I have purchased ken tower fan with 2 years service warranty on 5.12.2017 with invoice serial number :2017-18/tl/b2c/00001/24058. Now the fan is completely not working and need servicing. I repeatedly calling yours rp telebuy sky shop pvt ltd phone nos no one is responding since one month. So kindly do the needful by attending the service of ken tower fan asap.

I have purchased Ken Tower Fan with 2 years service warranty on 5.12.2017 with Invoice Serial Number :2017-18/TL/B2C/00001/24058. nOW THE FAN IS COMPLETELY NOT WORKING and need servicing .I repeatedly calling yours RP TeleBuy Sky Shop Pvt Ltd Phone Nos no one is responding since one month .     First of all, let me inform you that we are on an overseas trip to Europe & in roaming. The third rates customer care department is causing so much of nuisance to us by calling and irritating us time & again since 2-3 weeks, despite the fact we cut their line every time on the face. Are they brainless people, can't they sense that the other person is either not interested to pick the call or may be in such a situation perhaps would not prefer to pick the call like. Well, let me list you the numbers - 1) [protected] 2) [protected] 3) [protected] 4) [protected] 5) [protected] and so on, such numbers.
    If the problem is not resolved immediately, we may've to take this issue/ problem seriously addressing it to the Police department to intervene & resolve

      Placed an order in telebuy.in on 13th Jun for one smart mop. But still i have not received any update / phone calls.

      Tried to contact via chat in telebuy.in website. but they told only for sales and not customer service.

      called customer service after 10 days. They told no stock for the product and need to cancel the order. I asked why didn't inform customers after 10 days. No response. Asked them to cancel the order. they told me that order will be cancelled and the amount will be transferred to my account within 10 days. now more than 20 days. but no response again. Website the order status is still showing as processing.

      Not sure how to get the amount refunded.

          Respected sir /madam:
          My name is vignesh. N. I purchased table max from rp telebuy skyshop private limited from seeing the advertisement on tv and ordered the product. The address of the head office is (81-b, 2nd floor, prince info park block-a2nd main road ambattur industrial estate chennai). The product delivered to me as on (9/05/2018) was broken and not in usable state at all. I complained to them about the state of product on the delivered date itself. But they assured me of replacement on the next day. But when i called them there was no response and they say that the replacement cannot be made on door step and they do not provide even their office address for replacement. So please kindly get me my replacement of product or money.

          I have order a table mate from tbuy. With the promise that it would be dispatched the next day. Its already 8 days i made my payment. Even till today there was no sign of the product being delivered.
          When I called the customer care their only answer is we will check and update you tomorrow. How many ever times you call on any day same response.
          No one has an answer,
          I LOST MU MONEY, Very sad.

            as per term and condition. therby they are cheating custmer who buy product by luring gift like car anything will be giver . there advertisement in TV and newspaper is only bogus. pl inform to supply

                We have been received a faulty product like display failure for " Future Phone".

                  I've bought orbitrek elite from tbuy.in with invoice # hd1415/85943. It's been lying useless for more than 9 months now as no one has turned up to fix the issues.

                  Also i've bought an additional amc for 1 year by paying extra. One person turned out after calling them for more than 2 months but he didn't fix the issue properly. Again i'm facing the same issue. Now i'm again following up with them to fix the issues but no one has turned up yet for more than 10 months.

                  Also the service executives are not honest. Initially he asked me to change some fittings as they're not proper but cleverly managed when i told him the product is still under warranty.

                    I just order and cancelled a product from tele buy as i came to know that the same product is available at lower cost. The sales dept from telebuy keeps calling me more than 40 times a day.. Literally every 30 minutes.. I have told them not to call again. Every single person says that i won't receive calls anymore but they keep calling me back. If this isn't stop i'm gonna take a step forward and raise a legal complaint against telebuy for their nuisance.

                        Table top is not fitting properly in the legs and it is shaking. Not comfortable for use. Many scraches and white coloured patch at the centre is seen.                             Never buy anything from telebuy. They sent me a different item but asking me to courier them back with my money. Pricing, you have to bargain a lot otherwise end up paying 30 to 40% more. They someway want to dump their products. After sale it would be really difficult to contact their customer care.in simple words, what they do is modern robbery. Don't be fooled by their calls or buy anything from tbuy.in. Good to pay extra and buy from amazon or flipkart

                                On 8th july 2017 i purchased one tablemate from telebuy... Order number : [protected] the person swiped my card and said it has rejected... Then he swiped once again and it was successful... I did not receive the messages at once and later i received two messages for using my card for rs.1995. I immediately lodged a compliant. Till date i have not received my refund.

                                  I bought a ladder from you vide order no [protected]. We are not able to assemble the same. Looks like all the parts are note there. I am trying to contact customer care but nobody picks up the phone.
                                  I stay in delhi and i ordered this for my parents. I think my 8000 is gone waste.
                                  Can you pls ask some one to visit the address and help my parents to verify all the parts are there and help them assemble the same. The delivery boys could not help them as they also felt that there was something missing. Please treat this as very urgent, else i will be filing a complaint soon to the regulators

                                      As the rate of the ladder is not provided in advertisement, my mom gave a missed call and after getting the rate, she said she is not ibterested. But from then, telebuy guys kept calling many times a day and disturbed a lot though we said we are not interested. And finally, today around night 8.30pm where we were about to sleep, we received call and up on saying that we are not interested, and not to call anymore we were scoulded by calling agent why the hell we have given missed call if not interested. Please take necessary action and notify me, else i would reach trai yo complain.

                                        She doesn't have any manners to talk to the customer. When i said, i need to discuss with my family to take a decision, she is asking me to hold the call and she is asking me to share my decision right at the moment over call. Also she is asking me to give the call to my mother. When i said, no prob, that i can explain her about the product. She is asking me, if i am going to purchase the product without the knowledge of my mother. She is truly an #. I didn't know her name. She is not deserved for the customer care. I have even recorded the call. She should be fired from the job. The number is [protected]. She doesn't even know english. She doesn't have any qualities to be in the customer care. When i ask her to connect with her manager, she angrily asked me to disconnect the call, and she cut the call.. Such a indecent illiterate manneeless lady.
