    Product Name: Table Mate 2 Had purchased a Table Mate 2 few days back, during which we were given a guarantee that if any problem arises they would do a door step service also replace the part for free of cost but now they are asking us to visit their showroom and pay 200/-. Issues facing: Bend over the plate. Adjustments are jammed.

        Ordered a PINK Color Tablemate on 12th July, prompt delivery. But got a WHITE Color Tablemate on 13th July. Called up customer service no. twice, both people agreed to resolve by 24 hrs, nothing happened for the last 7 days. While ordering the product, based on previous experience, I checked many times, they assured that local office is there, anytime any problem, company will take care to replace the product etc. If this is the service quality in 7 days, from the time product is purchased, will the company stand by 1 year promised warranty.           i still have not received my product, it was ordered on 28/06/14. I even raised a complaint and the complaint no is :[protected] on. 01/07/14, they promised me that they will deliver it in 2 days time. Its 05/07/14, i still have not received the product yet. i tried calling[protected] but no response. they sent me a SMS asking me to contact a local no in chennai to check the delivery status. And the No is [protected], i have been trying to reach them from 01/07.14, its either switched off or they wont answer the phone.

          This is too bad. very poor service. wat happend to my product. ?. can someone respond to this mail atleast. will never use TELEBUY and i wont refer anybody to shop from TELEBUY.

            Hi, I have ordered the product - Wonder Core (Order ID:[protected] from telebuy site tbuy.in on 29th June since the site was mentioned that EMI facility is available. However during the payment time i did not get the option to chose EMI and the payment has done successfully without prompting EMI. I had contacted HDFC credit card customer care to enable EMI however surprised to hear from them that tbuy has withdrawn EMI option. Thus i have called tbuy customer care and asked them not to process this order and cancel the same with immediate effect. They have requested me to send a mail for cancellation which i have done on the same day. Even then I was getting calls for order confirmation but asked them many time to cancel it. I had sent reminder mails to confirm the cancellation and return the amount but so far nobody responded by mail or call.Today, 3rd June i have received a communication from [protected]@codaferp.com that item has been dispatched via courier. I'm very much frustrated and nobody from tbuy is showing any kind of ownership to address customer concern. Request concern authority to please look into this and help to sort this out as early as possible. Regards Arun Chand

            @Telebuy: I have called your customer care number multiple times during your business time but nobody responded to phone calls. I'm very much upset by the way you are treating my concern. You are only focusing on selling items, not giving any preference to customer concerns. Please note without our support you cannot grow further in industry. Surprised to see that none of the senior management is monitoring such issues. I have raised this issue through social media as well, very next day your team will delete the posts instead of taking necessary action.
            It's been a month since i raised the complaint with telebuy. Still they have not refund the money, nobody bothered to look after the complaint and sort it out for ever. Very much frustrated with the customer support.

              i purchased 2 tablemates from the telebuy cheaters, one was white in color and other was a pink one... white was a original one and the pink was a defective duplicate one, so i asked them to replace it for a white one ( thinking atleast that would be the original one ) but to my surprise they again delievered me a more defective(white)product than that pink... i was really shocked seein it... and the white which they delievered me this time is a duplicate one, i can really compare this white with the other ( white) which i got woth pink tablemate. if i ask them thy r justifyin that both r d same.. am not gonna leave that telebuy frauders... am gonna approach d consumer court... atleast to save the other consumers from this frauders, cheaters... so consumers please be beware about this TELEBUY FRAUDERS !!! - AMRITA

              This happened with me too recently. I have also given the review, but as expected the webmaster didn't get that posted/published in reveiws section.

              I bought one expecting that to be original but received a duplicate table mate.
              The invoice generated along with this also has different price. Free product which we aren't interested and tele mate table are charged with amount that totals to the price shown online.
              Y dont you simply enter the actual price and give the discount price and show the other product as free, Just like the invoice generated when ordering online.

              And surprisingly before buying the online chat person asked me for my mobile number saying that the representative will call you for better discounts on the product. After which i received numerous calls asking me to place order so they would place the order even after telling them that i have already placed online. I couldn't even login to my online account which was created a week before as its saying no user exist with the email id. Wondering, without this how was my order given a reference number and even the product was delivered.


              I definitely dont recomment this product to be brought from telebuy.

                I had ordered Abtronic X2 via Telebuy for the rate of Rs 5350.00 They said made in Canada.Onvce I have saw the package it seems to complete local delhi street electronic goods available at Chandini Chowk. also 3 months warranty only.Once the system fails no service centre. They said in Telephone an Electric shaver imported from Canada is a compliment.But once I saw the product ista absoluetely selling street electrinc product. But luckily my friend restricted to accept the product.only we paid Rs 350 as a delivery charge to delivery man without any bill.Bcoz delivery boy told us we booked a car especially for your delivery. so consumers beware of buying these Teleshopping.They are showing in TV is absolutely fake

                  I here by copying my email coversation with Telebuy customer care representative. So What can I do on this Table mate product defective May 21 (4 days ago) to care I have bought a table mate from telebuy. The first day itself i have noticed it defective and not stable. So I called the distributor and he assured it will replace, but after that there was no response from his side.So I called customer care no filed a complaint with the complaint no :[protected], but there was no response at all. Now the product become worser and cracks are appearing. The customer services I have experienced from Telebuy is very bad and disappointing. Now always I am getting calls from telebuy offering one more Table mate, when istart to tell about the condition of old table mate the representatives will cut the call suddenly. So I have fed up with telebuy service. So I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible.                         I bought a telemate.. in voice noHD1314/59647. Instead of white they delivered Pink one. On invoice it is written as white. I needed an exchange. Telebuy customer support persons are rude. Staff who answer the telephone just does not do any thing. They say some thing in a very in audible phone and just disconnect. Very impolite and unprofessional. I called[protected] many times. None of us can hear any thing what they say and also they do not bother to make us understand. They are only interested in taking orders and not interested in providing good service. When I tell them about my problem on telephone (with so much difficulty i got connected) they just take it very easy and say some body will call you and talk to them and no one calls me. This is what happening for the past several days. I have not seen such horrible service any where.

                          I have purchased ‘sofa cum bed’ (Air filler) during march 2013 and ‘ no oil fry pan’ during august 2013. The both of them has been damaged very shortly. The sofa cum bed punctured (Air leaking many places) within couple of months and the motor which they supplied been burnout. The tawa ( no oil fry pan ) was sticking frying foods and burning the bottom of all the food items. All of their advertisement in the tv channels are the way of cheating and stealing the money from the public. The business of all their products are not in the honest way and not worth of the money we pay to them. If we complain about this products, they never response and once we pay the money to them means, gone forever. They are cheating the people with their fake products with advertisement showing one thing and doing another thing. They are still showing and promoting their products through many major tv channels and other medias and such a practice of showing advertisement should be stop immediately. Because many peoples not aware of that their products are bogus and not trust worthy.

                            I bought Orbitrek Elite from Telebuy and could use it only for 1 months after which it gave some problem with the pedal and it was broken. I complained to the customer care at Chennai and they kept on saying that they will be sending somebody to service the machine. Nobody turned up so far. They are just cheating people with the money. Beware of Telebuy and its products. when i am trying to make a call to Telebuy, they are disconnecting the call after seeing my mobile number.

                            Call to customer cae, I faced this type of problem also at that time I call customer care and they reach us within hree days and make it correct.

Company is not responsible if tbuy could not rectify the product after completion of warranty. Service after completion of warranty is chargeable with service charge of rs 250/-. cost of spare will be extra. product replacement is not applicable under warranty policies. Damage due to fire, Electricity, fluctuation, misuse or improper handling will not covered under warranty. Product name: Paint Zoom Purpose of product :Painting. Product delivered in Thane.Maharahstra. Product Used for first time : Octomber 30th 2013, Cochin, Kerala Defect was observed after painting was done for less than 2 hours in sprayer. After informing the same with tbuy, i was promised to reverted back by tbuy. Telebuy did not revert back till complain was lodged again for malfunctioning of compressor. After fake promises that my product will given service within two working days has not be provided till 25 december.(No one has visited and seen the product till date by representative.) I logged complain on consumer complain .After that i received call from tbuy giving me fake promises but no service. Failure to provide service was reasoned out to be Unavailable of Spare part, Language issue. I received complaint number[protected] on 20/11/2013 which was shown resolved on 30/11/2013 . On 9/12/2013 i registered complain with consumer complain received[protected] which has not been solved till date. After exchange of mails and giving them deadline for providing the service and failure for same will lead leave me with no option than to complain with consumer court. I have exchanged mail which shows call made to tbuy number and duration, inconvenienced faced during the conversation and result. Can you guide me how can i do to seek justice. I don't trust telebuy to provide me genuine service.which they failed to provide me from last 85 days. The actual fact is that, this is a cheating company, I have been complaining with the company since long ( more than 2 years now but the representatives are always avoiding me by giving lame excuses of non availability of service center at my place, when they do not have the service centers, then why should they sell their products by making false promises of good and prompt service, I need to register a complaint against this fraud company thus get justice to my problem.                                     I am in Bangalore, I booked one table mate II on 16th Nov. 13 on saturday and gave my credit card 16 digit number to book one but you staff in Chennai they booked and swiped twice. After 15 minutes they informed me that they have done a mistake and swiped two times instead of one time, but later they said I need not worry and they will cancel the extra booked for Rs.2000/-. Next sunday from bangalore unit they deliverd one tabe mate item which was booked on Saturday. when asked to cancel the other one which was booked another time (by your staff) they said they will cancel it if they receive any other item and send it back to chennai. When I contaced ur office in chennai they said they will do the revversion immediately, but daily I phone madking STD for request to reverse / cancel, but they have not done anything so far. Daily 3-5 times I call from my mobile [protected] to chennai office, they are not responding for anything they always tell that '" I will see" wait for 5 mintues, 10 minutes, even after long waiting no calls from t.buy office. (sadening / worrying me lot). Moreover, in n my account bill they have debited/deducted Rs.536/- dated 20.11.103. why this charges ? what for ? when booked they said nothing except the item amount Rs.2000/-. It is giving me dis-satisfaction. I request your good self to look into this matter and credit Rs. 2000/- & Rs. 536/- immediately to my account. Kindly do the needful please.

                                      I have purchased paint zoom from tbuy. Within first use I faced problem with sprayer. After searching the number which is not present on there official website tgey told that will revert back as there is language barrier. For fifteen days there was no response from tbuy.for using machine nor more than 600 sqft painting area tgey blower of machine started sucking paint and is throwing from within the machine.again when I called they asked me to call on complain number.they promised that service will br provided withi two days and u will receive call from service provider from the person handling the job for that particular state. I even told that it is painting task what paint has been added is waste and painting job is yet to completed. Provide me the address I will take to workshop by my self .they insisted on service guy calling me at time of arrival.i am not provided with any complain registered number. Thay deny to give service guy number saying it is his personal number on that ground they will not provide the number. I am call them three times on number where complain is to be launced to track ky service request and concern person arrival data.and the height is they deny coming to location saying thay do not have spare parts which are needed so on that ground they will come later. Praftically there is one connector pipe. One sprayer . One blower. Out three components my sprayer and blower is out of performance in 600sqft painting coverage. Lack of communication number.                                         I ordered for one Paint Fast and they asked to give credit card details for sending the product and they told that the delivery person would take card impression and we need to sign the slip. They took 3 days to send the product and at the time of delivery they brough the charge slip for signing and the same was signed and given. But after few days I noticed that they have claimed the amount 2 times and the amount was debited twice in my credit card account. My wife called the local office and there was no proper response from them.My credit card statement date is 18th of everymonth, I wanted this double debit to be reversed before that so that I may be asked by pay the higher amount. But my efforts to resolve this issue failed.

                                        I got the customer service number of telebuy (Chennai) and I had to threaten them of legal consequences if they do not refund the money immediately. After 3 calls and email, they agreed that its charged twice and they are asking for 20 to 25 days to refund. I tried several times to convince them to pay the same by cheque, which they refused. My credit card statement is generated and bank is asking me to pay Rs 14000 against my actual purchase of Rs 7000. If I do not pay the full amount Bank will charge me interest on old balance (7000) as well as on all new transactions @ 39%. Telebuy is advising me to pay less to credit card. Telebuy is also not ready to bear the interest cost if any charged by bank on credit card. Telebuy is not agreeing to pay it immediately. I have decided to file a crimial complaint with police for cheating and fraud for charging twice using a single credit card slip. Please advise.
