We are booked mobile model n105 dual sim but they send me n105 single sim after received my item complaint was given to the emart authorities after 10 day they gave me a mail the emart persons will come...

You have delivered a used product . so kindly change the product or I will proceed to consumer care forum.. It's a 25000mah Philips power bank....

Today i have receive a sony 10400mah power bank from www.the-emart.in/
but it can not working & its condition is very poor
i have sent a mail to emart customer care but can not be reply for my complaint so i can report to you for the emart site for this fraud...

I purchased mi 25000 powerbank on 14-oct-16 order number [protected]. which is found faulty no out put from power bank even after 12 hrs of continous charging. Also which was already used by someone. Need replacement for faulty one.

My self rankit, i purchase one power bank on the brand name sony against my order no - [protected] (Sony power bank). Sir, when i received the product that time this product have too much bad condition and i sure this is second hand delivery. I immediately make return request online...
