I am Very Much Disappointed by your concern, as The Product I ordered and received is not genuine, it not working,
I tried to charge the power bank, it was showing singnal for charging but did not get charged for more than 4-6 hrs.
when I tried power bank for testing with mobile by putting it on charging, it was not charging the mobile.
So, I think The product U sent me is either faulty or U people might sent it without checking or something else.
So, herewith I request you to please look into this matter with prime concern and do the needful...
I want the power bank replaced by good one or,
want my money back.
