On behalf of all the commuters, I wish to bring to your notice certain facts about the Mulund/Pawar Nagar TMT bus route which needs to be attended at the earliest.

1. Location of the starting bus stop at Mulund West near the station is just in front of the public toilet.

This is to Inform you about the Irregular Public Transport Service by TMT on Route No. 62, on which I am a regular traveller since the last 4 yrs. Firstly, there are no enough buses. Poor service of TMT Buses

I request to the Government to close down the TMT Buses totally and start the BEST bus from Thane to Kolshet. The service of TMT Bus is very poor. Following is the list of problem, which we are facing due to poor service of TMT:-

2-> High fare charges.

Irregular Services

The services of bus no. 62 (Dharmachapada) is erratic. Mostly in the morning 6.55AM bus starting from Dharmachapada to station does not arrive causing hardship to the persons going for work. Some times they cancel 2 trips simultaneously i.e. 6.30 AM trip & 6.55 AM trips. Moreover any verbal complaints regarding the cancellation of service to the vehicle controllers either at Brahmand or at Thane station are treated with vauge answers....

Increase the frequency of bus services

Respected Sir / Madam,

I hereby request you on behalf of all the residents of Shivai Nagar & Devdaya Nagar to ask the concern department of TMT Bus service to increase the frequency of bus services between Shivai Nagar and Thane Station during peak hours as lot of people find it difficult to reach office, college and school on time. Even the Rickshaw drivers refuse to take passengers to Thane station.
