    We have purchased 3 units of mosquito off on 25th nov 16 thru telebuy and we have paid cash of rs 2000/-

    1. 1 unit light is not working.
    2. Other 2 units mosquito is not catching.

    We are not happy with the performance of the unit.

    We have called their office on the next day (26th nov) we have already registered compliant again today's morning, till now no one returned the call.

        As i have brought Rock Gym Sep -2016. I have used only one week. within the week one rope is broken. so i requested properly through customer care and register a request for exchange. But they dragging me more that one moth without replace. Finally the request is closed after 45 days with out replace. Daily i am calling those person and saying will arrange today, tomorrow like that. But suddenly they said already rope is replaced to your address and working fine.

        I dont know who came to my address and fixed. but still the rope is not reached my home or fitted in my machine. there is no call to my no also.

        Completely they cheating people. they are very fraud. Really its hurt me lot in my family. its cost is around 8000 rs.

        Jaffer is a tele buy executive manager he is leading my request and suddenly says we already resolved your issue. But i have asked who is the person has resolved but he said that is confidential. we cant provide more on this request and will closing.

        Still the reported issue was not resolved. I have received the rope last week after posted in the consumer complaints site. But the rope which i have received is not suitable and already i have informed to them. But still i am waiting for that. Please help as soon as already gone more than one and half months.

          I dont buy any teleshopping products. Six months ago i started getting calls from telebuy that i have ordered awaistslimming belt. I didnt order anything. I didnt even know how they got my number. But i regularly got upto 12 calls a day pestering me to give order for the belt.. After i threatened to make police complaint, the calls stopped.

            I Just purchased a vegetable cutter from telebuy before 3 months. Two of my cutter blade got removed from the blade holder. I just register the complaint to the telebuy at 2016/08/14 and they have provide the complaint number via email[protected]. There was no response after that and i have called them 2016/08/21 and they have told we have called and ask you to bring them to showroom.

            The Big worst case is when i going to purchase the product of vegetable cutter they have told me it contains 6 month warranty period but they have told right now is the vegetable cutter only have 10 days replacement period. They are asking right now is extra 150 INR need to pay for blade replacement. They are really fooled me with their products. While purchasing they are providing more valuable words but after purchasing they are cheating me like this. Right now they are telling me to study the terms and conditions. Like this i don't know how many people got cheated. This is totally waste to buy products with them. Thanks

            Still you are fooling me another blade not received itself. One of your customer care support mailed me at 6th November as i will receive the blade within two days but there is no courier received from your side . Its really annoying.

              Hi,

              I had bought a bodipro roller from telebuy after watching an ad in the tv. Before making the purchase i. E on 29th sep 2016 i had asked for quality of the product, once i got assurance i had place the order & received the product within a day i. E on 30th sep 2016.

              I had paid rs 2000/- in cash (Because their card machine was not working) for a bodipro roller & irene kuhl sunglasses (Which they siad its a gift from them but it was also billed in 2000). Invoice #bg1617/42329.

              After receiving the product i use it once, while using i understood it was a very low grade/quality product & the product was defective. Product wheels started jammed.

              I had called customer service i. E on [protected] got picked by mr. Abhilash after hearing to my complain he said he will check with senior & get back he did t call as expected, then again i had called where i spoke to mr. Suresh who said mr. Abhilash is out for a break & gave me a number [protected], told me that here they will respond to me on product return & refund.

              I had called [protected] but i could not speak to any one even after 3 mins where calls gets disconnected automatically. I had tried back calling [protected] but there was no response, later i got [protected] as call center number. I called people started picking my call & cutting it.. This happened 6 times. Later i used other mobile & made a call, call got connected where mr. Abhilash picked it up. Told him why you guys doing it? He asked my number said he will check asked me to hold on the call later he disconnected the call too. Later i was not able to connect to them.

              This shows how one can ruin the interest & mood of an individual. Non proffesional way of handling the situation.

              I had used the product for 2mins max. I request to consumer forum to fine them for cheating & service defaults. I request forum to help me on getting money back.

              Kindly make sure this difulters (Telebuy.in / rp telebuy skyshop) get punished & henceforth no one get cheated.

                  I hv done lot of online shopping.
                  But telebuy has The worst customer support.
                  Their Products come unpacked & broken. After chatting talking & with confirmation of what all comes In this kit we ordered the sane.
                  They r suppose to give induction base ceramin pan dosa tawa. Crayogen knives dicet & knife sharpener. We r delivered Blunt knives without sharpener. Broken dicer. Ceramic pan WITHOUT induction base.
                  Kept complaining many times. They keep assuring but practically dont resolve.
                  Their way of working is absurd.
                  Dicer is replaced. Not the knives.
                  We r yet to get our induction base ceramicore pan which we hv returned twice.
                  Extremely sickening.

                  I purchased mosquito off from telebuy today. had it plugged in. sitting 1 and half metres near to it. Still mosquitoes biting me.
                  I bought this melt and slim belt and was offered sewing machine . Two days it was absolutely rt and working, but later on it stucked, i complained through phone they we ll come see, i complained on 23 rd till now there is no response, very bad and worst we lost money

                    Last year 2015 I called to the telebuy regarding buy a fitness machine. By taking with telebuy staff I came to know they are going to cheat me by the money. So I told them don't want and cut the call. From next day onwards I keep getting calls from telebuy, around 30 calls per day from various numbers +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] these are the main numbers. And the staffs are very rude and using bad words also. I feel very bad, I requested don't make calls, then also I keep on getting calls. Pls help me to stop calls.

                    Getting atleast 7 to 9 calls per day and the last call is at 9.30 pm. It is really irritating and ridiculous for them to call anyone especially during working hours. My last warning to them. I request them to remove my number from their list.

                      So consumercomplaints.in website is not secure.

                      How can you mark my complaint got resolved. Who said you it is resolved. These TBuy people have only called. They didn't resolved upto now.

                      I don't know what they are thinking about the complaints.

                      Yesterday technician called & said he is coming in 1 hour. I have waited till the time he called again & said he will come today earlier morning 8 am. Morning I have waited but he didn't come. Even he didn't call also.

                      Is this the way these people working. They are not understanding customers issues. Remember one thing it is not 100/- product. Its my one month salary. For my health issue I have bought from this company.

                      I will not leave this easily. Lets see.

                        Really i felt very bad with telebuy people. No one responded with my compliant.

                        4 months ago i bought orbitary alite in telebuy. From 10 days it is not working properly. I have raised the compliant 4 times about this. But no one responded and i didn't get any call from you people.

                        I have 1 year warranty. You should tell me what can i do now.

                        It is not a small amount. I have paid 15000/- for this product till now it is not useful to me.

                            Hi
                            I have bought the orbitrek through online on 15/4/16 form vellore..
                            The product you have supplied is totally not good.
                            From the day 1 it was creating problem.
                            within this three month the service person came to service for 3 times.
                            Today morning the bar connecting foot pedal[see photo attached] and internal body which was abruptly broken and my wife was fell down and got injured..
                            I never seen such like worst quality of product.
                            I request you don't play with consumer life by supplying worst quality product.
                            I am planning to surrender the product to the R P telebuy sky shop itself..
                            Our house owner has warned us that about not to repair orbitrek hereafter since while the service person repaired last time the tiles was broken slightly while using hammer.
                            Can you give the contact details of India manager. I will contact him...
                            Based on his reply, I will take further steps...

                            I have brought swipe phone from teleby on[protected] .Now I can't able to charge my mobile and slow loading complains are there.Charger also not fitting.I complained to your customer care @chennai to refund it or make my mobile working but there is no response.i am fed up by your mobile.worst service from your side.pls do needful and replace my mobile Bec only 8 months I used it it has 1year warranty too.pls do response.

                                Hi All,

                                A month back i've order sewing machine and some product with telebuy. But due to my unavailability at home unable to deliver the products also i have canceled the products over phone itself... After that i'm receiving 4 calls daily from telebuy person.. i told im not able to buy products now... as of many time i've explained them... Finally today one guy called me from Telebuy and asking the same thing.. i said, that i've already canceled and also explained many times and why you are calling again and again. He replied, "Are you educated or not? don't you know why im calling... this is our way to call all speak with customer.. Don't you know that...?"
                                See what a stupid person he is and see how you are serving with your customers...?
                                If these will continue you will loose everything and ask your team members to mind their tongue.. Otherwise i will raise a consumer complaints against your company... Mind it...

                                  My name is sindhuja and i am facing problem with agents of telebuy claiming that i am sangeetha, even though i told them i am not sangeetha they are calling continously and saying i booked something from their company and did not purchase it.. even if a customer cancelled their order that doesn't mean agents can speak rudely saying that i am lying and i am sangeetha when i am not sangeetha, and rudely saying that they will distribute this number and will disturb me continously..

                                      It has been observed that the name of the product shown in the tv advt. Magic blender/mixer and what i received is bullet mixer/blender. Is it the same product?

                                      The super vegetable cutter enclosed the container box collecting the sliced vegetable and fruits was broken.

                                        I have purchased bodi pro roller by last month. I got this along with latex band which is very short (2 feet length). So that stretching exercise is not comfortable for me. I have checked with the support executive about the length of the latex band and came to know the length should approximately 5 - 6 feet.
