This is regarding my vodafone bill dispute I am having one vodafone connection which i am using from last 7 to 8 months but recently i change my bill plan to 99 rental with benifit 3000 Sec Voda & Voda free i was using that sim card just for this number & want to pay only rental but in bill invoice date 11-.5-2013 i have lots of dispute my bill is showing i have done usage of ISD calls,GPRS Usage,Night Calls,VAS Services, which is never used by infact this sim card is in my pocket & if i want to use the sim card i am having basic nokia handset N1650 i dont do even local so how can i use ISD call now i was given complaint againts bill dispute complaint no - #[protected] but i never get any resolution about that & i also given a request for itemised bill copy which have to come by[protected] but its never come i called up to CC they said that bill copy deliverd on[protected] which i never got now today again i given request for email itemised bill that i will get within 48 hours now pls help to resolve that bill dispute issue if this will never resolve by your end i will definetly do police complaint with my itemsied bill copy if i never done any call so i dont have any fear to so that.

i hope you will resolve my issue as soon as posssible.

VODAFONE ESSAR LTD — BILLS

I am taken 10 new SIM Cards from Global Direct, Thane. At the time of giving 10 SIM Cards Global Direct committed 1) CUG Scheme & 2) Rs.3000/- credited in 6 months 10 bills @Rs.50/- per month.

But when we received very 1st bills from Vodafone Essar Ltd. There is no any CUG Scheme and @Rs.50/- credited in bills.

So I writhed 4 emails to Vodafone to short out my 2 quires. So I can pay my bills amount before due dates. But they can’t give any proper reply or short out my quires.

Instead of short out my quires they send me there Advocate Devi & Associate demand letter.

I am bound to pay my actual bills amount after deducting Rs.3000/- which is taken Global Direct from me.

Vodafone Essar (India) — Billing Dispute

I am a Vodafone customer with phone# ([protected]) and I wanted to make a complaint for the inconvenience I had to go through. I was offered a new phone ([protected]) on the basis that I had been a good customer with my old number for nearly 4 years, Though I had accepted the offer I wanted to discontinue the new phone# as I was not able to maintain the same. I called Vodafone Customer Care to request a full and final bill for the new phone# so that I could clear the dues and discontinue the services for the new number. I was promised by the agent that I will get a final bill, I never received that bill. Finally I got a message saying that my services on my old phone# would be discontinued as there was a due on my new phone. I found this ridiculous as I had called in earlier for the same. The team lead (Mr. Vijay Singh) at the contact center informed me that he got permission from TRAI to do this. I have a busy schedule at my work and I was facing a hard time to clear my dues. I made the payment; however my phone is still inactive. It has been 3 days since I made the payment. when I called in I was given ridiculous reasons that the payment was not received or may be I paid for a different account. I work as a supervisor in a BPO my self and I understand how things work. Please do not give ridiculous reasons and blame customers for your inability to provide better service. I need my old phone number restored to me ASAP. I have already made a payment for both the phone numbers.
I have had a lot of issues with Vodafone, but this one has just crossed all the limits, I have not used the services for almost 2 months and Vodafone still charged me Rs.550 with No reason. On calling them about the issue they told me it was because of some grps services that was active on the A/c ..... And for your attention i have always used a black an white nokia phone with the vodafone sim card, i and willing to pay the Line Rental but will not pay for something that I was completely unaware off. I was given 1 gb GPRS free @ 99rs from 04/03/11 to 03/04/11 and was given a discount of only rs 5120 balance 3500 which i used was not given...
Even worse when i complained to the bill dispute handling department they said that the discount is correct
840920 kb is less than 1 GB but their backend says it exceeds 1 gb and refused to give me any discount

As per conversation Your given time is over, 3 days are completed. but my credit limit is not increase. So requested pl disconnect my Vodafone services. I don’t uses your services.
& no any compromise with you. This is my lost mail. & unable to contact you (customer care) because my no is black listed done by you.

Tomorrow purchased A new Airtel corporate number. Airtel provide best services compression with you.

Dear Sir,
I have billing dispute with Vadofone service provider.
They have generate bills for Vadafone Live ( VF Mobile connect) of Rs.2748. This period was of 5th Aug 11 to 4th Sept 11.
There after my out going calls were disconnected. I have visit Vodafone store 5 times & log a complaints.
Vodafone person is simply saying, that you have used Internet services on iphone.
Since you are using iphone hence at the back end some internet services is activated hence we have charged you. Also they have not able to show which internet service i have used or which site i have visited.
They are not showing any URL on which i have visited.Simply they are making me run from pillar to post.Nor any senior person is attending the calls.

As of now my out going is still deactivated.Pls help in resolving the same.

Vodafone mobile — Mobile Bill Dispute

Dear Concerned,
My complain is regarding Vodafone Billing. Complained several times to Customer Care, Visited Vodafone Mobile Store and even mailed to Vodafone Mumbai (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) thrice but no one was there to redress my issue.
This is Manoj Kumar Tewari, I am using a Post Paid Connection number '[protected]' , Relationship No.-1.14628977 since last Two years. Every thing was running smooth till June'11 (Bill Date :-25.06.11) in which I found Vodafone Mobile Connect & Caller Tunes charges has been added for which I have never applied."
I called the Vodafone CustomerCare and speak with Mr. Binod Tambe, Complain No-[protected] and briefed him regarding the above billing dispute. As per Mr. Tambe , it was because of "System Error", the Services charges has been levied and he told me to make the payment by deducting the extra charges. And the amount Mr. Tambe calculated is Rs.689/-, which I have to pay. The same amount I have paid dated:[protected] , Transaction ID:-MHDF[protected]. I even visited Vodafone Care, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai twice and speaked with Rahul & Snehal, both assured me that the amount will be deducted in next bill.
Now after few days, that auto-announcement started(IVR) while making any outgoing call regarding bill overdue. I again called to Vodafone Customer Care and this time I had conversation with Mr.Mahendra, Dated:-21/07/2011 and this time I have recorded the conversation, which I have till now..Now this guy told me to make the entire payment.I asked him why should I make extra payment because of your Billing Error, he replied that "this is the only way to stop IVR and will reverted back in the next bill". I argued with him and decided not to make the payment and waited for the next bill so that I will get a Final Amount after deducting all charges.
Strange, I received July'11 Bill (Bill attached) with out any deduction and the amount that I deducted in last bill was carried forward and added in this bill, in-spite of my repeated request . Now I decided that I am not going to make any payment till my entire dispute get solved and I switched off this number.
I mailed the entire issue to Vodafone Care with all attachments thrice but no reply.
Now from here on-wards Vodafone billing section started the "Mental Torture". Every time I used to say them the same thing "Clear my entire dispute first and I will make payment". They used to disconnect the call by saying they will get back to me after one hour or in evening. Every now and then a new executive used to call me and I have to brief him the entire history. For the last two month you people are mentally torturing me.
Now since last week I getting a call from a Lady from Mobile Number :[protected], threatening to take legal action against me. I told her if she want she can take legal action, I will fight back.

I have put up my entire point, soliciting your intervention in this regard ASAP.

This is out of my grief aroused due to Vodafone's horrifying customer service experience that I have experienced for the past 5 months. Vodafone has failed to provide me with any bill ever since the commencement of my services in September 2011 and for every bill cycle my bill has gone up and I have no means to find out why? After my repeated phone calls and emails Vodafone did not find it important to help me with the issue. There customer service banner 'Happy to help' is only imaginary idea to them. I also subscribed to the e-bill after giving up on talking to the representatives over the phone. I have right from September been charged late fee of Rs 100 and the only time I know my bill is overdue is when my services would be interrupted. I have written them an email to which they have stopped replying [REF:[protected]].
Please refer to my below - I have been enormous amount... with no ryhme or reason.

Corporate Connection. Plan of Monthly rental of 199. mobile connect of 98 (1 GB internet) and now upgraded to 198 (3GB internet) plan. NCI @ 30
Bill amount - usual 600-800. Bill amount for February - 8076

Reason provided by Vodafone team, Delhi

Internet was used for this amount. Barred my outgoing, and now asking for the full payment.

My arguments
I didn't received ANY intimation before March 3. On march 3 i receive the message that that the amount reached 8, 100 and the credit limit is enhanced.There was no communicated when the amount crossed 1, 000, 2, 000... and not even 3, 000... I was under the impression that i would receive an intimation if there is any increase from the credit limit. I have received such alerts historically, couple of years back may be. Also, I have been receive constant mesages after 3 march that the billed + UNBILLED amount is more than your credit limit. please pay immediately. I should have been received such intiamation specially after crossing the limit.
Also, waiting for bill cycle completion and then raising the alert doesnt hold any water. Becuase now you consider Billed plus unbilled amount. So, if the unbilled amount exceeded the monthly limit should have been flagged in february. This wasnt done.
Also, I havent used internet that much. Actually, I got a new phone (samsung note 2). I was told that it might use internet for software updates and thus, upgraded the internet plan from 1 gb to 3 gb during the billing cycle - so total 4 gb during one month.
My outgoing has been barred, despite the matter being in dispute. There was no intimation before barring the outgoing. Also, the bill date is 21st March. Not acceptable

My Plea
For 1GB + 3gb plan i paid 100 +200 =c. 300. Could you please AS A GESTURE consider this plan to be 5gb plan for Rs. 300 for Feb? my calculation says that about 700 mb data is paid of
Cost of this gesture for vodafone - CLOSE TO ZERO!!! its just Rs. 3!!!
Still, in turn of this gesture - I am willing to take 5 GB plan for next 6 months (willing to make an advance payment)
I am sure, there are process in the place, but this is a genuine case.. i haven't used internet for watching you tube or something like that..

Hope you are sensitive to the situation and will do the justice.
