Please resolve the issue-
I made an online subscription of one year for the hindu newspaper from february 17, 2016. initially, the vendor (mr. n b khot) was not taking any delivery charges but for the last 2-3 months, he has been demanding rupees 25 extra for delivering the newspaper. i refused to pay delivery charges as it is already included in the package, when i made the whole payment for one year. please look into the matter and arrange for some other vendor who does not demand for extra delivery charges from his/her customers. or you may please refund my balance amount and take your coupons back.
You are requested to look into the matter urgently else i will have to go to consumer forum.

      I enclose the subscription details regarding Tamil Hindu for the period from September 16, 2016 to September 15, 2017. Till now I am not getting the daily properly. I also contacted the Missed Call Helpline Number for not receiving the paper in the morning, as given in SMS, found helpless. Every morning I rang up Hindu Representative who is in charge of the area in the morning and pleaded him to get my copy. The person, ie. Hindu Representative is totally irresponsible and never answer my question properly. He never reveals his name but I know only his mobile No. ([protected]). The paper agent is also complaining about his behavior. Kindly make sure that the Hindu Tamil, already annually subscribed, to instruct the construct to issue properly. Or otherwise kindly return the payment already made.

        I have susbcribed your news paper Hindu from the period 01.08.16 to 31.07.2017 vide susbcriber ID:[protected] . The paper has not been deivered today where as the paper has delivered to near by houses by the same agent.I had contacted your Ernakulam office where in nobody is available today.Please look into it and arrange the news paper for 24.09.2016 on immidiate basis.Last year also i had faced the same issues and while renewing the susbcription your staff from Ernakulam office given an assurance that this will not happen again but all in vain.

          Its been a month since I have renewed my annual subscription with the Hindu and I have never got the newspapers from them.
          I have called the customer care and send several emails but the only response I get from them is "we regret the inconvinience". they have provided me a request number for the complaint but I dont know what should I do as the people dont respond at all. The ticket number got from the Hindu customer care :103339

          I am really frustrated with these people.

              Hi,

              I have subscribed to hindu news paper(yearly subscription) from last month. Paper delivery is irregular. Paper is delivering only 3 days in a week. I called to the customer care number, i got a message saying call back will be done but no response yet. Please resolve the delivery issue and deliver the paper daily.                 I have paid the whole year subscription fee, and subscription was to be started from 16th sept. 2016. I am not able to connect to any of their number also. They have cheated on me. I am preparing for competitive exam and because of their negligence i might fail in the exam. I assume that this is their racket to earn money. First they ask for the advance payment that i have done for the full year and now they are not delivering the newspaper.

                  I had subscribed for the physical delivery of hindu newspaper to be supplied from 1/08/2016. But till 20/09/2016 i haven't received even a single newspaper.
                  I am continuosly calling hindu toll free number from last 1/08/2016 regarding the above mentioned issue.
                  Most of the times they don't even pick up a phone and in a few cases where they picked up the phone they said their executive will shortly call back. But they have neither called back nor refunded the amount.
                  Called them around 50 times but they just don't care about anything

                  I had subscribed for the Frontline magazine more than two months back. I was entitled to receive the first copy on November 12th, 2016. But, I haven't received it till now. When I called to the customer care toll free number, the told that they registered the complaint. The complaint number is 125948. Later, they advised me to check with the local post office. I've checked but I didn't get it. When I called the customer care number again, they gave me another number that is exclusively for Frontline. But, that number is not reachable at any time. So, please see to a solution for my problem or refund the amount if you fail to do so. Else, I'm ready to take any legal action towards this.

                      I am not receiving my newspaper. The delivery should have started from 16th september. However i received a message form the hindu regarding if haven't received newspaper call on the so number. I have called three times though i haven't received a call in return.

                          Sir I am from Lucknow and am not being delivered The Hindu news paper of same date daily. for ex. today on17th Sept. 2016 I got the news paper of 16th Sept. 2016. I am being told by local distributer that news paper has to come from Allahabad and it reaches here in lucknow in evening so I only can get it on the next day. that really seems to be rediculous as the distance between the 2 cities is of only 4 hrs. time. So plz provide me the daily newspaper solving all the problems hindering the delivery of News paper.

                                I have made online subscription for The Hindu Newspaper from February 17, 2016 to February 16, 2017 (for a year). The vendor had been supplying newspaper regularly but for the last 2-3 months, he is asking for extra delivery charges of Rupees 25 /- every month. I was told that the delivery charges were already included in the payment made online for subscription. Now, he is insisting for extra delivery charges. Please look into the matter at the earliest as I have not received the newspaper for the last 5 days and if possible, arrange for an alternate vendor as the current vendor ( Shri N B Khot) has stopped delivering.

But now Sep 1, still I have not receive a paper. Your employees and dealers from my area are not responsible for my phone calls. They wasted my time.                                   I have brought an yearly subscription of The Hindu. I was due to receive the newspaper from September 1 onwards. I haven't received any newspaper till now. I have contacted The Hindu's customer care number but there has been no response from their side. Please take necessary action.
                                  I have subscribed to The Hindu newspaper on their website and made payment for 6 months. My subscription id is [protected]. I have not received the newspaper initially for almost a month. After a lot of follow up and mails, I finally started receiving the newspaper and the agent promised me that they would supply the newspaper for 1 year because of the inconvenience caused. The supply was very irregular. I have raised a lot of complaints by calling the customer care and also spoke to the agent. From the past 20 days, I have not been receiving the newspaper. I have called the customer care, sent emails but the problem is still not sorted. Also, I started getting messages that my subscription is going to expire which means they are not going to supply the paper for 1 year.

                                  So, effectively, on subscribing for 6 months, I have got the supply only for 3 months.

                                  It is just useless to rely on the company website or any kind of subscriptions. Best thing to do is to get a regular supply from a local vendor. By doing this, we can pay the bill based on the supply at the end of every month. Also, I have lost total interest in buying or even recommending The Hindu to anybody. Going to shift to Times Of India from now on.

                                    My cheque has been cleared on 12/7/16, but it has been more than two months that I am not getting news paper delivered.

I gave many requests for address change via mail as well as via toll free number.                                         On 25th August I have subscribed The Hindu paper in online for home delivery for one year. But still not delivered. Needed update
                                        Hindu Newspaper is being delivered very late every day, at 7:30 am or later.
                                        Several complaints have been made to the Hindu Customer Care and to the circulation department officers for CHETPET, namely Mr Thirumalai and to Mr Ramesh, but to no avail.
