Every time my customers sent me courier via different places through professional courier but it goes missing, and they never deliver the product. Recently my friend sent me gift from Polachi (Tamil Nadu)..Consignment No. (POL8042276), Sent on 24th Aug, 2015, when contacted Tirupati branch they are saying it was sent to Renigunta branch, every time same response. When the Courier was to deliver to Tirupati Pincode and Address, why it was sent to other branch office for Delivery. When Contacted Renigunta Branch, First of all no response and not responding the calls.

    Respected sir., on 22nd august i had given a courier containing Rakhi to be dispatched in surat from bahadurgarh (haryana).. as per company norms it is to be delivered within 2/3 days.. courier no of the consignment is AMB[protected] i have been in contact with the courier company from last 2/3 days.. Yesterday on 27th aug they told me that your courier has reached at surat depot and will be delivered tommorow.. Now today i.e on 28th i again asked then they told me that the address you provided is wrong we are unable to track the address.. and i have provided the correct addrsss and contact no of the person residing at surat(i.e designated person for whom courier was dispatched) now the issue is without calling the contact no provided and without searching for the address they have returned the courier and it will be available to you with 1-2 days.. this is really a irresponsible nd unethical behaviour. on this suspicious occasion of rakshabandhan our courier could not be dispatched ... please provide us remedy

      Hi, this is Vignesh. I'm referring professional couriers at Kallakurichi, Villupuram district, Tamil Nadu. I got a courier from icici bank, Chennai. The online portal says the Kallakurichi office has received it on 20th August, 2015. Same time, I got other one from thanjavur. They don't deliver in service areas, that's what they claim. So, I went to collect the other one personally. Knowing that I have got the courier also from icici, I asked them. Their behaviour was very rude. They told me that I didn't get that without checking. For I asked them, is this why we pay you; the reply was the question asking me if I paid to them. They told me to go and ask Chennai office or thanjavur office. I assume they are representatives of professional couriers and expect proper response. Certain words they used, I can't tell in forum. If required, I can share courier ids.

Sir I sent my TAB (DATA WIND company ) [COST Rs.5000 ] on[protected] through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER (PRO PREMIUM) consignment note number is PRO2544646 for service charge Rs. 200.00 from professional courier service, warangal DISTRICT, Telangana State, INDIAN. It will take to delivery 5 days on[protected] but not safely and my TAB was totally damage present it's not working.             Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to draw your attention for one of the most unsavory act meted out by Professional Courier. I received a consignment sent from Chennai on 2 July 2015 at 1.10 pm, delivered at my residence. Prior to receipt of the consignment, I had spoken to the sender to clarify about the contents of the consignment. The sender had very clearly stated that the consignment weighed 2.25 kg. The document issued by your Chennai office while booking bears testimony for this (MAA[protected]. However, when the consignment reached my residence, while checking the contents, I noticed that a few items were missing. I could bring this to the notice of your office nearest to my location only the next day since I was totally pre-occupied on the day of receipt. The Official at this office was not ready to accept this. However, while speaking to the delivery person (who was also present during the discussions) at this office, he clearly stated that he could find the difference in weight of the consignment. We have been utilizing these services of this company for a quite long time. It is really disheartening to undergo such a bitter experience. Vanitha

The consignment has not delivered to the party till 22/7/2015.The delay may be enquiered.

                I have sent a courier from Jharsuguda, Odisha to Mumbai on 20th June, 2015 with consignment no JRS66872. The package contained a mobile phone worth Rs. 7786. However, its been 27 days already and the package has not reached destination. Calling the customer care Of Professional Courier is an utter nightmare because they put you in a loop of infinite phone numbers. Their website tracking never works. The courier guys at their department are absolutely rude and they lie all the time.Their website crashes every time i try to register a complaint with them. Honestly, nothing works. Despite of telling them a hundred times that the courier has not reached the destination they say that it has reached its destination but when asked for proof of delivery they say that it will be there in a day or two. I even asked them that if they haven't sent it at least give it back to which they just give a very weird reaction and say that it will be delivered. I mean calling them sometimes seems wrong because when you tell them your grievance they treat you disrespectfully and act as if they never had any responsibility for the package. Please do the needful and I shall be grateful to the Consumer Court. Thank You so much. Siddhant Patel

                  My mother sent me a parcel of 5 kg from Ujjain to Bangalore by a local courier on 6th July which is received by Professional Couriers on 9 July at Hosur Road Office. They transferred it to Koramangla Office and their person calls us to pickup the parcel at 2:30 pm on 13th July. As I am in Office, I asked him to come after 6pm. He totally denies that we deliver parcels between 1pm to 4 pm only. Then I call him again to deliver the parcel to my office address. Instead of delivering to me. he sent that to their Marathalli Office. Today on 16th July, I called in Marathalli Office. Now they are saying there is no information about this parcel. What the hell is this. These guys are so pathetic. I need my parcel before friday. Otherwise they will call on Saturday and say that you were not in Office. They are fooling to their customer. Its like torture to call them and made your wait for long time or your phone will be disconnected. Its like they are favouring us for delivering our item without any money.
                  Rude Staff. No manners how to talk to customers.

                    CJB[protected] order is started from Coimbatore from 3rd july and I have not received in Hubli till now and response from courier guys is very worst and I can't trust professional courier any more. Please find attached details for more information.                       had sent a parcel through professional courier on. May 25 2015 to Gurgaon from Dharwad.Courier number being DWR2717576.It has been misplaced or one of their employee has stolen it.Its actually a pair of shoes I bought from Jabong and returned it as I didn't like it.When I complained to Professional courier they said they will look into it and its been 15days and there is no action from their end.I was supposed to get the refund for it.Now I neither got the money not the product.Professional courier management is showing indifferent attitude.I have the entire mail trail. Please help.

                          Hello, I got message'' Request to hold'' on Friday. They have not yet called me at all. Then how can give request? its totally fraud. I have called them on Saturday to deliver on Monday and requested them to deliver after 2pm since i am coming on shift. They said, could deliver before 1pm. They have office near to my office. Do they cant deliver after 2pm?. They didn't call me on Monday and didn't not give parcel to me. They called me 3pm today asking me to pick up the parcel. Service is worst. Other courier bluedart, Javvas, Fitstflight etx they doing excellent service. I called delivery person who is suppose to delivery to me ( got his number from his branch office only). When i asked, why did u hold my parcel & why didn't you delivery on Monday. His response is worst, using BAD WORDS. Dont he know how to respect customer. This what u teaches to your employee?                             I receive a missed call (since i was speaking to someone else) on 3rd July 2015 Friday, around 10:30 am, from this guy called Prasana (the delivery boy working with the professional couriers) when i call back he questions me why i was not answering the call, i told him how can i answer when i was on another call. and he starts raising his voice saying that "i should put the call on hold", to answer his call, "now i cant come and deliver", "if you want i will come tomorrow" etc.. first of all, who is he to question me if i answer the call or not, . Next day that is on 4 July 2015 he call me again around 11:00 am, never tells me who is what etc, The whole conversation was in the local language, NOTE - translation to English makes it look decent but it was not., Prasana, "i am on 10th cross, where are you" Me, "who is this" Pra: "knowing who i am what your gonna do" Me, "Boss, who are you, what you want" Pra, "you want ur parcel or not " so i realized its the courier guy, then i gave the address and he came, Pra, "to say this your talking so much" Me, "what is your" Pra, "Prasana" (not sure if its true, its what he said) Me, "do you have your ID card, " Pra, "no" Pausing few min while searching the parcel and staring at me as though he is gonna trash me, in the mean time i was getting irritated, Pra, "do you have your ID" Me, "for what" Pra, "how do i know, your the fellow i am giving to" Me, "Boss please, the phone number is enough proof, but if you want i can show the ID" Pra, "what phone number, i can just take the parcel back and return it, i can do that" Me, "please take it back, i would not worry" Keeps staring at me, it was very intimidating. Me, "you are suppose to give a good service, but you are very rude, I dont wanna talk to you anymore" Pra, "who is rude, take sign this and give it back" and keeps using foul language. The Professional Courier's delivery boy was never really professional. forget about the professional part, not even some basic manners. i am not asking to be, "hello sir, " "yes sir" etc, but the least if you cant be sorry be polite in your tone. I don't have his ID, his name is Prasana, region Bangalore, delivered on 4 July 2015 Saturday morning in HBR Layout. this should be enough details to track him even if he has not given the right name.

                              I have a parcel sent from Aurangabad-MS, to Ravet, Pune The parcel has arrived at Nigdi branch, but now the guys at Nigdi branch are saying that I have to come and collect the parcel my self as the address is not in deliverable area... and now they are sending the parcel back to Aurangabad.. When I asked them why they had accepted the parcel which is so clearly not is your service area.. and why have you even charged for it.. The answer was simply it a Aurangabad guys mistake.. 1. Is Professional Aurangabad and Professional Pune are different entities 2. Whats your service - address to address delivery or collect at our address 3. As a customer is it my responsibility or yours to check the service areas 4. Who is responsible to the delay Its my first such a shocking experience with the courier service who is so UN-PROFESSIONAL If tomorrow i send some parcel to US or UK, would you still have the same attitude..                                 Consignment Number BLR[protected] sent by Art of Living is not delivered to the Addressee M. Duraiswamy, No. 330, B Block, 1st B Cross, AECS Layout, Kundalahalli, Bangalore-560037. Instead it was delivered to somebody else whose mobile number is [protected] at different address. When I contacted the concerned Professional courier at Kundalahalli Gate (KHG) Whose DRS Number is DBLR[protected] and Staff Ramkrisnan whose mobile Number is [protected], I was told that they are trying to get back and deliver to me. But so far there is no response. When I contact the person to whom the magazine was delivered and whose mobile number is given, after hearing the matter, he keeps cutting the call. Please see that I get the magazine.

                                  PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS AFTER 10 DAYS We have booked a consignment from Erode to Bangalore on 20th June 2015 and asked them to get it deliver by today, 22nd June 2015 at any cost since its very urgent. When tracking the package, it has reached Bangalore today morning (22nd June 2015). I keep reaching people from morning 9 AM about the parcel and getting different answers. Below is the status of the package. I dont think delivering parcel to Whitefield from Ramagundanahalli is not too long. I tried all the numbers few are not working and others are all the time busy. I tried calling local office, where the package is (Ramagundanahalli). Mobile number is switched off. Below are list of number I reached today for one parcel. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Customer Care : [protected]/42/43/44/45, 22230457, 22230459, 22247957 Should I reach these many numbers to get one parcel delivered?? At the end the day, I am getting response from customer care person we will deliver tomorrow as there is shortage of staff in local office. Is this the right response, we customer should get it? Also, I have logged the complaint today morning itself for the same, to get it delivered by today. This is not happening first time.

                                    I sent a parcel (some daily care items) from New Delhi to Chennai from "The Professional Couriers" and paid Rs.90 for the same. Tracking number is DEL[protected]. I sent this courier on 4th May 2015 but the courier is neither delivered nor displaying any status on Professional couriers website. I checked by calling professional courier helpline but they do not have any information for this tracking number. I sent it from Tri nagar office and the contact person is [protected]. He said that the courier is missing and he always ask for 3-4 days time for giving the status. It's more then a month now but still I didn't receive any status for my parcel/courier. Please take an urgent action against this.

                                      consignment no-BDK[protected] booked on 16/06/2015 from bhadrak to panchkula sector-25, the consignment is still on transit and when contacted at chandigargh office they told that they cannot deliver the item because company's service is not in sector-25 panchkula . Then if company's service is not in sector-25 panchkula, why the item booked? if you are not able to delver the item in its destination you have no right to cheat the customer and the item should not be booked.
                                      Whoever named them Professional must be hanged. It is a bloody UNPROFESSIONAL courier service not fit for selling vegetables.

                                        i have send a material form professional courier office branch BLR VSD on 02/062015 thopugh pro premium consignment note number is PR02420704. the material is online purchase return but till now they didnt updated the courier tracking no so that im not able to give a complaint for refund from the amazon. Please take an action for this so that i can avail my amount.
