The parcel was shipped on Feb 18 from Pollachi, Tamilnadu to Bangalore. It reached the Belandur, Bangalor on Feb 19 and it is sitting there from Feb 19 till date. When I called the Belandur office, the representative said they don't have delivery boy and vehicle to deliver the parcel. Only on Monday they will be able to deliver. What is point of running a courier service if they cannot deliver on time? The representative is not even worried when I said that I will complaining to the head office. Also, when I complained to the complaints office in Koramangala, the person said she will get back to me shortly and never got back to me (we live in such pathetic state were the customers are treated very badly and rudely). Hope Professional Couriers head office takes some responsibility and offer good servie to their customers.

Sir, I have booked a shiment from Bangalore to Jeypore Orissa on 22nd Jan'14 and haven't received the same till date. Shipment number is: BLR32774066 I have lodged a complaint on 31St Jan'14 with complaint number 2718. I have been calling them multiple times and multiple locations asking status but still there is no sign of receiving the shipment. Status on their web-site shows, shipment is dispatched to Koraput from Bhubaneshwar on 27th Jan'14 and when we called Koraput they are telling we haven't received the shipment. Please help us in this matter.

Now a days any courier national wide it eraches with in 24hrs. where as I sent a local courier in bangalore though Professional couriers on 24th Jan till today it havn't reached its destination where the destination is local, upon calling to know about the delay no body responds the call, if at all somebody responds also to the numbers given in website, they give few other numbers where nobody responds. I am mentioning this not only to raise the complaint against Professional couriers but also to suggest people not to go with Professional couriers ever.

Hi, My name is Subhash Kamble, from Athani-591304, Dist-Belgaum, State- Karnataka. On the behalf of my dad, i am sending this complaint. My Dad sent one courier on Monday 20th Jan 2014 from Athani to Bangalore through Professional Courier. Today is friday and after 5 days also my courier was not yet reached to me. I have checked in professional courier website and found that it was reached to Bangalore on 22nd Jan 2014 but afterwords the branch peoples are sending it to the other branches and vice versa. Right now these things are happening till now. Even i have called to the two of the branches (Marathahalli & Kundanahalli) to enquire but still they are telling to contact other branches and vice versa, So i tried to call Bangalore customer care number around 10-15 times and they are also not picking the call. One time they picked the call and told, the server is down, call later. Looking on the status in their website, no branches are taking responsible to receive the courier and deliver it to me. Dear sir/madam my self Mohsin Satti from karad. i purchase shoes from action shoes by online shopping from dehli . they send my parcel through TPC- del[protected]. on same day . in online tracking system shows parcel received at karad on 28.11.2013 but not received at my place. after 2 day (30 nov.) i contact to TPC office karad they take my details and told me we well contact you letter. i track day by day upto 5 dec. on phone. they cant give me any answer. then i visited to office they told me we lost your parcel. i talk with main office kolhapur. they dont give me proper answer for same. my cell no.[protected].

My courier was carried out from Jabalpur to Pune and my Consignment No. is JLR5033584, and its been more than 20 days and I didn't received my courier. On tracking the courier it is showing that courier is on transit. The details received on tracking are- Nov 30 2013 08:56:56 SHIVAJINAGAR Despatched to SHIVAJINAGAR-TRG Nov 30 2013 08:21:42 SHIVAJINAGAR Recieved at PUNE I don't know why they are not delivering my courier to my address. And also sending mail regarding the delay in courier there is no response from the Professional Courier Customer Care.

I have couriered My TAB (TABLET PC) to Delhi from Mumbai through The Professional Courier Borivali East branch on 05/06/2013 for servicing to DEVANTE Mobile (receiver)but Devante Mobiles receipt of the parcel but the parcel only contained a charger and it did not contained my Tablet Phone.I have inquired about My TAB to The Professional Courier service representative but they are not providing any proper information.I have also sent the mail to director but they closed the matter.Kindly help me to cop up with this problem…

Hello Sir, Tracking Number: PRO764840. The post consist of documents which has to be submitted urgently, so it was a speed post made from Dombivili West Mumbai on 27-11-13 and on 29-11-13 a wrong post has been delivered by them to the receiver. An Ahmedabad Addressed post has reached Gurgaon, Haryana. I have been fed up by the Courier Service. I am attaching the photos of the receipt and the photo of the site tracking showing delivered and the photo of the received document by the receiver. Please help me get my document as soon as possible. I am worried to hell about it. Its very urgent. please do help me get out of this situation. I booked a courier from Bangalore to Ghaziabad.They promisse me it will reach in 4 days but after 9 days passed away it is still pending.I have call on all number of customer care & offices no. but could not get current status of my courier.They told me it has received in Ghaziabad office didn,t reach to destination.I think they have stolen my courier.these people are careless & fraud.So just want to inform everyone never use professional courier.this is an unfaithful service i[censored] don,t want to suffer then do not use this service either you will regret i think it is far better to use normal post or speed post instead of this ridiculous service.I will never use this service again in future & i will also try to aware other people about these fraud service.these people are irresponsible & shameless.

My name is Ajay Singh Bisht and I am here to draw your kind attention into this matter that I have sent a parcel on 25/07/2013 through Professional courier, Nehru Place, Delhi and they promised me that my parcel will reach by 29/07/2013 but it has not been reached yet to its destination 5, wood street building no.5 Kolkata.
This company is not replying to my any complaint, I have tried to contact them several times but they are not providing me any help.
On my first complaint they told me that my parcel will reach by this date 1/08/2013 but my parcel has not been reached yet, after this date when I asked its head office(Naraina, New Delhi) manager Mr. MOhit Mittal ([protected]) he told me that my parcel has been seized by sales tax officers in Kolkata because of some reason. When I asked them a reason they were like, we do not know the exact reason for that but when we get any information we will inform you.
Till now I have not get any information regarding my parcel and now they have stopped picking up my calls.
My parcel does not contain any illegal item and I am not a sales person whose things can be seized by sales tax. Company has done a mistake, which I don't know exactly so please help me regarding this.
Please, look in to the matter and help me about my parcel as soon as possible.

I sent a courier to Malapuram,Kearla on June last week. The courier got returned on Jul 11th. While i received the courier the item was missing.
The returned courier received by my office security. They told like while receiving the courier,the pack was wrapped and pined with professional courier return notice. Once i received that pack and removed that notice i saw it was opened and item was missing.

I raised a complaint on that day itself. They told that they will check and give update but after 1 week i didnt get any update. I mailed to them also regarding the same. For that i got the same reply. Again i called last day(30 jul 2013) then they cheked the price of the item which missed and they told that they will reply to my mail. But when i check their reply, in reply they mentioned that the missing item( mobile headset) wont accept in normal booking. and consignment was delivered in the same original packing as was received by them.


Could you please suggest a solution for this?

Hope u have read entire correspondence before putting the reply that consignment has been delivered if not let me clarify u that we are complaining on fact that we recieved envelope but it's empty product inside it has been misplaced
And it's not the cost of thing which is forcing us to write u complaint by n again but the fact that this the way how professional courier is showing its reliability in market
Please look into the matter n revert otherwise we have to pursue with consumer forum not because our product has been misplaced but for the fact that this Peaple should not maintain trust in consigning goods through professionals

This is to bring in your kind notice that a parcel has been booked in my name from Pune to Raipur on 16th July 2013. And it has been not delivered till date (4 days).

However it is the matter of great concern that it should not take more than 2-3 days but it has already taken 4 days & still when we do follow-up with local vendor they answer stating that it will take 2-3 days more.

I must say this is very poor service given by Professional couriers, even a normal post not take more than 3 days then what is the use of such courier services.

i shipped one product from professional courier and someone just opened my parcel and tried to send it after repacking it but the party refused the parcel as it was weight less.
it came back to me and same even i can feel i did a complaint to them before a month ago but not getting any possible results from them.
i even called the customer relationship manager Mr. Umesh who said me to forward the bill and would take around 15days to process but still now no results.
Whenever i tried to call him he is not responding my calls.
i would be very helpful if you can help me out .
