This is to bring to your attention that I sent a greeting card from mulund west to Mira road east on the 4th of June and was told by the lady who checked and accepted it that the same would be delivered on the 6th of June. She gave me a slip with a ref number. I got to know yesterday that my card has not been delivered yet. I gave my contact details on the back of the card. If there was a problem, why was I not contacted? I then checked the status of this online and it stated that, it was not delivered due to incomplete address. If that was the case, why was I not informed about it. I then called up the helpline and was given 6-7 different numbers by different people of different branches around Mumbai. I had to run around like a headless chicken to chase up for something that I paid for. Also the address mentioned on the card was correct and I strongly feel that these are just excuses to fobb off customers. My ref no- KUR[protected].

this is my waybill number KUR[protected]... i had ordered one product from shopclues...the product has taken too much time...now that product has come to mumbai on 4 th june 2015 at kurla...and today is my date of registering the complaint 08//06/2015...after 4 days the courier man has wake up...when yesterday on 7 june 2015...i had informed shopclues that my product has not get to me... today person has called me [protected] from this number...he had came at 5.00...when i was not there for some personal reason...i told him plz come tommrow...he told me that no u r product will return to original addres or u come to office... this tretment i had recived from him...after 4 days they come to my home and now they arguing with me... and even i had mailed to their seniors on this email id [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcindia.com and i had called also on this number[protected] and also mobile number [protected] ... i had totally fedup from the service of proffesional... this was the link of my tracking number or waybill number http://www.tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=KUR[protected]&type=0&servi...⇄

The package C/N - BLS65965 is in transit since 1st June. I have also given my details in "Request for Confirmation". No communication from TPC so far. When I tried calling customer care, phone is always busy. I have tried calling 100+ times, but all in vain. Please help. The address on the package given by sender as "Tolichowki", but the correct area is "Kondapur"

I send a parcel ON[protected] from Delhi to Salem (TN).but it did not delivered to my customer. Docket no is DEL[protected]. It yet show "IN TRANSIT".I contact customer care of professional courier many times but they not answer me properly.

Hi, I have sent a document from Bangalore to Rajasthan. I have sent the document more than 35 days back. But still my document is not delivered. I have paid some 130 R.s for delivering the document. I have purchase one items from khadi herbal in month of april, 2015 through online and it has been dispatched to my residential address on the next 7 days of my booking. The same has been dispatched through professional courier and has been received by barrackpore office within 27 th april. One courier boy has called me on 4 th May'2015 for delivery. .but till date I have not received it. the tracker no is DEL[protected]. kindly look into tthe matter on an urgent basis.

i have sent a courier on MM nagar on 7/8/15 to my village, still as of now it was not delivered to customer. Ref ; CGL 2493498, even i called customer care, respective branches no proper response, horrible worst service from, 8th parcle reached at sankarankoil, till lying there only . It should be delivered by 8th only. but still is there only. after a lot follow ups staffs from TPC they r telling we hv not handed over yet . while booking only i informed that, please hand over to puliynagudi branch, but they hv delivered to sankarankoil branch, then also they r not sent to puliyangudi branch, still there only. even my mother at the age of 65 from my village to puliyangudi branch visited two times to the puliyangudi. we are using courier service for fast delivery of parcels. even after 4days it was not delivered .

i still not yet received reply confirmations for my 3 times complaints did to this professional courier from 04/05/2015 to get reply from their end.what would be the reason on delaying to deliver my product which ordered as on 26/04/2015 with order number[protected] and shipment number - GGN4325797 so far..? when i have already paid the shipment amount too. While tracking the status in this professional courier taking with shipment code - GGN4325797, i found the status as "Delivered to Hyderabad" was showing since many days now showing as "delivered to kurnool ", But till the date 07/05/2015 my product has not delivered to me yet.Please let my product be delivered immediately to my address.please let me know the exact delivery details immediately.please send a mail reply to "[protected]@rediffmail.com" or sms to my contact number - [protected].Kindly help me in this regard.

Sir I had ordered a 32 GB pendrive ( SONY) vide ShopClues on 16/03/2015 and the same was booked/shipped by Professional couriers ( PROFSNL-OKL) on 18/03/2015 The details are as follows Shopclues Order no – 42367779 Shipment / Tracking No – GGN40033916 Mailing / shipment address – Mr. Ram Jawahar M Examiner, Patents and Designs Patent Office, IPR Building, GST Road Guindy, Chennai – 600032 Mob : [protected] The same was delivered on 19/03/2015 at 4.30 PM, to the shipping address as given on shopclues., ie., Patent Office, IPR Building, Guindy, Chennai. But the same was handed over to one of my colleagues as I was not present in my seat at that point of time. On receipt of the same, however I came to know that the parcel / cover of the shipment has been tampered with / torn apart and on opening the same, I came to know that the content of the shipment., ie., the 32GB pen-drive was not present inside. My colleague also, did NOT notice the defect and had received it from the delivery boy without any enquiry. Moreover it also has to be noticed that the delivery boy, even in the absence of myself being in the seat, he has not made any phone call and has deliberately handed over the empty carton over to my colleague But I am deeply disturbed by the fact that I am encountering such a disturbing and offensive situation from a reputed e-com website ( shop-clues) and its courier partner ( Professional couriers) . kindly help me in this issue, even the customer care in professional courier is not ready to listen my complaint.

I register my 3 letters by The Professional Couriers on 8April 2015 at Dahiwadi Dist Satara (Maharashtra). But this Courier Co does not pick up my Couriers from Satara till 16/08/2015. I Try to track my Courier but message displays"no record found" till 21/08/2015.

WE have booked a courier from Coimbatore to Hyderabad with Medicines on 14th Of April. TOday, being the 4th day, still nowords about the parcel. When we try to contact Professional Couriers, they are like giving different contact numbers, but nobody gives an idea about the parcel sent and the status. They are not in a mood to serve better. Even though the courier contains something pretty important, they are least worried, they are playing with our patience. nowords from Professional as of now.

Iam receiving V/Cards from Zig Zag Arts Printers Coimbottoure, Tamilnadu State with Rs.60/-. By mistake that company send another card. I Want send back to the Zig Zag Art Printers. 6th April 2015, My sister couriered parcel from Kanpur to Bangalore (KNP[protected] when it was not reached to me till Monday (13th April 2015) and when she enquired they told that it is already delivered on 10th April, when she said that no it is not delivered then those people told that ok it will be deliver in next 10 minutes. But when it not reached till late evening and she again enquired on 14th they told that today (14th April 2015) is holiday so it will be deliver on tomorrow. When again she enquired on today (15th April 2015) they told that bag is LOST. On top of this their Tracking site is mentioning that it is Out for Delivery since 13th April 2015. DEL[protected] This parcel was sent on April 4, 2015, from New Delhi to Kollam, Kerala. Now this has reached Trivandrum on April 7, 2015. Uptil now the parcel has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it is lying in Trivandrum since April 7, 2015. Tried to call Cochin/Trivandrum/kayankulam offices but they seem not to care. Even have mailed to concerned offices including the corporate office but strangely there is no response at all which clearly shows their sick mentality. Just wanted to let people know the kind of service they are putting up. This is the 2nd time this is happening to myself. Will have to go through legal system i guess to resolve this.

Hi, I need your attention and immediate action about courier tracking no- SRT70069139 of Professional Couriers, India. I did online shopping of a suit from craftsvilla.com on 18thmarch 2015.I got confirmation mail on 19th march 2015 with shipping details.It should be delivered till 27th march at given address but we have not received it yet. The online status shows that it is been delivered to Moradabad office but we have not received it yet. I wrote an email to customercare on 28th mar 2015 with my contact no-[protected] but i have not received any response. Is this the service which you are providing to your customer? Hi, Today i went to professional courier in mahadevapura in Bangalore and they refused openly to take my courier citing today is saturday and they dont work, but the shop was open. Also i tried to speak with their customer care numbers :[protected]/42/43/44/45, 22230457, 22230459, 22247957, and these numbers are not at all in working. These people are cheating on people
