I am purchase from the emart aplication. I am purchase mobile is nokia 1100, but receved mobile is nokia 1110i. Outhewise this mobile is also all part is duplicate, i am purchase amount is seven hundred and ninety nine rupees, so my amount refund please. And this application my indian country rejected company liecense. This app face book add this company. So resolve my problem. Thank you.

I was ordered a product named nokia 5233 refurbished from http://www.the-emart.in/ on 30.06.2016. it was delivered on 04.06.2016. after opening the parcel i found that there is no battery, user manual and other things. it had only one mobile and one duplicate charger. and i requested for a return product. a confirmation message also received, via email on 05.06.2016 (by this e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com). but till date no one came collect the product. and no reply from their side. also on 07.06.2016 sent a reminder to them. they mentioned a number but that was switched off right now ([protected]). i want to return the product and get back my amount. so please give me justice from this issue.

I ordered nokia 1100 mobile on your site (Emart) but i got delivered nokia 1110 mobile... I have ordered a nokia 1100 (There were two hand sets according to offer) on 19 april, order no.[protected]. Which delivered me on 21april. But when i open the seal of box, i found the product was not same as i ordered and the quality of product was also poor. I got nokia 1110i but i ordered nokia 1100.

I had purchased an imported nokia-1100 phone set on 20 apr16. The mobile phone set is not accepting any sim & got swiched off frequently. It's keypad is also un-serveceable. Plz take it back.
