I V.Sreenu, consignee of above reference cited, humbly submit that on[protected] I bought two MRF PU wall paints cans in Parmeswari paints shop, Prakasam bazaar, Nalgonda worth Rs.18300/- and same was send through my friend for booking to Khammam on same day through TSRTC Logistic service. At the time of booking I contacted one Venkatesh who is booking clerk in your logistic office, and I said him to put the material in safe way at the time of transport. And he charged Rs.210/-, and he promised me that he will keep the material in safe way to Khammam. And he also said to me, at this time no direct buses to Khammam, if today send there are exchange of two buses (Nalgoda to Suryapet and Suryapet to Khammam) while shifting in two busses paint cans will damage, tomorrow the material sends through direct bus and it will keep safe.
On[protected] I received phone call at early morning 06.39 am from Venkatesh who is working as booking clerk in TSRTC Logistic, Nalgonda, and he said that while the Hamalis were threw the paint can on pulling cart, due to their negligence one of the paint can was fell down from the pulling cart, resulting the paint can was broken, and paint was fallen on the cart and nearby surfaces. The above circumstances hurted me mentally, and the work was stopped at my home in Khammam. I got loss.
Therefore, I requested the kind officer to enquiry regarding this matter, and fulfill my loss. I faithfully believed on TSRTC (CARGO LOGISTIC SERVICES), Nalgonda.
Which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you sir,

Male passengers not giving seat to ladies.
They are sitting in ladies seat and not getting up even after there are available male empty seats.

I live in maddur District siddipet there is no fix timing of buses and low frequency of state bus service the administration is not doing for the people of maddur please do something at this matter.. Please fix the timing of bus service in maddur.

Rude, Disrespectable and rash behavior of bus driver of Bus No. AP29-1906 (NON-STOP BUS from Nizamabad to Kamareddy) Kamareddy Depot.

Today i.e.[protected], Approx. @ 9.00 am at Nizamabad bus station, I was asked Driver to take the tickets seat by seat from passengers as every one going and gathering at Driver for ticket.

He replied, "Who are you to told me".. If you are not like this you can go with another bus. but I will take the ticket from my seat.. if you want complaint against me, then go complaint to anybody.

Not only this driver all of the Kamareddy depo NON STOP BUS drivers are all the same.. there is no respectable answer from anybody. I have faced many times like this.

Kindly take the necessary action on this.

I am an employee working for AIIMS HOSPITAL BIBINAGAR. Buses like Kplanupaka and Yadagirigutta buses are not stopping buses at hospital. They are just rejecting the passengers not to get into bus at Ghatkesar. And they are very rude with passengers.
I am providing a photo of so and so bus who regularly argues with me at peak time.
Its my humble request, please council them to stop the bus at emergency services. And the hospital is even having bus stop ( its a request stop)..

In toilets board specified as urination is free but they are taking 5 rupees for urination and 15 rupees for toilet usage.even they charge more not maintaining hygiene.if you cant control them please remove that boards immediately it will give at least satisfaction that okey we are not paying more.

I have booked my ticket from ongole to Hyderabad on 25th July. On the same day I have to board. But due to my granny passed away..I have to stay back. I requested cancellation and they said that thy can't. I am seriously hating this tsrtc..and the rules and I am never gonna book the ticket again with this stupid tsrtc

I had booked the ticket to Hyderabad from ongole on 25th July but due to my granny passed away I had to stay back. So I asked for cancelation. But they said due to terms and conditions they can't refund it seems. How stupidity it is..at least they had to provide half of the ticket money

My father is DRIVER of Jangaon depo due to sum waste reason RTC has removed him from this duty... After long time we have got order from high court .. and we have taken total documents to Jangaon depo but there is no response from them it has completed more then 1 months ...

I don't know what is happening there why the higher authority are not responding ..

Pls this is the request pls try to complete this case

On 25 th July 2021, Sunday TSRTC bus no. AP29Z 1868, traveling from Nalgonda to Hyderabad at 12:15 pm after Chotuppal missed a accident due to his rash driving and used mobile phone while driving. Request to take disciplinary action to save passengers lives.

I have travelled from adharsh nagar 2nd road to l b nagar. The conductor has charged total amount of rs. 20.00. He denied to return rs. 5.00 though I asked so many times and told me to get out of the bus. Please refund my rs. 5.00 as soon as possible. My account number is [protected]. I have boarded rajadhani bus at mgbs at that time the capacity is fine but after reaching suryapet they have filled the bus beyond the bus seating capacity and the driver is also stopping on the roads and asking passengers to enter.when we have boarded at mgbs they have told only 1 stop at suryapet.Please take necessary action.But during covid these should not be encouraged.

Rtc bus driver was driving rashly changing lanes without any indicator he sandwiched our vehicle to divider and his bus and not stopping the bus and not even apologizing the bus number is AP29Z3368 after the incident bus driver was reckless and not even coming out of bus after he had done the accident

Daily night we are facing reaching KPHB temple bus stop due to lack of bus service from 7PM TO 9PM. Daily we are forced to catch auto from main road to tempe bus stop and sir sometiems we even do not get an auto and we are travelling all along to brand factory by 4th phase buses and returning back to temple bus stop.
During rainy day our troubles are reaching peak in the darkness
I am a metro pass holder since last one year and since last 6months almost every day i am travelling by 4th phase bus getting down at Brand factory and reaching temple bus stop by walk.
Sir, humble request please try to increase frequency of buses to temple bus stop or please see that ordinary buses travelling to 4th phase travel via temple bus stop.

At secunderabd railway station bus stand around 4 pm on 13 July 2021, it is heavily raining and passenger shed been locked from inside and tsrtc employees sitting inside not allowing anyone to come inside.

I hope govt. Made these sheds for public to wait for the buses.

Driver running bus in overspeed where passengers got very bad injury even after his rash driving he is talking very rude..
First he injured people in bus by rash driving at Navipet railway gate he escaped saying speed breakers..

Then after he hitted an auto near at Bhainsa auto people also got very bad injury a young lady got very bad injury..
Finally conductor shifted passengers in to other bus
People who were inured they are poor I think they register a compliant against him...This is very very sad

Kindly take action against bus driver as I am sending proofs which I have with me..

Information center is closing from soo many days it was very terrific to find information about the bus timmings all the time please I request you to find and resolve the issue, this issue happening in Suryapet(High tech Busstand ) since from soo many weeks soo many people are suffering due to this
