I've not received your news paper for the last 1 month and I've subscribed for a annual package. Agent: Panchavathi Agency is not delivering the paper. Please refund my subscription amount now.

I had subscribed for the Frontline magazine more than two months back. I was entitled to receive the first copy on November 12th, 2016. But, I haven't received it till now. When I called to the customer care toll free number, the told that they registered the complaint. The complaint number is 125948. Later, they advised me to check with the local post office. I've checked but I didn't get it. When I called the customer care number again, they gave me another number that is exclusively for Frontline. But, that number is not reachable at any time. So, please see to a solution for my problem or refund the amount if you fail to do so. Else, I'm ready to take any legal action towards this.

I have subscribe 6 months package of Frontline magazine by The Hindu group by making a payment of Rs. 550 on 26.08.2016 through citrus pay by Merchant order no. W20160826ESUB0119, Citrus reference no. [protected], Transaction date and time Aug, 26, 2016, 09:32:19 PM. But I havn't received yet any copy of magazine. Kindly treat it urgent.

I have subscribed the hindu newspaper from 1 sep 2016 to 31 aug 2017 through online registration but from day 1 no paper is being delivered till now my subscriber id is [protected]

I had paid cash of INR 699/- on 13th Aug 2016 at Chennai Trade Centre at your stall during exhibition code receipt no:182081. I was told that I will start receiving the daily newspaper from 1st Sept. Neither I received nor I am able to communicate. I am surprised and request a response and delivery of the paper. Thank u.

I have brought an yearly subscription of The Hindu. I was due to receive the newspaper from September 1 onwards. I haven't received any newspaper till now. I have contacted The Hindu's customer care number but there has been no response from their side. Please take necessary action.

I have subscribed to The Hindu newspaper on their website and made payment for 6 months. My subscription id is [protected]. I have not received the newspaper initially for almost a month. After a lot of follow up and mails, I finally started receiving the newspaper and the agent promised me that they would supply the newspaper for 1 year because of the inconvenience caused. The supply was very irregular. I have raised a lot of complaints by calling the customer care and also spoke to the agent. From the past 20 days, I have not been receiving the newspaper. I have called the customer care, sent emails but the problem is still not sorted. Also, I started getting messages that my subscription is going to expire which means they are not going to supply the paper for 1 year.

So, effectively, on subscribing for 6 months, I have got the supply only for 3 months.

It is just useless to rely on the company website or any kind of subscriptions. Best thing to do is to get a regular supply from a local vendor. By doing this, we can pay the bill based on the supply at the end of every month. Also, I have lost total interest in buying or even recommending The Hindu to anybody. Going to shift to Times Of India from now on.

I did not receive a single copy of frontline magazine till now after subscribing it on 16/08/2016. no proper response from the customer care service sector too. it would be better if you people refund back my money.

I have the subscription ID [protected] for The Hindu daily paper.
I have not received the daily paper from the date 27/Aug/2016.
Could you please look into this.
Can I also get the contact number of the local dealer, who delivers the daily paper to me.

On 25th August I have subscribed The Hindu paper in online for home delivery for one year. But still not delivered. Needed update

Hindu Newspaper is being delivered very late every day, at 7:30 am or later.
Several complaints have been made to the Hindu Customer Care and to the circulation department officers for CHETPET, namely Mr Thirumalai and to Mr Ramesh, but to no avail.
