Hello frds this is my last same complaint he cheat again he said am solving that problem he just mind waves me.please friends don't purchases in telebuy he now good serves after u got loss only pls help me any government officer how to complaint in consumer court i have all document and call recording. his executer mr jafar[protected] that day he mind waves me.please cancle that company licences.

    please help me once again he cheater me dear, mr jafar chearter me last week he talk with me he said i can solved that problems now am call that same number its not working again he cheat me.
    pls what can i do its not good company its only cheat people.

      These people are simple trying to cheat consumer by sending wonder core in place of rock gym. when asked they are simply negligent in their reply and they simple say both are the same. wonder core in the market is around 6500 rs but i paid 9950 for rock gym to get a better product. these people are now waying both are same. when i stress more and asked them to take the product return they say rock gym stocks are not available so use wonder core. i am writing this mail mainly to make the consumers aware who are intrested in rock gym. please dont buy this product.

          I have been receiving annoying and repetitive calls from Telebuy after buying a product from them. They have been calling again and again from different numbers and forcing me to buy their products. One day, a guy from Telebuy customer care called me and informed me about a new product and asked me to buy that. He replied rude when I showed disinterest in buying the product. I have showed disinterest in buying their products and even shouted at them not to call me again. But they are still calling me everyday. It is very disturbing for me. Please take necessary action so that they never call me again.

            I used more that 4 bottles of Ervamatin. The last product I purchased on September 2015, and when I started using I realise it duplicate Ervamatin. 95% of water content in this product and I even cant apply to my hair. ( How we can apply water to hair, Telebuy can you show a demo if so ) This product is 100% waste. My money is only waste on buy this lotion. This is a cheating one. Awaiting for Telebuy response on the same.

              I purchased 2 tablemate (pink colour). I got them delivered to my home address on 17th Sept . First one had a minor crack which was replaced next day . Second one is also seem to be defective with a bend towards the edge . My uncle (cc'ed in the mail) tried to contact your customer service and they advised we need to pay another £300 for replacement. Is this the way telebuy deal with complaints?. On questioning about warranty they said they can give us free replacement if we buy another item from telebuy. What a bargain ? I have never seen such a worst customer service .                 Telebuy is cheating customers by sending there Wonder core product which is not as shown in the Television. They are sending other model not the one shown in the Television. Attached the model sent initially which is not the same as the one shown in TV. If we ask for the same model shown in the TV, they have sent a defective model again and not doing the replacement, If anybody starts using this will get back pain.                             I have never come accross such a horrible customer service, i did order ervamatin and immediately i cancelled it due to my own reason, but then i keep getting calls from customer nearly some 15times a day which starts early in the morning, i literally lost my patience, if we cancel the order you guys call us so many times, but u guys dont even bother if we complaint about any product, not even in my dreams am going to suggest telebuy to any one, i will definitely ask people to stop buying through telebuy...worst experience ever.You guys dont have any other better work rather than calling me so many tyms.I should find a new word to describe the torture you guys gave me.

                              the product is not folding / closing properly.A complaint was put up on 16.7.2015 vide[protected].
                              on 22.07.2015 telebuy contacted by sms informing assistace will be given shortly.
                              Again on 28.07.2015 another complaint was registered vide[protected] .and no action
                              further msg was sent for assistance and a new complaint was registered vide[protected] assuring us action within 48 hours.
                              This is cheating outright .

                                  I had purchased Telebuy Orbitrek Elite product 2 years back-Now pedal connecting to body is rusted and broken -Now product is unusable and many times called for service -booked complaint on[protected] and complaint Number is[protected] and told that complaint will be settled within 48 Hours- But so far nothing happened and complaint escalated to Rakesh on number[protected]every time calling they are simply cheating and told that complaint will be settled soon-This is a cheat company and nobody should buy any product from them -Orbitrek price is 7000 only but they are charging 3 times -still the product service is very poor-If we call one number they will give another number and cheat us

                                    This is rajesh from chennai, I bought Bodi Pro Roller from Chennai telebuy, its a best machine to do exercise for body. I like this product very much needs just 10 minutes a day, before a month my bodi pro roller got some damage I call them one of the customer care reach us within few days and repaired fastly. Now I m using it without any problem my weight reduced to some limits and my whole family members where using it.

                                      Hello my name is pavan r chilumula I bought ceramic core pan from telebuy 4 months back and started receiving calls from your marketing team on various products which is in fact a good thing but recently I am getting calls around 10 pm to 11 pm. This is entirely disturbing my personal life and even more annoying thing is the reps question me as if I did something like big mistake and will abruptly disconnect the line not bothered to listen what customer wants to say.
