I am a doctor from trivandrum. One of my friend send me a very important document on 16th november 2012 from chennai through professional courier. I waited till 21st of november for the delivery. So i approached professional courier office in kilimanoor which is near my house. When i enquired about my parcel, I was told that the courier will reach by afternoon from attingal courier office. So i contacted attingal professional courier office, they informed me its already reached killimanoor office on 20th november afternoon. I asked the person who is sitting there about the courier. after searching each every corner of the office finally found out the parcel. I dont know on what basis they can simply say that it is not there. The person sitting there didnt mention me to sign a paper after collecting the parcel. soon after collecting the parcel i left that place. Evening by 4.45 I got a call from the manager of professional courier kilimanoor, from the begining he started threatening me for not signing the paper there. I told him its the duty of the person who is sitting there to inform the coustomer to sign the paper. and that guy also told they only deliver the courier once a week inspite of how much important it is.
I have not seen a courier which delivers only once a week to the costomers.And i cant understand on what basis they can shout and abusing a costomer. its the duty of the courier people to deliver the parcels and explain properly the formalities while collecting the parcel. I also think he hasn got any right to speak to a coustomer so rudely. In future he should not repeat the same mistake to any other coustomer. ITS COMPLEATELY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A SO CALLED PROFESIONAL COURIER.

    I sent a courier from raipur on 5th nov 2012 via professional courier. They took Rs. 120 and said that the courier will reach ahmedabad (Destination) by 7th nov 2012. Its 10th today and i have'nt recd courier yet. I had chat with Mr. Soni from raipur, Mr. sachin from ahmedabad and Mr. patnaik who looks after Chattisgarh. All three have no answers to my question that where is the courier. They are continuously trying to confuse me since 3 days. Even they abused me. I would like to lodge a complaint against all three and would ask their company to take strict action against them. Also i want the company to compensate me for the loss because of the delay in courier.

          A Parcel was booked on 26/9/12 from Kurla -Kamani Maharastra to Guwahati -781026 . But when the Parcel was not delivered to me on 1/10/12, i tried to contact regional office no. which is provided in Professional Courier website GAUWHATI :A K Azad Road, Opp. Neelkanth Apartment, Rehabari, GAUWAHATI - 781 007.. But the person replied that HE is not associated with Professional Courier now which is very surprising that company is not updating their website......Then I contacted the Sender in Maharastra that i have not recieved my parcel.....He provided me a No. When contacted..... to my shock.... the Customer Care Lady told me that the PIN-781026 is not in service area of company . I asked her then why it is showing in your website as a "Network Availability Area", she replied "I DONT KNOW WHY ITS SHOWING". Even I offer to pick up my parcel from nearby area where she can deliver but she decline to do so and said "no one is here to take parcel to that place, so you have to pick up from Office". I even logded comlaint to their Head office through email...but no reply recieved... on 6/10/12 they called me and offer to deliver my parcel to their choice of place ( not my Address).... Finally I arranged to pick my parcel from their office on 06/10/12.....Thank You Professional Courier for your QUICK SERVICE......... Now i want to ask some question to Professional Courier.....Who is responsible for all this? Your Website which is providing wrong informatiom about PIN-781026 or your regional office who is not delivering, not even informed me about my parcel ( I think that is also not in their service to inform the reciepent....) and now fooling the customer by saying NOT a Service area, so the customer can take their parcel from office which will save their delivery cost........or a SENDER who trusted your company for quick service...........So I want you ALL to BE Aware of such practice of COURIER SERVICE.....

            As per our telephonic conversation i am sending various detail of my consignment:

            I book my consignment on 2/10/2012 at your collection centre near IIT Gauwahati for Lucknow with consignment number GAU88082074 after 2 days i start tracking it online but it didn't shows any detail of it i call at Delhi and Gauwahati office they also say their are no record find when i meet to person who collect my consignment he say that he send it by Indian registered postal service because no service available at mention pin (226019) since he is telling lie and any way if service is not available he is not authorize to send my courier by any other means. Kindly consider my issue and take necessary action.

              Dear Sir,

              I had sended one courier through Professional Courier from Patna to Indore on dated 22.09.12, but after 08 days it received at Indore Office.
              But two days goan it is not deleived at my address, the people in the office said that they have no person to delieved this courier at specific address.
              The behaviour of the Staff is totally irresponsible, I ALREADY SENDED MANY MAIL TO THEIR HO OFFICE MUMBAI, Patna office, Indore office ,Channai Office, but their is no response from any body.
              My details of courier is as below

              Road, Near Rajendra Nagar, Indore(M.P), 452012.

                One Muhammad Younes from Professional Courier Services has approved the parcel as a document. MY parcel was a jewelry and not a document. I am defintiely sure he is the one who stole its contents and sent a fake parcel.

                The goods sent though this parcel was stolen and I received an empty packet..Pls. take legal action on this open theft by a courier service company....

                  On 12.09.12 Our cochin office send a parcel through professional courier which we receive only on
                  19.09.12 at 4pm. As per our investigation, we knows that it is received in your kollam office on 13.09.12.
                  So Clarify and findout the reason for the same and replay at the earliest.

                  As we talking about the reason for the same with your delivery staff, his response was
                  totally unofficeical. So pls do the needful

                    I Had sent a courier On 01/12/2009 from Trippur to be reached in Chennai. After Five days they are telling the courier is missing and they are threatening me. Person who booked the courier the owner in Trippur is threatening us his number is [protected] (onwer). Unprofessional Couriers. I missed the Important Document As will the Bike Key.

                        This is with respect to docket no - BLR[protected].
                        I filed a complaint for a courier that was send from bangalore to hyderabad. There was a declaration stating what all is inside the consignment. It was clearly stated there was a wrist watch inside it and if the parcel could not be booked, it should be returned to the sender. The parcel weighed 6.35 kg and I paid Rs. 960 for it. It was booked on the 4th of Sep 2012 from the Kothamangala Branch of Professional Couriers. I received it on the 7th Sep 2012. The carton was packed and out of trust, I signed on the sheet the route boy gave me. When I opened it, I found the watch was missing. It was a titan watch worth Rs.3000. I double checked because I never suspected Professional Couriers to tamper with the box. I found the bill and the warranty card right next to where the watch was supposed to be. However, the watch was not there. I have been calling customer care in Bangalore, Hyderabad, their head office in Mumbai. I have sent a scanned copy of the declaration that stated the contents of the package and a bill of the wrist watch to many people. But everybody kept putting me off, 'ma'am kal call karenge'. The Bangalore office tells me that I need to file a complaint at the Hyderabad office and the Hyderabad office tells me to file a complaint at the Bangalore office. Basically, they kept me waiting. Then after a few days they tell me that the sender needs to file a complaint and the receiver(me) is not entitled to anything. So I asked my friend, who had sent the courier, to file a complaint. Finally, today, on the 14th Sep, they tell me that only Rs.1000 will be refunded. It means that they are accepting the mistake and trying to pacify me with a meager amount. I was asking them to refund the price of the watch. But they completely denied that. I am tired of waiting and now I want to press charges for harassment, in addition to the wrist watch price and the courier price, and for wasting my time and money. Their customer care have no respect and don't know how to talk to a lady. The watch was a gift for my father. But these THIEVES took it out. I am not going to sit down quietly after having faced so much.

                              Greetings.

                              At the outset I wish to sincerely express my gratitude towards Professional couriers and its service but I also regret to share my bad experience with the Professional couriers.

                              My mother had sent me the following items via courier from Anchal, Kerala ( through Pathinamtitta) to my address in Kangayam Tamilnadu via airwaybill number PTA5457276

                              When i received the courier and opened it I saw that everything sent was taken out carefully by opening the packet using a kinfe and the resealing it using cello tape and stapling it, the removal of items is so professionally done and I am sure its done by the agents of Professional courier.

                              This theft is very unique and they do it in a co-ordinated manner, when we book the articles they see the person sending, if they are knowledgable they dont do this, if they seems to be ignorant they book the parcel as if its a document, the person who is ignorant dont know this and once they went, the carefully open it and take everything, When the courier is received they will simply tell that its a document and we are not responsible, its a professional theft by professional courier and its seriously done by practice, we wonder how the professional courier name came, is it because of this kind of professional theft? They also dont inform the person sending about the real procedure and they never ask him to do insurance even if they want to do, they said that its waste of time, etc and send them to take the things out, its so common in professional courier only.

                              When we gave a complaint here in Kangayam that person knew clearly that its taken where, and he refused to take the complaint, I said i am moving to consumer court since the value of missing have an eternal value to us and the physical value is nearly Rs.4000. Also when we called Tirupur office they gave a professional answer that its a document, we have the details of that package that its a document, its making the consumer fools by professional bad practice.

                              Now I request you to take action immediately and trace where things went wrong and who took it so that you can avoid a civil suit which only will bring already tarnished professional couriers name.

                              my parcel from jabalpur to indore booked their on dt18/07/09 with receipt no 19674696 till today i haven't receive that parcel from madhur courier indore i have called so many times to indore branch but they can't give me satisfied reply as well, hope to solve this problem as soon as possible and get my parcel delieverd it to me as soon as possible

                                I booked a consignment containing train tickets with Blue Dart Courier, Pondicherry on 1st September.The consignment was addressed to a person at Thiruvella, Kerala. I was promised that the consignment will be delivered on 3rd September. I was charged Rs.350/- (though the consignment was a cover with a ticket inside) Till date the consingment has not reached the consignee. Today when i called and checked with the consignee, i was shocked to hear that the consignment has not been delivered. Neither i was informed by the courier company. This amounts to gross lack of service. Would like your intervention and I seek compensation for this.

                                  Hi,

                                  One consignment was delivered from Banglore to Ghaziabad by Professional Courier on 24/08/2012.

                                  I am following since last week for updation of my Tracking Number BLR1650281​26:-

                                  Please note my following points.

                                  1) I got a call on (29/08/2012) from number +[protected] saying me to collect my courier from your office.

                                  2) I strictly communicated over phone to deliver on the specified address.

                                  3) Courier boy clearly indicated that courier can't be delivered on the specified address and holding Bangalore office responsible for taking up my call. I repeat Ghaziabad office was blaming Bangalore office saying that they have intimated earlier not to pick any call for "crossing republik".

                                  4) I end up my conversation with your company's courier boy by saying if money have paid and your company have accepted to deliver on specified address then please deliver, it's urgent.

                                  Since then I am contiuously following through mail but only response I am getting from over mail is they are enquiring to destination office.

                                  Now I am asking to company what about the loss which I am bearing as the courier was "urgent"?
                                  Where is the fault of the party if Bangalore office is attending my call and the specified address is not coming under Ghaziabad's periphery?

                                  Where is my courier right now? When will it be delivered to my specified address as it is already too late? All these questions have not been answered from Professional courier.

                                  Please reply with necessary action.

                                    I mailed an important document via Professional couriers from Mumbai to my friend who stays in Pune on 13th August 2012. However even after 11 days, my friend hasnt received the mail yet. I called their Mumbai office multiple times but every time they take down the details and never revert back. Same with email communication. I also marked their head office in CC but no use. I am absolutely pissed at this pathetic service of this courier company. If anyone can help raise the issue with correct people, please let me know.

                                      I had booked a parcel from Chennai to Bangalore on the 7th of August with address for delivery

                                      When called to inquire about the parcel on 10th , I was informed that the parcel as been send to the branch office in Ram Murthynagar and would be brought to Indiranagar branch the next day.
                                      Its 13th today, I approached the Indiranagar branch to inquire, iI was told by the staff that they dont have the details to the consignment no MAA[protected] andI should contact Chennai.

                                      My parcel is very important to me, I was to receive with 3 days of dispatch and your service response from your branches has been pathetic, whats professional about this??? Nothing!!
                                      The delay caused due to the mishandling of the parcel has affected my business as I was to receive some imp documents in the same.

                                      This mail is my final intimation to your service to ASAP!!! deliver the parcel to my address.

                                      PS: The address given o the pickup counter in Chennai is correct as mentioned above , same also in the counter slip.

                                      I had booked a parcel from Chennai to Bangalore on the 7th of August with address for delivery
                                      no XXX, Duo Harmony
                                      Suranjandas Road
                                      Hoysalanagar
                                      Indiranagar
                                      Bangalore 560075

                                      When called to inquire about the parcel on 10th , I was informed that the parcel as been send to the branch office in Ram Murthynagar and would be brought to Indiranagar branch the next day.
                                      Its 13th today, I approached the Indiranagar branch to inquire, iI was told by the staff that they don't have the details to the consignment no MAA[protected] and I should contact Chennai.

                                      The worts part is that I have written mails made calls to the Corporate Office.. none was answered..
                                      The same company which has this on their website.

                                        31st July - Evening 19:00 hrs , I had sent a gift item on the eve of my friend's birthday in chennai nanganallur branch. They charged me Rs 43..It should have reached by wednesday evening itslef...at the worst case by thursday 2nd august atleast....it is still on transit ...His birthday is gone...Why the hell will company charge me rs 43 and doesn't deliver to the person ...The more pathertic thing is none picking the call ,email response is delayed...let me know how should I approach consumer court
