We bought "No No Oil Dosa Tawa" and "Ceramicore 24 CM Pan with LID" on 24/11/2014 and we are facing many problems with it. We have complained about it many times till now before the warranty period and there is no proper response from the concerned people. We are facing very serious issue with the customer support.     I ordered for Telebuy product Wondercore by seeing a television ad. But the product received was not as shown. Please be aware of duplicates in the name of Telebuy products. Same thing happened for ceramic core earlier, when I spoke about this issue to local delivery agent he secretly exchanged product as if it was unknownly happened, so I had no option to prove it. It should be taken to higher end to stop such frauds.

        I was informed by SMS by Telebuy, Chennai that (one Mr. Pavan, A) will deliver the item ordered with his phone number, before 11th Dec. 14. But he failed to deliver the item as promised by Telebuy. He is also not lifting my phone when contacted. Why should they take orders when they can't keep up their delivery ? Please arrange to deliver the TABLEMATE urgently to me. Thanks.

          I bought a Tablemate which was delivered at home late in the evening on 2nd December 2014. The person who delivered it was unwilling to demonstrate its working and returned in a hurry after taking the money. Next day I complained to the customer care section and I was told that someone will come home and show us how to use it or rectify the defects. The person on the other end of the network assured me that it will be attended to within 24 hours. After several attempts to contact the customer care number and being assured that someone will come to my place (even this morning we were assured ) now we are told to bring it to telebuy office! We are very old senior citizens. Is this the attitude of the great Telebuy? Just to get money from customers and forget about it? It s liking buying a pig in a poke!                   1. I Mr Sandip Wangane resident of Mumbai received deffected super glider from your reputed company on 01/11/ 2014. The same was received defected condition and not properly working. On 2 Nov 2014 immediately I had lodged a complaint vide No[protected] but no any response within 48 hrs. Again I had lodged a complaint on 5 Nov 2014 vide complaint No[protected] . Sir this is very bad issue and no response through telephone also. What can I do . I have still not received my item. Every time customer care is contacted, they will tell 'will be delivered within 2 days' and it never delivered. Very bad customer care. No customer care at all. No reply for series of mails sent. Nor I am able to contact promotor / top executive of the firm.

                      i ordered a tablemate 2 on 29th oct 2014 through phone..they did the delivery the same date at evening. but when i use the product after the delivery man went away, , i noticed that the product surface is not flat, its slanting, , , unable to keep anything on the surface of the table...it has defect...so immediately i informed the customer service...they said they will replace by doorstep within 2 days, , , everyday i called them to know the status of complaint...but now they say that they wont replace it by doorstep...i hav to take the product to showroom which is far away from my home...while buying they say they do doorstep service or replacement, , but now they say no doorstep service or replacement...they wont bother my complaint...the product price is rs.1800...

                        Please let me know the status of the above complaint number, just providing the complaint numbers does not mean anything. 100's of wrong commitments are enough, the amount of eagerness you have in selling the product same way you need to ensure on the replacement and faulty ones too. The moment we give missed call the response is so fast but why not viceversa??????? This incident made me not to buy from tbuy compare to other online marketers. Now tbuy products are with other people too and i think we can rely on them if at all i make up my mind to buy. I would expect some one to reply on the status of my complaint number.

                          Dear Sir This is with reference to the product Orbitek Elite purchased on 1 sept the screen was found faulty on 5 sept and a complaint was registred on 11 sept . After repeated of reminder calls the customer care told us to courrier the faulty screen on 6th oct, which we did 7th october . On 17 october they sent the courrier and we find that it is the same defective peice. The handlers of the calls were Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Dilip Mr. Vivek where we got quite vauge answers.                               I am unable to use this product. Because Micro controller is not working. If i insert belt to my stamak It is not detecting skin and giving buzzer sound continuously and switching off the item after 30 seconds. Earlier My friends suggested me about this product as it is a fake product but i didn't consider and i bought this product but finally i was loss. It is not working properly.                                 I had purchased Orbitrek Elite three years back. Within the first year itself it had complaints with the pedal. It was a horrible time to get through their customer service. They never bother about after sales service. I had continuously call them for 2 months and shout at them to get the service done. Even recently I had again contacted customer service. It is still the same and nothing has changed. They say they will send the service person today whenver we call. However, nobody turns up.                                     I have booked an abs wonder core machine and table mat on Sep 8th 14 (Midnight) from Tele buy and made full payment through credit card with the confirmation that i'll get the delivery of the product next day.

                                    But i have not received the delivery nor the response from Tele buy for next 3 days and when i started enquiring about the delivery, they kept saying that they would deliver it on following day and there were no voluntary calls from telebuy informing me about the status rather i had to follow-up with them to know the delivery status everyday.

                                    After 3 days of humiliation i had cancelled the order considering their poor response (False promises / irresponsible approach) and the time of cancellation i was informed that i would get an acknowledgement message in 24 hrs for which i haven't received any confirmation yet. But according to their promise i should get the amount refunded in 7 day which i am unsure i will get it because of their continuous false commitments.

                                    I am afraid if i could be able to get my amount refunded as i have to pay back my credit card payment before the cut off date. Because of all these i was personally frustrated and mentally upset which made me not to concentrate in my official works.

                                    Seeking a prompt support from Consumer complaints forum in order to get my issues sorted out.

                                      I purchased a Orbitrek Elite against invoice #K62013 dt 9/4/2013. The machine is covered under service warranty for life time for which an amount of Rs.1000/- was also paid extra over and above the cost of equipment. The company never cared to service the equipment during the first one year. Now I have registered a complaint as some unusual sound is coming from the machine while using, may be because of breakage of bearings. In the acknowledgement of complaint, it was assured that service personal will be contacting me within 24-48 hrs. But till date nobody responded or contacted. So it is my humble request to all online buyers not to believe such business people/ companies, as they are most organised cheaters. Beware of such cheaters, if possible, do not purchase anything from telebuy online. I am a victim of telebuy cheating. BEWARE KT THOMAS
