I'm Dr. Saketh. This is a super luxury bus. The driver is overloading the bus with passengers more than the seat capacity which is unofficial.
Especially during is covid time which is illegal.
I shall request you to take strict action

Respected sir/madam,
From last few months the RTC buses are not stopping at stages as they are going from middle of the road, even if we put hand also they are not stopping. And one more thing is that if we board a bus if we want to get down at stage when our stop comes they are not stopping we have to shout then driver will stop. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I want to go mgbs to jbs normal city buses drivers not allowing passengers to drop jbs even the bus mostly empty also this is the reason the tsrtc was in loss.

Place of incident near KPHB BUS STOP
Time morning 5:00PM
When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my bag but i think it slipped in the bus
It was a 219 bus.
My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected].
Please i want a new pass issued
I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass

Everyday in the evening from 4:30-6:00 there is only one bus available for students .and even that bus is completely getting filled.so please add few more busses in that time.please sir.

There are obviously encumbered of busses from jagadgirigutta to sec mehdipatnam and CBS. But the problem is the bust waits at the start stop gets the bus full tight packed and when it comes to 2nd stop that is allwyn colony there not even a place for 1 person to either stand on the door it's so crowded. When there are so many busses why do they fill it in jagadgirigutta only?? What about people at allwyn colony and Sai nagar how will they go. Atleast morning 7 to 10 am there should be rules that they should not fill the bus full packed at the start point.everyday it's a horrible journey for us to reach our offices.

We have get into the bus at 5:31 in Mg bus station but we are still near in Siddipet . Ordinary bus is better than super luxary . It is from asifabad depo .
So please take serious action And this is to sajjanar sir so please take the action.

I was traveling in a buy from aler to uppal x road Bus no: AP36Z0209,
I was taking ticket after holding the tick the conducter was giving change while trying to take the change I lost the ticket and it blow off from the door .

The conductor as well as other passengers also witnessed the incident, as I asked the conductor I just took the ticket he insisted to take one more .

I refused then he stopped the bus and tried to dragg me out, I contacted the DM no: [protected] . He also refused to let me stay and asked me to pay for another ticket .

In the end after lot of drama I had to pay twice the amount of my journey . As it went of my hand the conductor also equally responsible and very rude .

I want to complaint on him and the bus driver

In KPHB TSRTC buc ticket counter, I asked the person to give me a ticket for Hyderbad to Vijayawada for RAJADHANI bus (service no: 1423) for the date 7-Nov-2021. The actual bus ticket amount is 550, but he took 570 from me. I asked why 20rs extra was charged, he said its official. Ticket no: 66451535.

I' m roaming around bus pass counter at rtc shapurnagar, hyderbad from past 2 weeks with my printed application form.
the sir who he been alloted to print the pass and give is irresponsible of printing my pass. Even though I have all the particulars in the form are filled and even though my college has forwarded my application for printing of pass to tsrtc...He is not printing my pass ...I request the tsrtc to please take action immediately

Today[protected] I was travelling from Hyderabad to Srisailam by my private car and around 12:54 pm TSRTC bus overtook my car and at that time I already gave indicator still bus hit my car and damaged my car’s side mirror. And after this incident driver ran away with high speed in Nalamalla forest.
Please go through it and avoid the risk of other passengers too.I am attaching video for your reference.

Never felt like this in my several journeys to my home town I have reserved a seat in a bus with service number 1256 on 03/11/2021 to srisailam I think bus tsrtc will be safe and hygiene drive but the bus is full of bad smell and due to this bad smell I am getting womthing sensation nor comfortable to sit at my seat
