Respected sir, I m writing you to inform about my undelivered courier from Professional Courier which was sent from Chhatral (kalol) to Kotputli (Dist jaipur) on 22 august 2014. That courier was return from Jaipur yet I have not received. That company's employee did not inform or call both side before return courier. I have checked on-line status on courier site it shows that it is in kadi. Its on-line status has been attached for your further actions. I clearly had informed courier boy that this is my very urgent docs. pl. delivered on 26/08/14. but from Jaipur they returned it back on 25/08/14 without any intimation and communication. Because of courier company's mis management and irregularity of work I needed to sent a person to Jaipur by air to complete that work which costed me approx. 15, 000/- I am expecting cooperate from your end for this unwanted trouble. We Booked a consignment from Bhiwadi to Pune by 16-Aug-14. But till today material not delivered to consignee. No update from M/s. Professional courier tracking portal. No proper response from your customer service. Instead of his behaved in unethical manner when I ask about the consignment. We handed over the parcel in completely sealed cotton box with very good condition. It has got damaged during transit since as per their tracking details it was delivered to pune by 23-Aug-2014. But now they are simple saying material got damaged. It is totally worst behaviour from M/s. Professional courier service.

My father has sent on Passport via Professional Courier vide Consignment Note Number PDT 224708 dt 13aug 2014 to bangalore, Karnataka The Passport is missing while delevering the courier to the consignee. My name is rohan bhowmik.I sent a courier to Delhi from navi Mumbai on 30th April 2014.they give me receipt and tracking number KUR[protected].after 15 days they told me my courier is lost in Delhi airport ; may be after some days I will back my courier.But in their website the tracking number does not exist.I talked with them several times.now they want to give my 100 rs because the courier lost due to their mistake.but the courier consists 2000 rs. I want my money back.please help me.

I have a courier from kalyani westbengal to my address tamilnadu through professional courier. It was booked on 5th july but till 20th i have not received any. They can't say anything about it.. Con no is ckh51286.. They are not picking up my call now also. There are more than 56000/- costing valuable documents but till now they neither trace nor deliver it. At 1st several time they are asking for address and ph no. But ultimately they couldn't delivered it.They are telling false after false but not doing anything. They are saying like it lost, do some else..But there are all original.. After several email and contact they have not taken proper action also. There performace is very idiotic, irrespossible, casual, harazing and full of negligance. Their behave is like this any courier can be lost, we are lucky if we get it..They don't know what or where is it, arrange dulicate..Now my image, life, business all are going to ruin. After several time request no positive reply or action has been taken yet..Pls do something...Pls help me..

I sent some goods to latur 5 days ealier but till today goods has not been recieved by customer.

So please confirm me that this goods will be delivered or not .
please help me its very neccessary goods in this packet.

I sent 71 kg goods from kota, rajasthan to sathy, tamil nadu by professional courier. The goods was in 4 parts. 3 part reached safely but the remaining 1 part is a large suitcase and it came home empty. The suitcase was locked. They cut a hole in a side of the case and pulled out all the items. The suitcase is damaged. The stuffs inside the luggage and the suitcase together costs around 30, 000 INR. They stole this and even after I reported this to them, there was no action taken and they didn't even care about it.

Sir, I have given my Consignment to Professional Courier on 9th June'14 in Chennai (Chrompet) to deliver it to Madurai (Thirumangalam) Consignment No is MAA[protected], But till date the consignment has not been delivered and when its checked online for tracking it indicates the consignment has been sent to Thirumangalam office on 10th June'14. When i enquired this to the Professional Courier chrompet branch they are also saying the same and when i asked them to tell me the exact location and why its been delayed they are not able to say, also they are saying there office is closed at seven in the evening and not able to get the details. They are not even cared to reply why the consignment has not been delivered yet and they are so reluctant to answer further question. I, Karthik have sent a consignment through professional Courier, Madurai Bypass Road branch on 14.05.2014 addressed to my uncle, Ochira, Kollam, Kerala...But yet there are no signs of delivery, and the tracking doesn't work either...lot of inconvinience caused...I approached Professional Courier, stating the same but the response was not proper and they didnot guide me whatsoever... The said consignment is under shipment process from Bangalore to Vikasnagar, Dehradun (Uttrakhand) since 20th May 2014, but till the date no calls are picked up at the Dehradun Office or no correspondence done from any personnel from Dehradun Office of the said agency. Contact Numbers received for establishing the contact any Dehradun office personnel (+91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected],[protected], but failed to do so against their arrogant work environment. Here, the professional courier team is not at all dispatching couriers. they are directly saying they do not have staff to deliver. this is too much. then why they collect money if they could not appoint staff ? requesting you to take some action regards vijay anandhan

Hi, I have sent the medical documents to Insurance company from Chennai to Mumbai on 7th Apr 2014.Documents needs to be submitted to the insurance company on or before 10th Apr 2014.But the documents have not been received by receiver till now..Due to this I have lost my claim amount. No one is giving proper response from courier office.

I have sent a courier via professional courier to Delhi on 28 as per their tracking mechanism it is still in transit and taken out of delivery still not delivered checked with the regional head office they are telling it is ben delivered checking with the local area where i have sent the goods they are telling will get back to and there is no sort of respnse from their end, They charged me 350 rs and stated that it will be delivered in 2 days still nothing happening docket number is PRO1056487.

I booked a parcel from pune to new delhi on 17th march. it was of 7 kg and they charged me 1050 rs which is very high. Even after charging premium charge the parcel has not reached its destination till 24th march evening.

They dont have a customer care number and their website is even more horrible. I booked 2 couriers and both docket number when i track them on their website the display message plz leave message and our customer care will call you, never received their call.

Hi, I have send parcel of 5 kg (receipt no. 44232) from navsari(nvs) gujarat, to bangalore on 25th February. It has been lost by Professional courier. so they told to write application for refund that I already gave. but still no replay from anyone. I talked to ahmedabad main branch they told its responsibility of Navsari branch. navsari branch is telling its bangalore branch responsibility. no branch are giving proper answer. Even i talked to ahmedabad branch and mailed to mumbai main branch but no one has replied . and after 25 days navsari branch telling we will give compensation only 100rs. Parcel contains approx. amount of 11, 000 rs. and they are giving only 100rs ?? It almost been one month. please help to solve issue

I sent a packet from Mangalore to Thiruvalla (Kerala) by Professional Couriers by Pro-Premium Scheme on February 19th, 2014. The assured delivery date was 21st Feb. This packet was not delivered on that day. I had to make several calls to get the whereabouts. Then after many days, on 15th of March, they returned the cash for sending the courier and on 17th March, they returned the parcel.This behaviour is clearly not professional like. I feel the company should change the name to Unprofessional Courier.

My company(Microland Ltd.) sent one courier through professional courier from Bangalore on 3rd mar 2014 and till date(11th mar 2014). I didn't get any response. Whenever i did call on there customer care numbers they didn't pick and sometimes they picked but they said we will see and back to you. But till date no response. When i go to professional couriers website and tracked it dispatched from Bangalore and delivered back to Belendur-Bangalore. My native place is Gharaunda(Karnal) - Haryana. It should delivered there but nothing happen. Pleasehelp those are the important documents...

The parcel was shipped on Feb 18 from Pollachi, Tamilnadu to Bangalore. It reached the Belandur, Bangalor on Feb 19 and it is sitting there from Feb 19 till date. When I called the Belandur office, the representative said they don't have delivery boy and vehicle to deliver the parcel. Only on Monday they will be able to deliver. What is point of running a courier service if they cannot deliver on time? The representative is not even worried when I said that I will complaining to the head office. Also, when I complained to the complaints office in Koramangala, the person said she will get back to me shortly and never got back to me (we live in such pathetic state were the customers are treated very badly and rudely). Hope Professional Couriers head office takes some responsibility and offer good servie to their customers.

Sir, I have booked a shiment from Bangalore to Jeypore Orissa on 22nd Jan'14 and haven't received the same till date. Shipment number is: BLR32774066 I have lodged a complaint on 31St Jan'14 with complaint number 2718. I have been calling them multiple times and multiple locations asking status but still there is no sign of receiving the shipment. Status on their web-site shows, shipment is dispatched to Koraput from Bhubaneshwar on 27th Jan'14 and when we called Koraput they are telling we haven't received the shipment. Please help us in this matter.
