom he made site beside was supporting his reckless behaviour.. He asked us to complain if you want nothing is going to happen.

This is a very rude behaviour from a driver.. Passengers reached out to customer support number and was advised to raise complaint. Also, given the DM number to complaint still no proper response..

Please look into this issue.
We request to check the other vehicles which started from Mancherial or other places and reach time in JBS or MGBS to understand the traffic thing..

Im one of the loyal customer my jurney start jagital depo vechile no TS02UC 5667 JAGITAL TO KARIMNAGAR IAM taking ticket jagital to karimnagar my home town in kothapally(H), near to karimnagar 10 km, i request drop my one stop depore but driver and conductor is not acprt my request im suffer drop again 1 km im went walk in my Hme

We the residents of boiguda and bansilalpet and kavadiguda hearby inform you that due to some unwanted road works the bus services from our area 40 and 45 has been stopped from so many months as so many people travel from our areas till general bazar and monda Market for daily work we are facing lot of problems by paying the auto fares regularly and no service of autos and other transportation so we kindly request you to arrange a small setwin services from our areas till monda Market and general bazar like near Bata so that we can use the services and save money
We kindly request you to understand our problems and arrange the services we are very poor people and middle class people we are not able to manage our financial by paying to the autos and other transportation and ladies are facing a lot of problems when they leave from the job still going to home it's being late for walking to their home
We respect RTC services in all in all ways so we expect you start a service very soon thank you very much

From JBS to karimnagar

When i spoke to the driver, he told me you have to mention boarding person contact number. I have booked for mg daughter ticket and i have mention parent contact that is my number, he didnot contact me
But i contacted the bus driver from 2 numbers, after arriving esteem mall, he told u have to mention the phone nimber of boarding person i have mentioned my phone nimber he didnot contact me on [protected] and check the details how many times did he contact me on his phone call records, that HE HAS CONTACTED ME OR NOT.
