I got a parcel from Kolkatta (Diwali sweet) to Bangalore and it was fully damaged. I didnt accept the parcel (CC_No : ccu[protected]. Though they charged Rs.150 for this delivery and it was not delivered properly. I would like to raise a complaint against this.

CCU[protected] containing important items to one of my relatives on 18th October who presently lives in Jharkhand, Ramgarh, through professional couriers from their Baruipur branch. But nearly a week or more passed the package was not being delivered. I am shocked to find out that when ever I try to contact their kolkata office they are not able to provide any information regarding my parcel. Moreover they assist me by giving me the number of their Ranchi professional couriers office and tells me to contact them. But when ever I call them they say that its wrong number, now I am totally hopeless, I really think this is a fraud company and there are many more victims like me. TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN My name is Varun Rajarangan. I am from Trivandrum, Kerala. I had ordered an oscilloscope from techtronix banglore. Unfortunately they sent me through Professional courier. The parcel reached their office which was very near to home. The called me and told me to take it from their office. Since I work in technopark, I was not in a position to go there. So I asked them to deliver to my house which was less than a km from their office. They refused to do so. So I asked them not to close the office till 5:45pm... so that i can collect the parcel. But these stupid people closed the office at 5:20 pm itself... I am terribbly disappointed by this kind of service. They could have delivered to my home. Please tell to change their name to UNPROFESSIONAL COURIERS...

Hi, A parcel was shipped on Oct 10 2014 19:13:11 from Satyamangalam to Bangalore. Today is Oct 21 and it is still not delivered. I'm following up with the bangalore office. When I called the Bangalore office today (Oct 21), the lady who spoke to me says they don't know when the parcel will be delivered and was very rude. This is really causing lot of mental stress.

My brother has booked a parcel at Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) Professional courier branch office to send to Pune. He has put 7 small boxes in a big box made of card board. The professional courier head office in pune, initially told they will deliver at my place, but later they called me to pickup my parcel from their branch office at Nanded Phata, Pune, since they don't have delivery to my place, but their website shows they have service and door delivery to my place. After collecting my box at their branch office, I have opened at my place. I clearly see a long cut at the side of the big box and one box is missing. The box contain some solid food item (Sweets). My brother told me he packed the big box with brown cello tape. But the profesional courier staff, packed with another thick plastic cover, to close the cut they made. this is a clear theft case by professional courier staff, I request you all please don't choose Professional courier to send any of your Parcels. I request the authorities, to file a theft case against the Professional courier staff and ban the company from the courier services. I will give all the details, if you want to further proceed to file a theft case against these culprits.

Hi, I sent one mobile from Bangalore to Bhatkal via professional courier service on 13/10/2014. The parcel reached the destination on the next day and my friend opened the parcel in front of the courier authority. Parcel was empty and Mobile and memory card of worth 6000Rs and 750Rs were missing. Even the parcel weight got decreased. I tried calling Professional courier helpline and didn't get any help from them. They are switching off their helpline no i.e. [protected]. Docket no is BLR74811989. So help me to get my things or money back.

Ref: Delivery of a parcel ( Order No.[protected] from FabFurnish. I received a call from the number +[protected] Professional couriers in Gurgaon today at 13.53 Hrs IST. To start with, the man who called me spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and this clearly shows that he has never learnt how to speak with a lady. It was about the delivery of a parcel that I had ordered through FabFurnish. He asked me in Hindi whether I had received a parcel of '2393' (2393 ka parcel mila aapko?) I asked him what '2393' was. Whether it was the item number, the order number or the price for which he rudely replied in words 'two thousand three hundred and ninety three ka baath kar rahaa hoon mein'. I told him politely that I did not understand what the number referred to and I also told him that I place at least 10-15 orders every week and I could not remember these numbers. Without answering my question he banged the phone down rudely. What is that man's problem? Doesn't the company pay him his salaries on time? Is this how 'professional' the company Professional Couriers is? When will these people learn ?!

The professional courier has delivered my consignment BLR[protected] to wrong address 0N 30/09/2014 The consignment was destined to Whitefield Main Road. The tracking shows that it has been delivered to destination “kormangala 2nd block”, I have tried to reach their customer service on all the numbers listed on their website and none of them is getting answered. I have also called corporate office number and no one responds to that too. please help me to get my items back.

This is to inform about the extremely poor service rendered by your company in the past few months.

A parcel carrying important set of documents Parcel ID- BGM13084051 was couriered from Belgaum on 5th Sep 2014 but it is still not delivered to my residence at Whitefield Bangalore(FYI- Today is 16th Sep). Now coming to the worst part, after tracking it with the help of your office in Belgaum, I understand that it has reached the Ramgondanhalli office(which is Whitefield INDEED) on 6th Sep!!! Now to add more salt to shame, when I call up your office I get to hear abuses and slang in local language. Unfortunately for that goon/rowdy sitting there, I am also a local and understand that language very well. So my courier HAS STILL NOT REACHED!

And I have faced this for my last 3 couriers!!!

Hi, I ordered from Amazon.in IAS Mains General Studies Chapterwise Solved Papers[protected] [ASIN: [protected]. My expected Delivery date was 10th Sept2014, when i tracked my order on 10th sept 2014 in tracking it was showing as transit and it was delivered at Kazhakuttam, Trivandrum office at 9th Sept 2014 . They neither contacted me nor delivered my order . When i called them on 13th September 2014, the lady's behaviour was very rude and denied to deliver at alternative location which was nearby or on my same address as was mentioned at the time of purchase mentioning that there was no one to deliver .I had already paid the courier fees and my item money, but my order was not delivered on the said date and place . I did not expect this kind of service from Amazon.in . I was really disappointed and lost my confidence from online ordering with amazon.in . I hope to get justice . I sent rakhi to my brother in noida from bangalore, on 8th aug, transaction shows in transit still after 31 days, on 7th september. It reached naoida on 11th aug, but to deliver in same area it took more than 28 days and to my surprise it "rakhi" was missing, it was just empty envlop with tilak and packing material; even normal postoffice would have reached early. If any one walks from bangalore to noida can reach earlier then this carpyyy currier service, request the owner to pls shut down their business and try some other area. Curier do not work like this. Hi, I am Salma. A courier had been sent from Bangalore to Bikaner that comprises of an important document. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 4th Aug, and I could see in the status that it was dispatched to Bikaner on 7th Aug. I waited for a few days, I didn't get any call from them. Today is 1st sept, the status is still 'on transit'. Its going to be a month, still no any update. Last time, In the month of June, I did receive a call from Bikaner courier hub and said to pick up my courier. They said they do not cover the area where I stay. I did go there and collected my stuff. However, this time I didn't get any call. After waiting for several days, I called the Bikaner hub and the man who attended the call was very rude, told me to contact from where the courier had been dispatched and hung up. I called up again and same rude behaviour. This happened several times and this made me to send email in their main branch, had been forwarded to the concerned office, but no any follow up. Despite repeated mails for a week, no any follow up on my issue.I called up again in the Bikaner hub after sending an email to the main branch, I got the same answer. I also said I would be taking action for this, that person named "OM SINGH" in Bikaner courier hub said first go and take action. SUCH AN ATTITUDE! I then tried to search for the contact numbers, called up the Jaipur courier hub (that happens to be the main courier hub of entire Rajasthan), directed me to Delhi, called Delhi office and then directed me to Bangalore, called Bangalore and then gave me a few contact numbers. Some of the numbers were either busy, didn't attend etc. Finally, I got screwed up and landed into your website with the hope that my issue gets resolved. Courier service name is Professional, but the employees, staff are too rude and unprofessional. The representatives in the customer care service attend calls as if they are going to miss flight or train, always in a hurry to hang up the phone. Scared to ask a question twice. In haste, their language is not clear and when we ask question, always in a hostile mood. It shouldn't be customer care but CUSTOMER SCARE SERVICE. BAD and PATHETIC SERVICE! Please help! Respected sir, I m writing you to inform about my undelivered courier from Professional Courier which was sent from Chhatral (kalol) to Kotputli (Dist jaipur) on 22 august 2014. That courier was return from Jaipur yet I have not received. That company's employee did not inform or call both side before return courier. I have checked on-line status on courier site it shows that it is in kadi. Its on-line status has been attached for your further actions. I clearly had informed courier boy that this is my very urgent docs. pl. delivered on 26/08/14. but from Jaipur they returned it back on 25/08/14 without any intimation and communication. Because of courier company's mis management and irregularity of work I needed to sent a person to Jaipur by air to complete that work which costed me approx. 15, 000/- I am expecting cooperate from your end for this unwanted trouble. We Booked a consignment from Bhiwadi to Pune by 16-Aug-14. But till today material not delivered to consignee. No update from M/s. Professional courier tracking portal. No proper response from your customer service. Instead of his behaved in unethical manner when I ask about the consignment. We handed over the parcel in completely sealed cotton box with very good condition. It has got damaged during transit since as per their tracking details it was delivered to pune by 23-Aug-2014. But now they are simple saying material got damaged. It is totally worst behaviour from M/s. Professional courier service.

My name is rohan bhowmik.I sent a courier to Delhi from navi Mumbai on 30th April 2014.they give me receipt and tracking number KUR[protected].after 15 days they told me my courier is lost in Delhi airport ; may be after some days I will back my courier.But in their website the tracking number does not exist.I talked with them several times.now they want to give my 100 rs because the courier lost due to their mistake.but the courier consists 2000 rs. I want my money back.please help me.
