I have a complain to you that I have order a Samsung mobile phone name guru of sum of rupees 800 and but you have delivered me a wrong mobile phone a bad Nokia mobile phone.
And I think you have cheated with me because in your delivered box the outer it have a slip of Samsung guru phone but inside it will be a Nokia phone so kindly u can change my phone or I will take a legal action

U had been cheated me and giving a wrong phone and a bad condition phone I have order a Samsung guru e 1200 but u deliver a bad Nokia phone so please change my phone or otherwise a complaint in consumer court

Hi... My order ID is [protected] ( THE - EMART product )
I order the MI+ 208000 mAh power bank with ear phone. but i received the different product that is Samsung powerbank. and secondly that product is not new it has scratched on it and by looking it any one can say that its a used product.
and most important its also not working.
So I request you to please replace the product or atleast refund the price amount.
and is any of your contact no. working

Updated by Tony Raaz I didn't get any reply still from the emart customer care... They have sent the Worst product I've ever seen... They are not giving reply for the customers... Providing Poor service for the customers... Fully dissatisfied with the service...do reply soon regarding this ASAP...

I have ordered nokia 105 on 12.8.16 and my order number is [protected]. Instead of nokia i got samsung guru. I was shocked to see such a mistake done by the company. Highly disappointed and need to get it exchanged as soon as possible. If not done i wil go to consumer forum. I have also mentioned that i need it in yellow colour but the company itself got changed. Seems they are bluffing us. Need to be resolved immediately.

I recieced a used philips power bank and a cheap headset. What is hell is happening. Plz call me back immediately. Find the images as attachment. I need my money back, plz take back your scrap product.
