This is a continuation to my above complaint. It is to bring one more thing to your notice that there are at least 10 passengers when it isn't a peak hour and during the peak hours there are more than 15 passengers. So the reason that the payment of the driver and conductor can not be afforded is just not acceptable. I suugest you to keep the trips of both the buses at least twice in one hour so it will be efficient enough for the bus officials and the passengers as well. I hope a quick solution of this problem.

    Bus numbers 28 and 29 are being closed down due to irrelevant reasons said by the officials seated in the thane satis. The main reason is late arrivals and redirection of those buses. But the officials say that the payment could not be afforded which is false. Kindly pay attention to this. After every trip the drivers and the conductors need a rest even at the peak hours. Due to this the bus is never on time and they get the least passengers. Pay attention to this and do not close down the buses as they are truly very convenient for passengers like us.

      Dear sir i am writing this as a passengers who is very fond of buses of tmt. We rely a lot on tmt for our daily commute . We love our tmt & we genuinely want tmt to be very good. Please do not test patience of sincere passengers like us. Kindly take some actions..

      Mh 04 EP 0855 route no 98 itbwas mini bus. Bus departed around 9.30pm from thane satis bridge. I was standing right behind driver seat. I observe the driver for almost 35 minutes.bus was not very crowded only few passengers were standing. But right from start driver was driving the bus very very slow. Even on the empty roads bus driver never shifted to third gear(except only once ) and speed never crossed 20-25..this is damaging the engines as well and will yield a lower mileage . Despite of traffic bus took 40 mins to reach dhokali. As I could observe bus's gear box was also working fine..he was just making sure that he will take maximum possible time to reach kolshet . May be to avoid another route to some where else. People stand in queue for very long time waiting for bus. Eventually when bus arrives, people have to stand in bus for longer periods due to purposeful slow driving.

        did not receive change from tmt conductor(mulabaug no. 307685006600017)

        I traveled via TMT bus no. MH04-EP-464 (AC-65) from Patlipada- Borivali station on 9th October at 11.50 AM . I paid conducter 525 for which he was suppose to pay me 450. He would pay me the amount later in the journey as he wasnt having the change at that particular moment. However at the end of journey i forgot to collect the change & the conduter missed reminding me as well.I have the ticket details as well. Please gel me to get my amount...

        The thane to borivali ac-65 bus drivers do not stop the buses at bus stops. I have faced this problem many a times at rmall bus stop in thane, mainly around 10am. I wait at the bus stop and even wave my hand to stop the bus, but still the bus driver doesn't stop the bus even when the bus is not crowded. Please look into this issue as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

        Please note that this problem arises while travelling from Thane to Borivali.
        I was traveling from kasarvadavli to borivali on 65 AC bus in morning and I was standing in the last row but conducter didn't showed up on time for ticket collection then ticket TC came and check that conducter has not given me ticket they unnecessary charged fine of 315 RS or they blackmailed me that we will take you to the police station. This is conducter mistake and he blames me for the money. This is really disgusting.

          It's being long i am traveling by tmt ac bus between thane to bkc.. Since the beginning of the service, have noticed the bus staff very calm and supportive. At least i never noticed any bad behavior by the staff barring a couple of instances which were not worth reporting.
          It was only on saturday 6th oct evening 5:30 pm bus (Bus number mentioned inside was mh04ep507) which forced me to look for the complaint portal and share my observation.
          After the bus crossed viviana mall i noticed the driver was continuously honking and was driving very rash, cutting lanes, talking left and right turns from wrong lane's.. Was over speeding from wrong side on narrow roads..
          Other vehicles were honking and staring with anger towards the bus but the driver was completely ignorant..
          This must be the first time i deboarded the bus without saying thank you to the staff..

            To whomsoever it may concern,

            I'm a resident of yeoor, thane hereby would like to draw your attention towards the service currently provided by your tmt satff. Recently we are getting buses from anand nagar depot, where the buses are moving on irregular as per timetable. We've to wait for buses for 1hr to 1.5hr. If we go and ask controller about this we only get the answer — "bus band padli ahe" or "atach bus sodli tumch laksh nasel" or "driver conductor nahi ahet" or "traffic ahe khup". I do agree that sometimes their reasons are valid but if all the time you'll get the same reason you'll definitely get frustated. Even on tuesday on 2nd october gandhi jayanti in after people were waiting from around 12.15 pm and bus came aroun 1.45 pm. Same day same incident happened on evening where i was standing from around 5.15 pm waiting for 5.30 pm bus but when it was around 5.40 pm i asked controller for this he answered me that the bus is puncture. I said ok but arrange for an alternate or at least arrange 5.55 pm bus on time. He answered me that the driver and conductor are not here to report so you have to wait. I was waiting for around 6.10 pm the pair of driver-conductor finally arrived on 6.10 pm and the bus was departured on 6.10.
            But after 5 minutes they departured another bus which was for 6.15 pm. You tell what is the use of this??
            People were waiting from 5.15 pm and tmt staff is not even concern about the passengers. This is just one incident i've described. I've a very bad experience with the anand nagar staff not only for irregular time of buses but also for their rude behavior. The argue with passenger for no reasons.
            Hereby i request your committee to handover the buses to wagle depot for further journey.

              Tmt bus number mh 20 d 9252, at 11.00 am i sat in bus from kasarvadavli bus stop, i took a ticket for hatkesh bus stop which costed me 25 rs.
              I gave a 100 rs. Note to bus cleaner which he took at first and then said he will return me 75 rs. Change afterwards (No reason was given)
              I took it normal as he might not have change, its normal
              But when it came kashi-gaon bus stop, i went to him to get the change as i decided to leave bus at kashimira
              He started yelling he gave me change which was not really given, and after that he concluded he didn't gave, than his new drama created, he don't have 15 rs in change, he just gave me 20 rs x 3 notes and told thats it.
              I argued with him but he was not even answering and laughing alegedly
              I was charged 15 rs. Over the rate of ticket i. E. 40 rs
              I wonder what amount he might be thugging from passengers such like that in a day

                  Bus controller are not performing their duties and getting paid for seating and doing mismanagement.
                  They do not even stand up and check where is high rush during pick hours for adjustment of bus services.
                  Today they do not allocated any buses to brahmand route between pick hours l. E between 7.10 pm to 7.45pm. On other hand they have allocated 8 buses to pawar nagar route in the mentioned time frame even though there was no rush.
                  Mr. Avhad and mr. Ganesh sathe had no clue on gap of timing when we asked for the same. On top of it when we complaint mr. Avhad has responded very rudely.

                  Brahmand-62 no. Bus route is one of the top earning route but still no extra services are been added.
                  Seems to be tmt waiting for request from public and corporates.

                  We request tmt to maintain minimum 10 minutes frequency during pick hours and transfer inefficient and rude controllers who don't want to serve their customers.

                  Gap in bus allocation during evening pick hours is happenned in many occasions in last 6 months. Pls check your records.
                  If no action taken we will be forced to escalate the matter.

                  Goverment is motivating us to use public transport however wrong attitude of tmt employees is one of the reason for tmt losses.

                    Coins every businesan daily need coins hotels parking place all retailers this i had seen in news about...

                      I am travelling daily in 125 ac bus where it's last stop is andheri station. I get into the bus from mucchala college and get down at hiranandani stop for which the fare is rs. 75/-. Today the conductor was new and he took rs. 80 from me. When i told him that i travel daily and till my stop it's rs. 75/- he started arguing and took rs. 80/-. I wanted to complain about him and more money he is taken from me. This is for today's date 17-sept-2018 and took 11 am bus which starts from kasarvadavli. Wanted you to take action on this.

                        Very hopeless management of tmt and it's administration, we are getting bus for dharmacha pada from thane station in to 30mintutes minimum time interval while their are very prompt service for pawar nagar and other area's so why such luxury service for pawar nagar only and not for dharmacha pada we also playing the applicable tickets charges. Today time at 8.20pm to 8.45pm their 5 buses release by tmt supervisor controller and thier is no bus release into mentioned time period for dharmacha pada so why such discrimination providing by tmt to us..                           Ac bus 65
                          Time between 2pm -2:20pm
                          Driver number 810
                          I paid him 120 rs - conductor gave me back 55. As my ticket cost is 65 from kasarvada li to borivili.
                          But conductor came back and said i didn't give him 100rs note and took this 100 rs again.
                          Please check cctv footage between above time. And reply.
                          I was sitting in the first single seat. I was waering black t shirt n blue jeans.

                            A mid age lady was traveled by bus no mh-04 hy-7918 faces very rude behaviour and vandalised by conductor of above bus traveling from thane railway station to brahmand (No 62). Bus departed at 11.10 pm on 18th august 2018 from thane station (Satis). Mentioned conductor shouted on a lady passenger in rude manner. Shouted n ask why u talk on mobile phone. 'phone phone phone. सारख्या फोनवर बोलता'. Who is he to shouted on passenger n asking this question?. That lady passenger is my wife. It's an demand to take action on said conductor. He should apologies in a written.

                              Pathetic service by tmt bus no 77 waiting from 01:10 pm till 04:00 no bus at bus station in airoli.. No live update as promised by tmt department. Worst ever service waiting for three hours now no service tmt app is also pathetic does not show any real time update and to top it all when you call on complaint number either they dont pick up or they behave as in you are an animal

                                Yesterday, i. E 5 august 2018, i took 51 no. Waghbil bus at 4:15 from police line or d stop before sumer castle. I took the ladies seat and 1 seat next to me was empty. Conductor with badge no. 201607 in bus no. (Mh 04 ep 759, this number was written on the radiator inside the bus) came and sat next to me shamelessly, despite there being 1 seat empty. I asked him why u sitting here? He said i want to write down.. I pointed to an empty seat in the single's row and said loudly go there and sit. He said sorry also but was very shamelss and said ok, gappa atta!! I was very angry because he said this to me... Also when handing over the ticket he brought his hand very close to my chest, but he did not touch. I was even more angry now... I raised my voice once again. He was so shameless that he was laughing at it all... I threatened him that i will take your pic and complain, he said very arrogantly, i leave and take up jobs like this everyday,,,,, i have lot of land, i dont look at people like u, c how u look... Etc...

                                But then he took my pic and i got scared. But because he had taken my pic i too took his badge no and bus no. At majiwada, i also asked a policeman to look into the matter. The conductor is absolutely shameless, he was counter arguing that i was just alleging about his behaviour... And that i am lying etc... Since he has lot of land and is really very rich, i request that this conductor be suspended at the earliest and in his place a needy person is given the job...

                                  From this we can imagine how Thane municipality is serious about their thanekars

                                  Freinds it will have no value if you post any complaint on this forum ... Seroiusly
                                  All are currupted .
                                  Instead of doing complaint you should teach the lesson there itself when they do any kind of nuisance thing .

                                    17 July 2018 -12.10 pm -Bus no. 62 -En-route to Thane- Conductor did not stop a man who was scolding two girls for not sitting on reserved(women) seat ( which were full already) and also ensured that another lady does not sit on a seat reserved for ladies as a man was already seated there.He was also yelling at a lady - senior citizen to vacate the senior citizen seat and find place to sit in seats marked for ladies. I don't think anyone can start deciding whether ladies should be allowed to be seated in a bus or not and that too on the seats marked for them! The conductor informed that the man was off-duty but a senior TMT person and so he could do nothing. Even after asking many times the conductor did not divulge the name of that person. Fellow passengers said the person had been behaving in the same manner since he boarded the bus from the bus at the start point. The conductor and driver protected the man's identity who actually did not seem normal and was behaving as if he was drunk and unstable. How can TMT allow such things ? Why didn't the conductor ask the person to get off the bus? I would request TMT to seriously look into this matter and provide training to bus conductors/supervisors to handle such situation.

                                      Bus112 for Lodha never runs on schedule. Many times buses are cancelled from Lodha in morning. In evening mainly between 7-9pm, many buses are cancelled. This is causing serious inconvenience to passengers who have to stand for more than an hour. On top of that, TMT office at STATIS is not paying heed to passengers' ordeal. Also the TMT complaint number[protected] in never answered.

                                      AC Bus 65 :

                                      Buses are running very less in the early morning from Thane to Borivali.
                                      Passengers have to wait for more than 30-45 min for the bus.
                                      Sometimes 2 buses come to a stop on the same timing.

                                      This is happening many times, this is wasting the time of the passenger.
                                      On route 57 and 58, mira road to thane, a person known to conductos, daily by passes the queue and is seated before the bus arrives at mira road station bus stop.
