Professional Couriers. — Not Delivered - Lost

I Had sent a courier On 01/12/2009 from Trippur to be reached in Chennai. After Five days they are telling the courier is missing and they are threatening me. Person who booked the courier the owner in Trippur is threatening us his number is [protected] (onwer). Unprofessional Couriers. I missed the Important Document As will the Bike Key.

      This is with respect to docket no - BLR[protected].
      I filed a complaint for a courier that was send from bangalore to hyderabad. There was a declaration stating what all is inside the consignment. It was clearly stated there was a wrist watch inside it and if the parcel could not be booked, it should be returned to the sender. The parcel weighed 6.35 kg and I paid Rs. 960 for it. It was booked on the 4th of Sep 2012 from the Kothamangala Branch of Professional Couriers. I received it on the 7th Sep 2012. The carton was packed and out of trust, I signed on the sheet the route boy gave me. When I opened it, I found the watch was missing. It was a titan watch worth Rs.3000. I double checked because I never suspected Professional Couriers to tamper with the box. I found the bill and the warranty card right next to where the watch was supposed to be. However, the watch was not there. I have been calling customer care in Bangalore, Hyderabad, their head office in Mumbai. I have sent a scanned copy of the declaration that stated the contents of the package and a bill of the wrist watch to many people. But everybody kept putting me off, 'ma'am kal call karenge'. The Bangalore office tells me that I need to file a complaint at the Hyderabad office and the Hyderabad office tells me to file a complaint at the Bangalore office. Basically, they kept me waiting. Then after a few days they tell me that the sender needs to file a complaint and the receiver(me) is not entitled to anything. So I asked my friend, who had sent the courier, to file a complaint. Finally, today, on the 14th Sep, they tell me that only Rs.1000 will be refunded. It means that they are accepting the mistake and trying to pacify me with a meager amount. I was asking them to refund the price of the watch. But they completely denied that. I am tired of waiting and now I want to press charges for harassment, in addition to the wrist watch price and the courier price, and for wasting my time and money. Their customer care have no respect and don't know how to talk to a lady. The watch was a gift for my father. But these THIEVES took it out. I am not going to sit down quietly after having faced so much.

            Greetings.

            At the outset I wish to sincerely express my gratitude towards Professional couriers and its service but I also regret to share my bad experience with the Professional couriers.

            My mother had sent me the following items via courier from Anchal, Kerala ( through Pathinamtitta) to my address in Kangayam Tamilnadu via airwaybill number PTA5457276

            When i received the courier and opened it I saw that everything sent was taken out carefully by opening the packet using a kinfe and the resealing it using cello tape and stapling it, the removal of items is so professionally done and I am sure its done by the agents of Professional courier.

            This theft is very unique and they do it in a co-ordinated manner, when we book the articles they see the person sending, if they are knowledgable they dont do this, if they seems to be ignorant they book the parcel as if its a document, the person who is ignorant dont know this and once they went, the carefully open it and take everything, When the courier is received they will simply tell that its a document and we are not responsible, its a professional theft by professional courier and its seriously done by practice, we wonder how the professional courier name came, is it because of this kind of professional theft? They also dont inform the person sending about the real procedure and they never ask him to do insurance even if they want to do, they said that its waste of time, etc and send them to take the things out, its so common in professional courier only.

            When we gave a complaint here in Kangayam that person knew clearly that its taken where, and he refused to take the complaint, I said i am moving to consumer court since the value of missing have an eternal value to us and the physical value is nearly Rs.4000. Also when we called Tirupur office they gave a professional answer that its a document, we have the details of that package that its a document, its making the consumer fools by professional bad practice.

            Now I request you to take action immediately and trace where things went wrong and who took it so that you can avoid a civil suit which only will bring already tarnished professional couriers name.

            my parcel from jabalpur to indore booked their on dt18/07/09 with receipt no 19674696 till today i haven't receive that parcel from madhur courier indore i have called so many times to indore branch but they can't give me satisfied reply as well, hope to solve this problem as soon as possible and get my parcel delieverd it to me as soon as possible

              I booked a consignment containing train tickets with Blue Dart Courier, Pondicherry on 1st September.The consignment was addressed to a person at Thiruvella, Kerala. I was promised that the consignment will be delivered on 3rd September. I was charged Rs.350/- (though the consignment was a cover with a ticket inside) Till date the consingment has not reached the consignee. Today when i called and checked with the consignee, i was shocked to hear that the consignment has not been delivered. Neither i was informed by the courier company. This amounts to gross lack of service. Would like your intervention and I seek compensation for this.

                Hi,

                One consignment was delivered from Banglore to Ghaziabad by Professional Courier on 24/08/2012.

                I am following since last week for updation of my Tracking Number BLR1650281​26:-

                Please note my following points.

                1) I got a call on (29/08/2012) from number +[protected] saying me to collect my courier from your office.

                2) I strictly communicated over phone to deliver on the specified address.

                3) Courier boy clearly indicated that courier can't be delivered on the specified address and holding Bangalore office responsible for taking up my call. I repeat Ghaziabad office was blaming Bangalore office saying that they have intimated earlier not to pick any call for "crossing republik".

                4) I end up my conversation with your company's courier boy by saying if money have paid and your company have accepted to deliver on specified address then please deliver, it's urgent.

                Since then I am contiuously following through mail but only response I am getting from over mail is they are enquiring to destination office.

                Now I am asking to company what about the loss which I am bearing as the courier was "urgent"?
                Where is the fault of the party if Bangalore office is attending my call and the specified address is not coming under Ghaziabad's periphery?

                Where is my courier right now? When will it be delivered to my specified address as it is already too late? All these questions have not been answered from Professional courier.

                Please reply with necessary action.

                  I mailed an important document via Professional couriers from Mumbai to my friend who stays in Pune on 13th August 2012. However even after 11 days, my friend hasnt received the mail yet. I called their Mumbai office multiple times but every time they take down the details and never revert back. Same with email communication. I also marked their head office in CC but no use. I am absolutely pissed at this pathetic service of this courier company. If anyone can help raise the issue with correct people, please let me know.

                    When called to inquire about the parcel on 10th , I was informed that the parcel as been send to the branch office in Ram Murthynagar and would be brought to Indiranagar branch the next day.
                    Its 13th today, I approached the Indiranagar branch to inquire, iI was told by the staff that they dont have the details to the consignment no MAA[protected] andI should contact Chennai.
                    (Same staff member who told me that the parcel was in Rammurthyu nagar )

                    My parcel is very important to me, I was to receive with 3 days of dispatch and your service response from your branches has been pathetic, whats professional about this??? Nothing!!
                    The delay caused due to the mishandling of the parcel has affected my business as I was to receive some imp documents in the same.

                    This mail is my final intimation to your service to ASAP!!! deliver the parcel to my address.

                    PS: The address given o the pickup counter in Chennai is correct as mentioned above , same also in the counter slip.

                      31st July - Evening 19:00 hrs , I had sent a gift item on the eve of my friend's birthday in chennai nanganallur branch. They charged me Rs 43..It should have reached by wednesday evening itslef...at the worst case by thursday 2nd august atleast....it is still on transit ...His birthday is gone...Why the hell will company charge me rs 43 and doesn't deliver to the person ...The more pathertic thing is none picking the call ,email response is delayed...let me know how should I approach consumer court

                        I had sent a courier on 27th july 2012 in morning from hyderabad(Madhapur office) to Bhopal(Madhya Pradesh). Consignment number is "HYD29828157". The person who was sitting on the desk and who booked my courier said it will take 3 days to deliever but its been 7 days till now and still its not delievered. I went to the courier office today and they said they will get it deliever in next 30 mins but again a false commitment to customer. These people think that they have a monopoly and can do whatever they want because Indian customer is a fool. Kindly forward this complaint to concern department and I would like to sue them for their false commitments and irresponsible services. Service providers like these and others who thinks Customer as fool, their license should be canceled.

                          This is to complain aganist worst courier service by The Professional Courier which could not deliver 6 documents at 6 different locations in Rajasthan and UP for 11 days so far and which resulted into loss of career / admission to MBA for students of these locations since the forms sent via these documents could not be delivered by the said courier services on time till today and the last date of admission is today, i.e. 31/7/12.

                          The description of the complaint is given in the letter/mail sent to the company by us today as produced below which is self-explanatory.

                          This mail is a highly sensitive mail for pointing out your poor and deceitful services.

                          This mail is sent by an NGO who has tasted a very irresponsible act of your poor corier service through your New Panvel Branch which instead of bothering to rectify the error/lapse promptly, responded not only irresponsibly but also unrudely with the customer. The incident took place at 18:34 on 31/7/12.
                          The description of the matter is as under:
                          We had availed services of your courier services to send following 6 documents to different locations with complete address about 11 days back but none of these are delivered on time so far:

                          Scanned copies of consignment receipts are enclosed for your ready reference.
                          The documents were sensitive in terms of last date for these were carrying forms for admission of students having last date of 31st July 2012 but it did not reach on time resulting into loss of students' career/admission to Institute for MBA education. On contacting by the addressee in one of the consignment at Jaipur, your local office at Jaipur replied having sent the document back stating the reason that they do not deliver the document in the area of the addressee. It is very ridiclous and surprising that you accept the documents for courier for the area/place where you claim not to have service in those areas/places.

                          When we confronted with your local office (New Panvel Branch Manager Mr. Amol) over phone 27465038 which was picked up after 2 hours' attempt (Mob No. [protected] was unavailable with reason to check the number again), your Branch Manager instead of appologising for delay, refused to convey status over phone and asked to come to office with details. On our insisting to provide the details and status on phone, he used ill-mannered and foul languages and threatened to come to his office and see the consequence. We also tried your numbers of Corporate office at Sanpada as well as Mumbai Regional Office of CBD Belapur but no number was picked up despite several efforts for 2 hours. Our staff has been trying to contact in the normal course of business for the last 5 days to know the status of documents beside trying to find the track on your website but all in vain, hence is this mail with demand of compensation of losses of our documents and your failure in delivering the documents on time. We are also approaching local police for the misbehaviour and threatening by your branch manager.

                          Needless to mention that we, as an NGO, have been receiving such complaints and grievances against your company from many local citizens, particularly against your branch of New Panvel and since this instance has happened with us then we can well conclude what would have been fate of a common man with your poor and cheatful services.

                          In view of your negligent services, poor response and lack of services to customer, we hereby call upon you to make good of our losses @Rs. 50000/- for each document plus Rs. 200/- per document towards refund of courier charges and other cost in following up with you on receipt of this mail within a week's time failing which we shall have no option but to take legal recourses in consumer court and other courts of law solely at your cost as to consequences for which your company shall be alone responsible which please note. It will not be out of place to mention that our NGO is a self-sustained organization and does not depend upon any donation/public oney/Govt. Grant for its social and charitable activities and any amount accruing from this compensation will go foe social and punblic welfare activities specially to those who have suffered from poor products and services of companies like yours, hence is this demand of high damage that we have suffurred due to the above-said grievance at your hand.

                          Kindly treat this as our requiste final notice of demand as required under the Consumer Protection Act. We reserve our right to add/amend the matter with material facts as per legal terminology and requirements.

                          Financial Sector — Consignment not delivered

                          We had send one Laptop with Data card to our muradabad branch thru AFL courier on 14-July-09 vide consignment no.[protected] which is not yet delivered and they informed the same as ' Not Traceable'. It is their responsibility to deliver the same or return the consignment immediately. We had send many mails to them and received the reply as 'Not tracable'. It costs Rs. 45000/- Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and help us to retrieve our laptop without further delay.

                          Professional Couriers — Non delivery and negligence

                          Two documents No. BLR 58023142 and BLR[protected] addressed to me and my wife, residing at HASSAN, Karnataka, were not delivered to me even after 4-5 days. The response from the the local office at Hassan was so bad and they did not even bother. I had to beg for anapology letter. Similar event had happened a year back, so called Excecutive ASst. to Director and MD convinced me orally. But never took action and he stopped receiving my calls.

                          This is how Professional Couriersworks. It is shame. General Post office with a Rs. 5 stamp is doing a better service.

                            My dad (G. Surendran) sent me homeo medicines through Professional Couriers (kulasekharam, Kulasekharam PO, kanyakumari dist, Tamilnadu) on[protected] and he was assured that the courier will be delivered within 48 hours. On Saturday 28th june 2012, i received a call from Courier service person's mob no: [protected], 12.26 pm. he ask me to collect the parcel, where he was located. I requested him to deliver it to my home. My home is hardly 100 metres away from benniganahalli main road. He asked me the location and i directed him the way to my home. my courier was not delivered to me on time. When I called him after an hour, he disconnected my call, and then i called the office on 30th tune 2012. They told me that the parcel will deliver the next day. But still it is not delivered and they are not ready to take my call. Already 5 days are over. Please take a strict action against Professional Couriers.

                              I have been following since last 2 days about the package being sent through professional courier from kollegal, karnataka to bathinda via delhi.
                              there is no response from professional courier even after repeated calls to them.

                              such organisation should be dealt strongly for harassing the customers

                              We Have Send Courier on Tirupur to Chennai (Air Control Equipment Sysytem) Courier No.2329868 on 19.06.08 but it seems that Courier is not reached in Chennai.
                              When we contacted in Tirupur Customer Care Mr.Pandiyarajan,
                              ther is no response from him, He simply ignorce our complaince and he is simply said courier is missing we have been using services of Professional Courier for long time our company name is COTTON BLOSSOM (INDIA) PVT LTD is a Garment Export Company so pls take necessary action to trace out our missing courier parcel

                                After emailing the below details to The Professional Couriers, on 28th July, there is no response until today the 31st July 2012.

                                Do they mean Professional.

                                Courier document no. GMP1155599

                                The above referenced consignment received by Professional courier on 21st July.

                                There is no updates available in the website after 24th July.

                                The customer service contact in Chennai is unable to give me the update.

                                They in turn give me the Bombay number.

                                Am I have to call Chennai, Bombay, Daman & Vapi numbers after giving the courier to professional couriers.

                                What is the service offered by professional couriers?

                                Please get me updates in this matter.

                                There is no confirmation in the website also, whether the message is received.

                                  I, P.SHAILAJA MENON had sent a packet containing RAKHI TO MY BROTHER HARISH MARATH AT THANE through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS VIDE CHALLAN NO.13012452 DT:[protected]. Till date the same has not been received by him. On enquiry the Co. said it could not deliver the same and did not give any reason for it. They were very rude and would not say any more about the packet. As Rakhi is on 02-08-12 there is very little time for me to send another. I have been sending Rakhis to my brother for the last 17 years and it is emotionally very draining to note that I could not do the same this year. The "PROFESSIONAL'[NON] Co. not only failed to deliver it but were very adamant and rude in their behaviour. I hope you can bring me some justice to this.

                                  PROFESSIONAL COURIORS — Rakhi not delivered

                                  I send Rakhi via Professional Couriors Services from Sanpada, Navi Mumbai Branch, by Challan NO.[protected] dated 9/8/08 to Aurangabad but up 18/8/08, 1900 Hrs., Rakhi, not been delived. In this regard I registered a complaint on Call Centre Compl.No: 2726 Dt.16/08/08, but no used, and not replying Satisfactoty. In my view this is a worst couriours service Organisation also neglegency Staff of Aurangabad Unit.

                                    This is about Professional Couriers,
                                    2 times in the past they lost my package, however 3rd time also on 29th May they lost the package , this time i decided to launch complaint against this loss with Professional courier. Comlaint number 2436.
                                    The package was shipped from Bangalore to MP. Bangalore customer service updated me that the package is lost and i need to talk to their Branch Manager. I have been talking to Branch manager for the last 5-6 weeks and no outcome yet. i need to ring his cell at least 20 times before he takes up the call, reply i get is, "i'll get back to you in 10 mins" (which never happens)........

                                      TWO CONSIGNMENTS BOOKED WITH PROFESSIONAL COURIER ON 17/7/2012 TO BE DELIVERED WITH IN CHENNAI ARE YET NOT DELIVERED. WHEN CALLED UP THE ANSWER WAS WITH ALL COOL AND LETHARGY THAT DUE TO SHORTAGE OF STAFF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER. IT IS ALREADY 3 FULL DAYS AND STILL IT HAS NOT REACHED ITS DESTINATION AND THEY CALL THEMSELVES PROFESSIONAL......?
                                      I had sent an important document to Rajahmundry from Hyderabad bearing consignment number Hyd29807903 on 24 July 2012 and today is 28th July 2012 but is is still to be delivered. I called courier person on 26th morning he is saying i have done pooja on friday so didn't delivered he is answering in that way. I sent courier to banglore from Hyderabad on DTDC it was delivered on next day. I never saw such a worst courier server by professional courier service

                                      idiotic courier serivice is professional couriers...useless and even waste of time... just want to su all of themm all the professional courier staff is are use lesssssssssssssssssssssssss

                                        My Dad sent me one important letter from vallioor to Chennai by professional courier on 16-july-12, but still I didn’t received (20-Jul-12). I tracked them from 18th morning using my letter id.[protected] they responsed me due to later delivery unable to delivery at right time and next day they called one agent using this no.[protected], they provide another no.[protected]. I called and enquired about letter with Mr. Subramani. He replied yesterday they agent forgot to bring mobile so unable to find you so next day you will get at befor e 11am. At same next day called, Mr. Kallidas(Mob. [protected]) talked with me he is also courier agent he is not responsible me properly and his behavior is very bad.
                                        This kind of behavior is highly irresponsible from professional courier service. Please take necessary action against professional courier of Puzhal Branch office.[protected],[protected].
