Yesterday, i. E 5 august 2018, i took 51 no. Waghbil bus at 4:15 from police line or d stop before sumer castle. I took the ladies seat and 1 seat next to me was empty. Conductor with badge no. 201607 in bus no. (Mh 04 ep 759, this number was written on the radiator inside the bus) came and sat next to me shamelessly, despite there being 1 seat empty. I asked him why u sitting here? He said i want to write down.. I pointed to an empty seat in the single's row and said loudly go there and sit. He said sorry also but was very shamelss and said ok, gappa atta!! I was very angry because he said this to me... Also when handing over the ticket he brought his hand very close to my chest, but he did not touch. I was even more angry now... I raised my voice once again. He was so shameless that he was laughing at it all... I threatened him that i will take your pic and complain, he said very arrogantly, i leave and take up jobs like this everyday,,,,, i have lot of land, i dont look at people like u, c how u look... Etc...

But then he took my pic and i got scared. But because he had taken my pic i too took his badge no and bus no. At majiwada, i also asked a policeman to look into the matter. The conductor is absolutely shameless, he was counter arguing that i was just alleging about his behaviour... And that i am lying etc... Since he has lot of land and is really very rich, i request that this conductor be suspended at the earliest and in his place a needy person is given the job...

Please sir I am a common men and then in my area is middle point of area but in this place storage into dumpyard but firered into the place so many people received in dangerous smoke but anybody no reaction please sir immediately cleaning in this place sir take him to my request is so many people receiving into oxygen please help in my village ...

    Instead of doing complaint you should teach the lesson there itself when they do any kind of nuisance thing .

      17 July 2018 -12.10 pm -Bus no. 62 -En-route to Thane- Conductor did not stop a man who was scolding two girls for not sitting on reserved(women) seat ( which were full already) and also ensured that another lady does not sit on a seat reserved for ladies as a man was already seated there.He was also yelling at a lady - senior citizen to vacate the senior citizen seat and find place to sit in seats marked for ladies. I don't think anyone can start deciding whether ladies should be allowed to be seated in a bus or not and that too on the seats marked for them! The conductor informed that the man was off-duty but a senior TMT person and so he could do nothing. Even after asking many times the conductor did not divulge the name of that person. Fellow passengers said the person had been behaving in the same manner since he boarded the bus from the bus at the start point. The conductor and driver protected the man's identity who actually did not seem normal and was behaving as if he was drunk and unstable. How can TMT allow such things ? Why didn't the conductor ask the person to get off the bus? I would request TMT to seriously look into this matter and provide training to bus conductors/supervisors to handle such situation.

        Bus112 for Lodha never runs on schedule. Many times buses are cancelled from Lodha in morning. In evening mainly between 7-9pm, many buses are cancelled. This is causing serious inconvenience to passengers who have to stand for more than an hour. On top of that, TMT office at STATIS is not paying heed to passengers' ordeal. Also the TMT complaint number[protected] in never answered.

        AC Bus 65 :

        Buses are running very less in the early morning from Thane to Borivali.
        Passengers have to wait for more than 30-45 min for the bus.
        Sometimes 2 buses come to a stop on the same timing.

        This is happening many times, this is wasting the time of the passenger.
        On route 57 and 58, mira road to thane, a person known to conductos, daily by passes the queue and is seated before the bus arrives at mira road station bus stop.

          Conductor supported a man who was scolding a girl for not sitting on reserved(women) seat and also made the girl get up from the seat she was sitting . I don't think anyone has a right to scold a girl in public and make her leave her seat and even CONDUCTOR SUPPORTED this act . When I asked the conductor for his ID the CONDUCTOR REFUSED to give and talked in a harsh tone. Contact of that man who was shouting on that girl:[protected], BUS NO. 88, MH 04 HY 7631

            Busses are not washed from outside. Dust have got so much accumulated that notjing can be seen outside. And due to rain we have keep the windows and we dont come to know abt where the bus has reached and all.. Wash the buses...
            And secondly from past few the frequecy for kasarwadali bus have got soblow during 9-12 that literally passenges have to stand for 2 hours.
            Please into this matter.

              Hi,

              My name is veronica i don’t know how many people would have complained about this earlier but would like to bring to your notice about the poorest bus service for bus no 56 which goes to tikujiniwadi also people waiting for almost an hour still the bus time table does not have bus no 56 on it till people get angry and annoyed but rest busses like and anand nagar are after every 5 mins could you please answer this question? We can actually count how many busses have been going by the time we are at the bus stop waiting for our bus no 56. When they see people who are waiting for bus no 56 have had enough of patience and are coming angrily to them that’s when they realise that they have some place called as tikujiniwadi and the bus no is 56.

              I humbly request the higher officials to look into this matter and resolve it as this has become a habit now and is not acceptable and also understand the common mans suffering.

              Hi,

              You can hardly catch route no77 bus.if you have to wait whole day then even it's not sure to catch this bus.very very very worse service.its better you discontinue the service so public can look other options.there is no meaning to run this service.

                This complaint is with regards to 56 number bus to tikujiniwadi. Bus frequency is very very very poor. I shifted to thane almost 2 and half year ago since than i am monitoring the bus timming.
                I stay at hill garden society which is near to tikujiwadi from where bus start so i know in morning bus frequency is after half n hour sometime more.in night its frequency is too bad that i waited almost an hour to get the bus. Noticed other bus their frequency is too fast and quick withis. 10 minutes. Why there is so much difference with 56 number bus panssenger

                I am travelling from borivali to dongripada on[protected] in 65 ac bus. I have received ticket till dongripada however bus driver refuse to stop at dongripada saying dongripada is not a stop for 65 ac bus. In that case why I am given ticket till dongripada bus stop?

                  Hi team,
                  I stay in kasarvadavli and since last two months i am facing issues due to tmt buses.
                  The buses are supposed to depart at 1:30, 3:30, 5:30 but the drivers of these buses are never coming on the stop in time.
                  The bus at 1:30 in the afternoon is very rare as it departs at 1:50, 2:15 or at times at 2:30 as well. Sometimes they don’t turn up.
                  The other timings are also not confirmed since after repeatedly warning the drivers, they give reasons like buses not ready in time, they come late from depot and what not. They keep having their lunch at 5:40 in the evening due to which i am missing my classes. Since i have to reach thane station at 6:30, i am getting scolded due to late entry.
                  Kindly look into it or i’ll have to complaint to the some senior authority now since no action has been taken and these drivers are just coming according to their own sweet wish.

                  What to do when conductor don't stop bus at stations where we want to get down. It's not middle of any stops. From Borivali, earlier it was allowed to get in for check Naka and Ajit palace, but now simply it's been denied.

                  Pl do something for the passengers those what's to get down in middle.

                    Hi sir,

                    I am very much thankful for all the tmc worker and buses oprator which provide us with a fruitful, safe and comfortable journey through all these years and also thankful for the tmc for providing us with the wonderful facility all these years.
                    But from past several month tmc buses which runs between mumbra to various part of the thane city are bypassing the mumbra railway station, they are going over the bridge instead of what it was going before from the railway station. The other company buses and some private operator usually goes from below the bridge due to huge amount passenger demand to commute to various part of the city.
                    First i believe it is bypassing the railway station due the ongoing road work, which already got finish 2 months ago but still these buses ran through over the bridge as a common man and frequent tmcs traveler i saw daily hundred of passenger are opting for private operator.
                    I believe you will take action on this as soon as possible, as these is huge loss for tmc because mumbra railway station is the main point of passenger orientation on this route.

                    Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                        I was traveling in bus 88 when i gave 50 rs for bhiwandi to majiwada. But conductor angreely told me to leave bus if you dont have change 21 rs. I said give me change later that will be fine and he argued that he wont give any change and kept 9 rs and gave me 20rs. When i asked for complaint book then he said we dont keep any complaint book and do whatever you want. Name of the cundoctor is mayur patil. We dont want such people working in service and please take action.

                          I took thane station bus from highland at today 11am. Bus number was 98. And bus conductor gave attitude to every passenger for not taking tickets from where he was standing. He argue with one of senior citizen asking him why you go forward without taking tickets besides he has right to sit first.
                          And bus conductor don't even come forward to give ticket.
                          Kindly take action against this kind of conductors

                            This bus route has to good but we required from thane station not be mulund check naka kindly amend the same

                            due to early morning 7.30 to 9.30 this buses has to much full then after 5.30 so many people working in bhiwandi area not any available transportat

                            but having exclusive transportation MSRTC but services not be good also direct bhiwandi so many ST available but this ST not use for us

                            so this humble request to kindly arrange TMT Transportation from thane station as TMT no. 88 amend the same

                              Hello, tmt

                              On[protected]Yesterday), around 2:10pm i was waiting on ghodbunder rd. Thane near puranik rumah bali apartment bus stop, (Which is across from poshmata mandir) to catch bus 65 going towards borivali, after waiting for a while approximately around 2:38pm i saw bus 65 coming towards bus stop on ghodbunder rd. Bus was on right most lane on ghodbuunder rd. I thought bus driver will change the lanes, slow down the bus and come close to the bus stop and stop. But it did not happened.

                              Bus driver kept driving at the same speed he was driving and kept driving on right most lane without looking at the bus stop, totally ignoring to see that there were two people waiting, (Myself & one other person), for the bus. I even singled him to stop the bus. But he just pass the bus stop and kept driving straight ahead on ghodbunder rd.

                              I had to reach borivali at certain time to take care of some important matter. But due to the carelessness of driver of bus 65 i could not reach borivali on time to take care of an important matter which has caused lot of inconveniences. Not only that but i had to wait in heat and dusty area (There is lot of building & service rd. Construction going on in this area). Of the bus stop for the next 65 bus to come. Next bus did not come soon enough so i had to look for other transportation to get to borivali. What a waste of time because of the carelessness of the bus driver of bus 65 who just passed by the bus stop without even looking at the bus stop for passengers.

                              I would like you to investigate this matter and send me an answer on my email as to why the bus driver did not stop at bus stop even though there were passengers waiting at bus stop.

                              The buses for route number 112 do not follow the timings at all
                              We can see multiple buses going for 12, 1 pawar nagar and vrindavan but the bus for lodha complex hardly come on time
                              The frequency of bus is itself less still the officials at bus sthanak dont send buses for 112 route instead they are diverted to some other routes

                                खारेगाव येथून ठाणा स्टेशनपर्यंत पोहचण्यासाठी ठाणे महानगर परिवहन सेवेकडून लोकमान्य नगर, किसननगर, ठाणे स्थानक, चेंदणी कोळीवाडा या बसेस रोज चालविल्या जातात. परंतु या बसेस रोज नियमित वेळेवर येत नाहीत. प्रत्येक बसच्या मध्ये अर्धा अर्धा तासांचे अंतर असते. साहजिकच सकाळच्या वेळी कामावर जाणा-या रहिवाशांची संख्या मोठया प्रमाणात असल्याने अर्ध्या तासांच्या वेळेत बससाठी ताटकळत उभे राहणा-या प्रवाशांची मोठया प्रमाणावर गर्दी होते. येणा-या बसेस पारसिक नगर, हिरादेवी मंदीर (खारेगाव अंतिम थांबा), खारेगाव नाका येथून खचाखच भरून येतात.
                                पुरूष प्रवासी या काठोकाठभरलेल्या बसेसना मागच्या व पुढच्या दाराला अक्षरश: लोंबकळून प्रवास करतात. त्यातही, सकाळी 8 ते 10 या वेळेत तर 1 तासाच्या अंतराने लोकमान्य नगर व ठाणे स्थानक या दोन बसेस तर मुंब्रा येथून दोन चेंदणी कोळीवाडा बसेस या एवढयाच बसेस जातात. यावरून आपण कल्पना करू शकता की या बसना किती प्रमाणात गर्दी होत असेल. अशा परिस्थितीत, पुरुष प्रवासी किमान लोंबकळत प्रवास करतात, पण महिला प्रवाशांचे काय? त्यांनीदेखील असाच जीव मुठीत घेऊन प्रवास करायचा का? आणि त्यांना असे काठोकाठभरलेल्या बसेसच्या दारात लोंबकळत उभे राहून प्रवास करणे शक्य आहे का?
                                यापूर्वी सकाळी 8:30 च्या दरम्यान खारेगाव मधून महिलांकरिता विशेष बस सोडण्यात येत होती. जीची सकाळी खारेगाव ते ठाणे स्थानक ही केवळ एकच फेरी असायची. या एकाच बसला महिला प्रवाशांना ठाणे स्थानकापर्यंत सुखरूप पोहचता येत होते. पूर्वी ही बस सकाळी 8:30 किंवा 8:45 पर्यंत नियमित येत होती. परंतु, गेल्या 3 आठवडयापासून ही बस एक दिवस येते तर आठवडयातले 5 दिवस नाही. त्यामुळे महिला प्रवाशांची खूप गैरसोय होत आहे. याबाबत ठाणे स्थानकात जाऊन चौकशी केली असता ‘’डेपोतूनच बसेस सोडल्या जात नाहीत तर आम्ही काय करणार असे उत्तर मिळाले. तुम्ही तुमच्या विभागातील नगरसेवकांना ही समस्या सांगा’’, असे असमाधानकारक उत्तर मिळाले.
                                आपण म्हणाल की, ठाणे स्थानकापर्यंत पोहचण्यासाठी इतरदेखील पर्याय आहेत. जसे, रिक्षा, खाजगी बसेस. पण या रिक्षादेखील खारेगाव ते कळवा नाका इथपर्यंत 10 रू. प्रतीप्रवासी या दराने असतात. तिथून पुढे कळवा नाका ते ठाणे स्थानक इथपर्यंत 12 रू. प्रतीप्रवासी या दराने रिक्षा असतात. त्यामुळे रिक्षाने अशी दुहेरी कसरत करावी लागते. पैशाचा दुहेरी फटका बसतो तो वेगळा. बसने ठाणे स्थानकापर्यंत... दर 13 रू. आहे. जो आम्हा सर्वसामान्यां�... प्रतीदिनी परवडण्यासारखा आहे. खाजगी बसेसची संख्या तर हातावर मोजण्यासारखी आहे.
                                येथे असेदेखील नमूद करण्यात येते की, पारसिक नगर येथून ठाणे स्थानकासाठी स्वतंत्र ठाणे स्थानक ही बस आहे. रघुकुल सोसायटी, पारसिक येथून ठाणे स्थानकासाठी स्वतंत्र ठाणे स्थानक ही बस आहे. सहयाद्री सोसायटी, कळवा येथून देखील ठाणे स्थानकासाठी स्वतंत्र ठाणे स्थानक ही बससेवा आहे. या सर्व बसेस तेथील स्थानकांपासू�... भरूनच येतात. या बसेसना देखील चढताना दत्तवाडी, मनिषा नगर येथील प्रवाशांचे हाल होतात.

                                रिक्षावाल्यां... दत्तवाडी अथवा मनिषानगर येथून थेट ठाणे स्थानकपर्यंत सोडण्यास विचारले तर कोणीही रिक्षावाला तयार होत नाही. सर्व फक्त कळवा नाकापर्यंतच सोडण्यास तयार असतात.
                                वरील सर्व परिस्थितीचा विचार करता आम्हा सर्वांची आपणांस कळकळीची विनंती आहे की, निदान सकाळी 8:30 वाजता खारेगाव येथून सोडण्यात येणारी महिला विशेष ही बस तरी नियमित वेळेवर आणली जावी यासाठी आपण कृपया काहि मदत करावी. जेणेकरून महिला प्रवाशांना प्रवास करणे सोईचे होईल. तसेच लोकमान्यनगर, किसननगर व ठाणे स्थानक या बसेसदेखील सकाळच्या वेळी ठराविक वेळेच्या अंतराने खारेगावातून सोडण्यात येतील याबाबत देखील एखाद ठोस पाऊल उचलावे ही नम्र विनंती.

                                    Today 23/05/18 at 20:30 hrs.
                                    Mulund - bhiwandi bus rout no.88. Conductor batch no. 315 mr. Mangesh.
                                    Halt bus behind stop at kharegaon.
                                    He denite me to board the bus jat at bus stop. Even after driver slow down bus.
                                    He order driver to not to halt. I also seen that there is no rush in bus.

                                    Also argument while asking not stop bus.

                                      Even though there is bus stop at luiswadi non of the tmt ac65 bus stops at luiswadi, this has happened several times when we are in a hurry to our office these drivers rakelessly drives past the stop... Over and above when asked about the reason they replyed in a unparlimentory manner.

                                      This happened regularily in the morning around 9 to 10am.

                                      Requesting you to kindly lookinto the matter.

                                        Pathetic bus service for shivai.. Vartak... Bus no.9.
                                        No bus even if stop is full at thane station 12.45 in night.. But 10 buses for lokmanya nagar even on empty bus stop.. Whats the logic.. Rude attitude if we ask or enquiry
                                        Add more bus service on this route shastri.. Vartak.. Shivai..
                                        Awesome bus quality make the ride superior..
                                        Windows broken... Steel is broken even can cut ur body.. Providing services just for sake of providing only beggar can travel in such worst tmt buses..
                                        Do atleast basic for normal public...
                                        Increase the frequency... Atleast run buses ontime..

                                        Very very very bad bus conditions..that can almost kill u
                                        Very Bad frequency for shashtri nagar...vartak nagar.. shivai nagar...
                                        No Bus even if Bustop is full..
                                        Yesterdays incident..
                                        12.45 in night near Thane station Shastri/Vartak/shivai etc bus stop was full but no bus for almost 30mins
                                        While at same time 10+ buses on rest of empty routes what the logic
                                        Never follow time table
                                        Stafff is very arrogant if question them
                                        Providing service as if they are king and public are slaves..no one will question them ..pls take severe actions again them
