Dear Sir / mam,

TRACKING NO. TRP1243431 I SENT AN DOCUMENT COURIER ON 10th MAY,13, WITHIN TAMILNADU AS PER YOUR COMMITMENT IT SHOULD REACH ON 11TH MAY,13 FOR THAT ONLY YOU ARE RECEVING 70 RS BUT TODAY 18TH MAY,13 TILL IT IS NOT REACHED TO CHIDAMABRAM IN TAMILNADU FROM TIRUPPUR. VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM CHIDAMBARAM PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE, I TALKED 10 TIMES BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY THEY SIMPLY SAY NO PERSON IS THERE TO DELIVER AND KEPT AT THERE PLACE TILL NOW, MENTALLY I AM AFFECTED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT CHIDAMABRAM PROFESSIONAL DOING IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE IT IS THE 4TH TIME FOR ME. WILL YOU HELP TO TAKE ACTION ON THEM HOW TO DO IT? SHALL I GO TO CONSUMER COURT WITH ALL EVIDENCE RECORDED EVIDENCE WITH ME, THE CONTACT NO. WHO GIVE IRRESPONSBLE REPLY IS [protected] AND[protected], THE LADY WHO ATTENDED THE CALL SIMPLY SAY YOU GO CONSUMER COURT WE WILL DO LIKE THAT ONLY.

We placed a courier to Mohali from Delhi on 12th May 2013, as per the commitment Company committed that they will deliver the courier next day and for the same services they charged extra amount but till now (16th May 2013) they are not able to deliver the courier in mohali. Courier Details are as below:

Request you to please do the needful and make sure that Courier deliver asap. Customer is paying penalty for late delivery.

Experience about the Courier Services:
Experience is quite very bad and delay in delivery make the customer to pay extra amount and till so far Company didn't deliver courier which they need to suppose to deliver on the next day.

"The Professional Couriers is the most unprofessional courier service i've seen in my city".There wasa consignment for me which reached Kochi(Ernakulam)three days back(13 May).Same day i came to know about it because i tracked it in their site. Then I was waiting for a call from them but didnt receive any on that day. Next day also I waited for the consignment, but it never arrived, neither did they inform me about it. In the evening I made a call and they said, I should have called in the morning and it is too late for the day!!!!(hello , am I supposed to call and remind them???). So the third day morning I called them up and reminded them and they said they will arrange the delivery today for sure.It didn't come till noon. I called them again,four times, and every time they said they will get back to me with details and they never did get back to me. I made the last call of the day around 1830 hrs. and their watchman picks up the call and says "office is closed,call tommorrow". It is 1925 hours in the evening of 15 May(Third day) now and the consignment has not yet reached me.


My place is almost at the heart of the city and there is one of their office almost 300 mtrs away. The consignment is however on another office in the same city.

Are they not supposed to inform the addressee about the consignment or is it the other way around.

I hope the narration above has justified the opening statement. I have also sent a copy of same to their customer care .

I have dispatched a consignment to Darbhanga (Bihar) on 25th, April through Professional Couriers and as per the website, it shows that it was delivered to their Patna office on 3rd May and since then it is not delivered to the consignor even after 10 days. It's been about 20 days now since I dispatched it from Bangalore.

I tried to get info from their offices and could not reach to the right person after trying on multiple contact no's placed on their website. After sending an email copying to the MD of the company, I got a response from someone called Umesh from their Bangalore office stating that he would quickly check, expedite the process and revert to me by 01:00 PM on Thursday (09th, May), however, he has not contracted me till now (Monday, 13th) and when I called on his no, he could not even recognize me or my complaint and agreed to face the situation in consumer court instead of at least requesting me for more details. This is the behavior which I'm seeing from the courier. You can also find attached image showing the dispatchment details.

And, I don't know whom to approach else. Kindly take up this complaint and help me to get compensation from them.

Impact- I had sent some very important educational certificates to the University for the Verification. Since, I couldn't get these certificates verified on time from the University; I had missed an employment opportunity from a MNC company.

I have sent medicine to Ghatshila, Jharkhand , unfortunately it is neither delivered or neither they are returning the consignment. There is no trace of the consignment and it was expensive medicine.

I need help to ensure that Professional Courier either returns my consignment or deliver at the destination.

Since PROFFESSIONAL COURIER is in market for long, I trust this service & sent important Product with document on 28-Feb-2013 Track Number is MAA[protected]. The product is not yet despatched.

I made several calls to customer service chennai number :[protected] also I sent many mails. I don't get any response so far.

Can any body help what should I do now ? Atleast I sent more than 10 mails & I contacted atleast 20 times by phone. No body is responding my mail.

Please guide where should I lodged the complaint ?

Consignment Note# BLR74693011. The letter was delivered at a pickup point in Gaurav Nagar, J P Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore, on 13.4.13. It was addressed to my son undergoing ayurvedic treatment at a private ayurvedic clinic at Edapetti, Near Kalpetta, Wyanad, Kerala. On 16.4.13, my son got a call from the Professional Courier or their Franchisee's office at Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala, to collect it from their Pinangode Road Office....

My family members couriered through professional couriers from Narasaraopet(LR no # NRT317103) on Feb 26th to Hyderbad, Lingampally.
I checked through online. It reached hyderabad(main branch) on Feb 27th. From main branch it has been shifted to local branch(Patancheruvu).
I have been trying to call local branch and main branch many times but no one will give proper response.

Request you please take proper action on this and do the needful.

I sri Munirangappa have sent an urgent important courier wide number BLR[protected] dated 14nth march 2013 addressed to "Deputy Director Of Agriculture,District agricultural training center .Dadesugooru,sindhnur taluk raichur district" on 14nth march 2013 ,the addresse is an wel established government institution and was legibely writtend on the courier cover .the organization collected rs thiry (30/-)for the service on 14nth march 2013.the from address is also writtened on the cover as detailed below"M.MUNIRANGAPPA,N0:875,cholanayakana halli,R.T.Nagar post bangalore-32" ,but after prolonged enquiries both at the office and the addresse i cud trace the letter on 23/03/2013 at bangalore office and was stated that address was not found and the courier being returned .


due to the inconvenience i could not able to deliver the important letter to the customer and the addresse is a well established state government office ,the courier office has not taken any interest in delivering the same as per the terms and conditions hence i request the damage caused to me by simply neglecting the terms and conditions..the letter was also not delivered to me at my address ..i myself had been to office 4 times to trace and recieve back the courier..hence i request to take suitable action for the losses i have undergone and the inconvenience and tension caused to me by the courier company.

Hi all....i am from coimbatore..sent one parcel to gurgaon on feb 25th ,2013....but still it couldn't be reached the person...while we asked in professional courier office...they said as it would reach gurgaon on 26th and the product would be delivered on 1st mar...but whats the thing is, still he didn't received the courier...but they are saying as we delivered that product...then i asked about the details of the receiptiant...he said as will send you...but he dint do yet..called him many times...but there is no response from them....

Courier not delivered by THE PROFESSINAL COURIER COIMBATORE

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with utmost dissatisfaction and disgust I must inform that a courier (docket#[protected] was sent to me from SALEM on 6th FEB, but even after 8 days theCOURIER is still lying at your COIMBATORE-SAIBABACOLOLY BRANCH- office.

All my efforts to contact you and get theCOURIER delivered was wasted. I have met a disgusting customer service from
PROFESSINAL COURIER as I made contact at[protected]/7101555,SALEM BRANCH[protected]/[protected]/63 but either calls are not answered or nobody took my complaint seriously.

The COURIER has CHEQU-related documents and is very important and urgent for me, but I have already lost 8 days. Thanks to the pathetic service of PROFESSINAL COURIER

From SALEM they are mentiong saibaba colony branch recieved but miss MALAR is conforming that they not receving in s-colony,how cunning you people are.

Hope this email reaches a human who can understand the problem and help deliver immediately.

Couriered my document on Dec-26-2012 from Mumbai to Trivandrum.
Professional courier (what a misleading name!!!) has tracking records till Jan-2-2013.
No response for followup e-mails send on Jan-16-2013 and Feb-6-2013

These guys should be sued for their negligence and failure in responsibility.

Feedback posted here is not going to make any difference to the company, but if you wish to be on a safer side, stay away from this company.

On 21/01/2013 sent an important good in a parcel from Borivali (Mumbai) to Vashi (Navi Mumbai). Till now it didn't reach the destination and has been stolen.

We are a customer of Professional couriers. The courier delivery boy is always rude with the staff members. After waiting for months patiently, we thought we would take this up to the Branch inchrage (Kabir, Professional Couriers, T. Nagar ) to suggest that he trains the boy to handle customers well. To my shock, Kabir behaves even more worse. He has the atrocity to say this is how we will be and you complain wherever you want. Anyway, I am stopping the service of Professional couriers immediately. Thought, I will put it here so that my fellow citizens know about this.

Hi, My relative booked a courier with “The Professional Couriers” from Yellamanchili to Pune on 22/01/2013 with Consignment No. YLM113436. I did not received it till now. I checked the status online (http://www.tpcindia.com/track.aspx?id=YLM113436) and it is updated only upto 25/01/2013 and it says that the consignment has been dispatched to Hinjewadi godown at 12.15pm on 25/01/2013. But, I have not received it till now. Pl look into it and take an action so that the Professional Couriers start delivering promptly.

A book sent from Kodaikanal to Varanasi by KOD 700989 on 3rd January, 2013 has not reached Varanasi yet after 12 days. I am unable to track it down using the code no as it shows nothing if the code KOD 700989 is entered. I called up Kodaikanal Branch[protected], 2461880). I was given a no of Varanasi Branch [protected] to find out. Is it my job to find out? How professional? I called up the no but it vain as the person could not inform me anything. Yes, he gave me another no. [protected]. This is ABSURD, ridiculous. I wonder at the service provided!

I had sent two couriers on 31st dec from Hyderabad

HYD 181443 (Madurai) & HYD 181444(Coimbatore).

HYD 181443 - IN tracking it shows from 02 Jan 2013 onwards it is there In Tirumangalam (Madurai). It did not delivered till now (10/01/2013). Hardly it will take 25 minutes from tirumangalm to the place where it should reach.

HYD 181444 - IN tracking it shows from 02 Jan 2013 onwards it taken out for delivery. Till now not reached the destiny.

First of all , I need reason for 3 day delay.

Next time onwards I may not prefer Professional courier. Professional is there only there in the name only not in the service.

This is in regard with the services offred by professional courier, chengannur, alappuzha dist kerala. Eventhough i live with in 0.5km from its office and is under the same pincode area they do not deliver the consignements to door step and insted they are asking to take it from office. the reply they give when asked to deliver doorstep is that they dont have enough staff and company is not providing them bata for delivering it door step which is not a concern to the consumer.when tried to contact with the regional office and head office for this issue they were giving some random cell numbers which some persons anseered saying that they are not the authority of it. i request you to take a not of the complaint and initiate necessary action against the service providers

I sent a courier through The Professional Courier on 31/12/2012 as urgent courier. I was promised that it'll reach by 2/1/2013 but it has not reached till today i.e. 3/1/2013 12:56 PM. They charged me Rs.250/- because o[censored]rgent delivery request.

I asked them to refund the money for Urgent delivery as it is not delivered as urgent but they refused to do so and also they said that they will get the package back and give it to me.

Please advise what should be my next step.

I am Kaushik. T working in Enercon India Limited, Brunton Road, Bangalore . I had sent one courier which carried some important original documents through Professional Couriers from my Office ( TPC is the regular courier service provider for Enercon) which is at 3rd Floor, Casa Birgitta, No.10, Brunton Road Bangalore - 560025 to Standard Chartered Bank , Serenity building , Kormangala-V Block, Bangalore - 560095.

But the From Address which I had mentioned in the courier is of my residence , #51, Behind Vidyapeeta, Gururaja Layout, III Main, Bangalore- 560028.

Even till today , the courier is not yet delivered to the Standard Chartered Bank. If the courier doesn't reaches the TO address within 25th of this month I will be penalized an amount of Rs. 5,000/- from the Bank .

The Courier boy who collects the courier daily from our Office ( Mr. Guruswamy - [protected]) is telling that the Docket number is missed & he is unable to retrieve the Docket no.

On , 9th Dec., I got a call from HRD, Professional courier . They enquired from which address I couriered it. I told them I couriered it from Brunton Road , (near MG road) but the From address mentioned in the courier is of my residence. They told OK & disconnected the call. Is there any problem bec. I mentioned From address as my residence & couriered it from a different area ? I hope this courier is still with the HRD.

Now, I do not have the docket no. neither I know where the courier is. Rs. 5,000 is a very huge amount for me & I will be in very deep trouble if the courier doesn't reaches there before 25th.
