i have sent a courier on MM nagar on 7/8/15 to my village, still as of now it was not delivered to customer. Ref ; CGL 2493498, even i called customer care, respective branches no proper response, horrible worst service from, 8th parcle reached at sankarankoil, till lying there only . It should be delivered by 8th only. but still is there only. after a lot follow ups staffs from TPC they r telling we hv not handed over yet . while booking only i informed that, please hand over to puliynagudi branch, but they hv delivered to sankarankoil branch, then also they r not sent to puliyangudi branch, still there only. even my mother at the age of 65 from my village to puliyangudi branch visited two times to the puliyangudi. we are using courier service for fast delivery of parcels. even after 4days it was not delivered .

i still not yet received reply confirmations for my 3 times complaints did to this professional courier from 04/05/2015 to get reply from their end.what would be the reason on delaying to deliver my product which ordered as on 26/04/2015 with order number[protected] and shipment number - GGN4325797 so far..? when i have already paid the shipment amount too. While tracking the status in this professional courier taking with shipment code - GGN4325797, i found the status as "Delivered to Hyderabad" was showing since many days now showing as "delivered to kurnool ", But till the date 07/05/2015 my product has not delivered to me yet.Please let my product be delivered immediately to my address.please let me know the exact delivery details immediately.please send a mail reply to "[protected]@rediffmail.com" or sms to my contact number - [protected].Kindly help me in this regard.

Sir I had ordered a 32 GB pendrive ( SONY) vide ShopClues on 16/03/2015 and the same was booked/shipped by Professional couriers ( PROFSNL-OKL) on 18/03/2015 The details are as follows Shopclues Order no – 42367779 Shipment / Tracking No – GGN40033916 Mailing / shipment address – Mr. Ram Jawahar M Examiner, Patents and Designs Patent Office, IPR Building, GST Road Guindy, Chennai – 600032 Mob : [protected] The same was delivered on 19/03/2015 at 4.30 PM, to the shipping address as given on shopclues., ie., Patent Office, IPR Building, Guindy, Chennai. But the same was handed over to one of my colleagues as I was not present in my seat at that point of time. On receipt of the same, however I came to know that the parcel / cover of the shipment has been tampered with / torn apart and on opening the same, I came to know that the content of the shipment., ie., the 32GB pen-drive was not present inside. My colleague also, did NOT notice the defect and had received it from the delivery boy without any enquiry. Moreover it also has to be noticed that the delivery boy, even in the absence of myself being in the seat, he has not made any phone call and has deliberately handed over the empty carton over to my colleague But I am deeply disturbed by the fact that I am encountering such a disturbing and offensive situation from a reputed e-com website ( shop-clues) and its courier partner ( Professional couriers) . kindly help me in this issue, even the customer care in professional courier is not ready to listen my complaint.

I register my 3 letters by The Professional Couriers on 8April 2015 at Dahiwadi Dist Satara (Maharashtra). But this Courier Co does not pick up my Couriers from Satara till 16/08/2015. I Try to track my Courier but message displays"no record found" till 21/08/2015.

WE have booked a courier from Coimbatore to Hyderabad with Medicines on 14th Of April. TOday, being the 4th day, still nowords about the parcel. When we try to contact Professional Couriers, they are like giving different contact numbers, but nobody gives an idea about the parcel sent and the status. They are not in a mood to serve better. Even though the courier contains something pretty important, they are least worried, they are playing with our patience. nowords from Professional as of now.

Iam receiving V/Cards from Zig Zag Arts Printers Coimbottoure, Tamilnadu State with Rs.60/-. By mistake that company send another card. I Want send back to the Zig Zag Art Printers. But Wanaparthy is demanding Rs.150/-. Here this your branch is demanding more not only myself another also. Hear lady is not giving good response . Delivery are not doing. 6th April 2015, My sister couriered parcel from Kanpur to Bangalore (KNP[protected] when it was not reached to me till Monday (13th April 2015) and when she enquired they told that it is already delivered on 10th April, when she said that no it is not delivered then those people told that ok it will be deliver in next 10 minutes. But when it not reached till late evening and she again enquired on 14th they told that today (14th April 2015) is holiday so it will be deliver on tomorrow. When again she enquired on today (15th April 2015) they told that bag is LOST. On top of this their Tracking site is mentioning that it is Out for Delivery since 13th April 2015. DEL[protected] This parcel was sent on April 4, 2015, from New Delhi to Kollam, Kerala. Now this has reached Trivandrum on April 7, 2015. Uptil now the parcel has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it is lying in Trivandrum since April 7, 2015. Tried to call Cochin/Trivandrum/kayankulam offices but they seem not to care. Even have mailed to concerned offices including the corporate office but strangely there is no response at all which clearly shows their sick mentality. Just wanted to let people know the kind of service they are putting up. This is the 2nd time this is happening to myself. Will have to go through legal system i guess to resolve this.

Hi, I need your attention and immediate action about courier tracking no- SRT70069139 of Professional Couriers, India. I did online shopping of a suit from craftsvilla.com on 18thmarch 2015.I got confirmation mail on 19th march 2015 with shipping details.It should be delivered till 27th march at given address but we have not received it yet. The online status shows that it is been delivered to Moradabad office but we have not received it yet. I wrote an email to customercare on 28th mar 2015 with my contact no-[protected] but i have not received any response. Is this the service which you are providing to your customer? Hi, Today i went to professional courier in mahadevapura in Bangalore and they refused openly to take my courier citing today is saturday and they dont work, but the shop was open. Also i tried to speak with their customer care numbers :[protected]/42/43/44/45, 22230457, 22230459, 22247957, and these numbers are not at all in working. These people are cheating on people

I had a very bad experience with Proffessioanl Couries located at Chalakudy, Kerala . The Staff was so reluctant and denied to take my job application which I had to forward to a public sector organisation at Cochin which is hardly 45-50 kms from chalakudy. The reason they quoted that phone number of the recipient was not mentioned on the envelope. It quite known that none of the PSUs will mention their phone number on job advertisment. The point I want to make is the way of conversation made by the personnel over the counter which lacked respect to the customer. The man sitting inside was literaly screaming at the lady sitting at the counter not to accept the courier stating that the last date of the application is after 2 days and they are not confident that the same will be delivered in two days ( remember the destination is only 45- 50 kms away from courier outlet and it is in MG road, Cochin, the most accessible and highly commercial region at Cochin City). Mind that business will start going down from the moment you think that you are more than the customer.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I Dr.Rajaramakrishna was expecting my parcel through professional courier from Kolar to Bangalore. Here is the details of courier. Courier No : KLR305128 which was couriered on 3rd march 2015 and it was dispatched to the destination on 4th and on the same day the courier was taken charge to home deliver. But the courier was not delivered in time until 6th of friday evening 5:45pm. Which was delivered on request to the deliver boy (Manjunath) and yelahanka branch professional courier office guy (Mr. Manjunath) who also informed saying that he wont deliver so far unless he is coming towards the place and customer has to come to him to take the parcel. I expect to resolve the issue and solve it to make future hazzle free service. Thank you

From past 2 days I was taking follow up with Surat team every time they giving wrong commitment On 2-March told courier will delivered tomorrow, and 3rd when I told to transfer call to manger one lady was telling me there is manager not available and when I ask for mobile number she saying he is not using mobile and she has cut my call. Before that she was saying they are unable to trace courier. Next time when I called lady operator is not replying. I think you people need to see in your customer care people behavior. Apart from this in courier there was Personal original document is there and in case if courier is lost I will case file in consumer court and both side Bangalore and Surat team. Look in this matter as soon as possible. Courier is urgent for me and you people has to feel sham charges is more and service is worst then postal department Today on evening 5 o'clock 4th they found parcel in Ring road only and not ready to delivered because of kamrej is not in city and told me to collect. And simply dropped call telling courier will be delivered after 2 days. i want you ask one question are you taking money for this kind of services????? i had booked a consignment from Vasai to Srinagar by AIR on 24th Feb 2015 vide docket no. VPL[protected] dt. 24th feb 2015. today is 4th march and the consignment has not yet been delivered. the consignment was swine flu protection and was on priority basis. this was informed to them and a label was put on all the boxes of consignment. they charged me INR 38000 for air booking and promised a delivery of 3 to 4 days. infact their website says a delivery period of 48 hours by AIR. inspite of several mails they have kust been ignoring my complaint. they have clearly been cheating their customers. inspite of charging such high amount the delivery is not yet done. this the worst company ive ever dealt with. they are ignorant about the severity of swine flu in J&K. i want a complete refund of my money and an apology letter from them.

The courier company charged me a hefty amount of Rs 400 for urgent delivery of books. I sent them on 12th feb and they promised me if I pay that much heavy amount the courier will reach by 15th morning to Amritsar. It's 21st Feb now and till date the courier Is clueless. Their site shows IN TRANSIT when actually the courier has reached Amritsar office. No one in their office is picking up the phone.PATHETIC SERVICE.PATHETIC COURIER EXPERIENCE

i have received a courier from the profesional courier porur branch on 10.02.2015. during the time of delivery they called me for address conformation. but i cutted the cal as i was in a meeting. when i called tthem back after the meeting. the delivery person was talking in such an indescent manner. when i gave the complaint to theoffice he was also talking in an indescent manner.

My uncle send a courier . i told my friend to collect the parcel and my friend is lady, your courier guy RAJU called my friend and talked in very rude manner. and when she was guiding your guy to come to address, he said i cannot come there. the road to my place is fine, and in proper condition and even truck can come properly . but he was early 50 guy and i think he drive auto . and then you guy said come to this place and collect it and my friend called me and explained me the whole situation and i thought i will explain him not to talk like this to ladies as a general suggestion and i went to collect the parcel, ya he was COMPLETELY DRUNK and i asked him not to talk like this. he started shouting me on my face - " i didnot do anything like u are saying, your friend is wrong. I have all calls recorded on my mobile. If courier company want I can send you Consider this as COMPLAINT and i dont want any apologize mail. If you can not take any action. that thing i will get to know. i sent courier in PRO premium format from chennai pallavaram to bangalore whitefield...the staffs in pallavaram told me that they will deliver it in 24 hours...And according to track no. they dispatched the courier to bangalore whitefield office but the bangalore whitefield courier is telling its not yet reached...but we seen in the site its dispatched morning itself...but they telling not yet received... BANGALORE WHITEFIELD PROFFESSIONAL...
