Hi all, I have courier a document to Chennai to Tuticorin, but they couldn't able to deliver in 1 day. Instead of delivering to tuticorin professional office, they have deliver to Tirunelveli professional office. If we call customer complaint,[protected], nobody is ready to help us.. Everybody is forwarding the call to same team... Im really pissed off. So please dont use this courier service......

I sent a courier to Malapuram,Kearla on June last week. The courier got returned on Jul 11th. While i received the courier the item was missing.
The returned courier received by my office security. They told like while receiving the courier,the pack was wrapped and pined with professional courier return notice. Once i received that pack and removed that notice i saw it was opened and item was missing.br...

Hope u have read entire correspondence before putting the reply that consignment has been delivered if not let me clarify u that we are complaining on fact that we recieved envelope but it's empty product inside it has been misplaced
And it's not the cost of thing which is forcing us to write u complaint by n again but the fact that this the way how professional courier is showing its reliability in market...

I have dispatched a consignment to Darbhanga (Bihar) on 25th, April through Professional Couriers and as per the website, it shows that it was delivered to their Patna office on 3rd May and since then it is not delivered to the consignor even after 10 days. It's been about 20 days now since I dispatched it from Bangalore.

I tried to get info from their offices and could not reach to the right person...

I checked through online. It reached hyderabad(main branch) on Feb 27th. From main branch it has been shifted to local branch(Patancheruvu).
