when contacted they said to look for it in my local post office but the post office person is denying of any parcel.
so look into the matter or else refund my money.

I have made a full online payment towards starting a six month subscription of The Hindu newspaper starting from 01 Jan 2017. It is 07 Jan and so far not a single newspaper has been delivered. I have been calling the customer "care" number every day and they have been most unhelpful because they simply ask you to "trust them" or "it will be resolved asap". I want them to refund my entire amount because they are clearly incapable of delivering...
