Yearly Subscriptions will be collected and they will never care for distribution of News paper to customers. If call to customer care there is no response if send mails no reply. Simply they will say our representative will attend soon. What is the use for making subscription and if purchase news paper from news agent we will deduct for not giving papers here it is not possible....

I think if you cannot ensure delivery better close this annual subscription,
