                          i have ordered a table mat from Telebuy india after seeing there advertisements in the television. My order No is [protected]. it's been 4 days since i have made my order but every other day delivery boys are saying they will deliver it by 9 pm but still didn't complete the order i made. The most disappointing thing about telebuy is that the service is irresponsible and they don't even bother to complete the order. Delivery boys keep forwarding other delivery boys number and every time we call them they say we will deliver it tomorrow. Telebuy with such an pathetic, irresponsible and fake service is fooling customers, hence i request to take appropriate action against the company and it's service.

                                I purchased SMARTMOP and a combo pack of CIRAMIC CORE with NO NO OIL DOSA TAWA as free item on tbuy.in. The mop i purchased at Rs 945/- and the combo pack of Ciramic core at Rs 2780 even after heavy discounts. The actual prices are too high. After using just couple of days i found that the products are not even worth of two hundred rupees. The quality of the products are not even up to the local stuff. On the TV it showed that the nonstick ciramic coating is very superior grade and requires no oil and even it could be cleaned up by simply wiping with a cloth. But all are absolutely wrong. The pan doesnot work unless enough oil is added and if less oil is added the food stick to the bottom and hard to remove. Moreover after using couple of months the coating starts fading despite taking care of cleaning methods. And the NO NO OIL DOSA TAWA, we used it on the arrival and tested few days but shockingly we never had proper dosas on it. The product is utter rubbish and we packed it and kept a side. And the SMART MOP. the quality is very poor and the handle is very week and short . we dont know how the man Mr sullivan shown on the video, who may be 6feet taller using this short mop. We experienced the difficulty using this short handle mop and the bottom of the mop always come off the handle. we have to refix it every time after using. There are many branded imported products available in the stores of the same price. This is the blunder i made this time by choosing these unbranded cheap quality telebuy products. I wrote to them but they never publish negative feed back. They are cheating the people by false and low quality products with higher prices. All their discounts are bogus on their online portal tbuy.in

On my several follow up with the provided customer service number, company persons are reluctant to deliver the ordered product by giving false and wage excuses. The company rep said they don't have stocks with them if they dont have the stocks why did the company processed to collect the amount from my account.
