Good Evening Sir. In RTC CITY BUSSES COVID19REGULATIONS ARE NOT AT ALL FOLLOWED. THIS IS AWFULL NOBODY IS THERE YO CHECK JUST ADVISING CONDUCTORS IS NOT SUFFICIENT SOME KIND CHECKING SHOULD BE THERE. AT LEAST MASKS TO BE MADE COMPULSORY.Please see that caution for masks to be written in entry points and inside and out side of busses like PHC, PENALTY FOR TICKETLESS TRAVEL ETC.Requesting to consider above for our health concern.This needs to be implemented in all depots. Regards, Ramalingam, Regular commutor.Enforcement is need of the hour sir.

      I went to out of station on 06.03.21 around 7 AM and returned on 09.03.21 at 3.00 AM (Total it become 3 days). I kept my vehicle in 2 wheeler parking area. Today morning parking fellows are charged Rs. 320/- and he was saying that its a approval of government. What was the government's rule i dont know.. Even they r not ready to give the bill. When i was asked about the bill he was arguing like anything. He was saying that daily charges was Rs. 80/- and till bill will generate like clock timewise.

      I have requested that, even though he was not listened my words and he was irritating. This is not my first time expoerience. I was faced earlier also.

      Kindly look into it and do the neesful.

          As We climb bus early after 12p.m conductors are not accepting District pass .In additionally We are taking ticket if we climb bus before 1 p.m this is not fair even its printed vaild upto 21 hours journey on backside of our pass id they are not accepting pass please take any action regarding this issue

            Hello sir, I am a telangana passanger. I am from kamareddy district. I am raising this complaint on tsrtc bus .
            The bus condition was very poor and very discomfort . The all seats were teared and the bus fitness is also not at all good and in a propoer condition.
            Please note the bus number # AP28Z2212. The was route was from degloor to banswada.
            I hope tsrtc will take up my complaint and will do all the vehicles in a good condition and fitnees.

                  Hi Sir,

                  I had a worst experience with one of the bus TS 10UB8179 near to Lemon tree Madhapur. He was driving very close to me and when i ask him, he use to speak in worst language and ready to beat me. I really don't have common sense to scold my entire family. Please help me to log a complaint against him.

                    I am a regular tarveller from hyderabad to nizamabad. And nizamabad to hyderabad. On the date 27 feb 2021 i was travelling from jublee bus station to nizamabad bus station in the night at 8:20 pm with driver number 676259 and bus no TS16 Z 0192
                    Had not providing the water bottel. Insted when asked he was showing the rude behaviour towads me and other passengers saying that no we will not provide if you want get it from out side. And saying that what can you do. This is what happening with all the TSRTC drivers of rajadhani. why no action is taken on them. Is the TSRTC mixed up with drives in selling those water bottles outside. If not why can't they take serious action.

                              I am here in MGBS from last one hour. There is no buses available to Jangaon. All buses are direct to Hanamkonda and yadigirigutta. Before 4-5 years we used to have buses for every 15mintues. I dont know its problem of TPSRTC or Failure of government. Provide service for Jangaon and Aler people.

                                Today we came to hyderabad from narketpally and I requested to stop near medsis hospital L B Nagar but bus driver refused stopped and told me that it is not city bus to stop any where but all TSRTC buses are stopped at this place called as chintal kunta check post. Is the correct way to service and he using unfarlmentery language please take appropriate action do not repeat such incidents in future

                                      నేను మన్నెగూడెం bustop నందు బస్సు ఎక్కను. కానీ బస్ కండక్టర్ దగ్గరికి వచ్చి టికెట్ తీస్కోకుండ రావి గూడెం వద్ద బస్సు ఎక్కినట్లు 17/- టికెట్ ఇచ్చి న నుండి మన్నెగూడెం నుండి ఖమ్మం కు ఛార్జ్ 25/- తీస్కొని నేను టికెట్ ఇవ్వకుండా ఉంటె ఫ్రీ గా వెళ్ళేవాడిని అని నా పై అభియోగం మోపడం జరిగింది.
                                      So,

                                        I have booked ticket on[protected] from Ongole to Hyderabad. On that day bus not came, conductor said bus met accident and you go by some other bus. I called tsrtc customer care number, I informed what conductor said and I registered complaint through my email. I have called so many times to customer care but they didn't reply well .so I want my money please help in this case
