I am Madhuri.N from Kakinada, Andhra pradesh. I have booked a parcel courier on 06.11.2015 at the Professional couriers, Subhadra Arcade complex, Kakinada, A.P. to Singrauli, Madhya pradesh. First of all, the staff assured that the courier will reach in 3 days but it reached after a week to the destination. In addition to that, before booking courier i told the staff that the item was a glass item and whether it would reach safely without any damage, they replied yes but it will be charged more for that. They booked the courier under PRO3141262. I have wrote in Bold cautioning that it was a glass item on the name cover of the parcel. After delivery, the parcel was totally broken. I was very much shocked to know that review from my dear ones. I asked the staff and they took my number saying that they will contact me with a reason. Its been more than 2 weeks i received no call. I am writing to you so that no one else will face such instances hereafter. I want to know what kind of justice would i get in the near future atleast from the concerned? Some parcels are linked with feelings too. Please try to solve such problems.

Last month my relative have send a courier to me[From Nagercoil to Kochi], the professional courier delivery person came to my flats, but i was not in the flats, i was in my relatives flat in same compound.
They did not even call me and kept a slip and went back. On seeing the slip i phoned them and asked why they didn't call me. They replied that "Company haven't provided mobile to us, with our personal mobile we won't call" and asked me to come and collect from office. Then i went to the office and bought the courier.

Another incident is like courier from Marthandam to Kochi. Delivery person took it and came to the flat on [28th Nov 2015 Saturday], due to some reason security of the flats stopped his vehicle and asked to walk for 100M[inside the flats] but he got angered and went back without informing me anything. Monday morning i called the office and ask for the status, then only they are telling that they came on Saturday and all bull-. They asked me to come to the office again and collect it.

If they would have called then i would have met him downstairs and collected the package.


I have send the above to Professional courier customer care but i did not get any response. Readers please think before choosing Professional courier

We have booked courier on 24/11/2015 at Nizamabad Courier No.NZB651329, and they have kept sticker most urgent, told it will deliver tomorrow i.e., on 25/11/2015. This I have sent to my Son, who stay at Himayathnagar, He checked online and called to customer care and they have given two numbers to call i.e.,[protected] and one more [protected], there One guy who works as senior operations incharge Mr.Sachin. talking recklessly and told he can deliver on 26/11/2015 by 10.30 am and again my son called next day 11.30 am they were not lifting call even by him or customer care. after so many times sachin received call and my son asked you told it will be delivered by 10.30 am now it 12.20am, we have sent to RTC X road section boys are not there. Now its 12.54 noon still not received. No proper response from Professional couriers.

I bought medicines on line from Arya Vaidyasala, Kottakal on 18th Nov 2015. They delivered the parcel to Prosessional courier on 20th but the medicine parcel has not been delivered to me even on 25th Nov. Medicine is urgently required. But when I go for tracking the status it shows dispatched to New Delhi since 23.11.2015. What a poor service an urgent parcel of medicine is not being delivered even in 6 days...poor very poor customer service. Please help me in this matter for an urgent delivery.

Sir We have sent an envelop of some documents to the addressee – Sharekhan ltd, Pushpamangalam bldg., mukkada, Kundara through Professiional courier service on[protected], ref. KTR 0484435. The envelope was collected from our office by professional courier Kottarakara representative. As the envelop was not reached at the addressee till 5th November, I have contacted the Kottarakara office who have collected the envelop. After enquiry they told that the envelope has reached Kollam office on[protected] and further they will track and solve the problem. Sir till today[protected] the envelope has not reached the addressee. The professional courier offices at Kottarakara, Kollam, Kundara are playing and asking me to cal the other. This is your kind Attention that one of my parcel booked from delhi on the 02 November 2015 (www.amazone.in-graphline computers pvt ltd) through Consignment No.[protected] and it is supposed to delivered on 17 November 2015 in my place Bacheli South Bastar Dantewada Chhattisgarh but yet I don't receive the same I enquire regarding the same in Courier Service Raipur Branch they inform me that they do not deliver the courier in Dantewada as you very much aware that how much this letter keep importance to me please give me clue about my Consignments status so I do needful for the same thank you.

A consignment was booked on 9th of november from Narayanpet to New Delhi. (Consignment Number- MBN8345921) but till date no goods was received. The online tracking is showing goods dispatched to New Delhi since 10th of November and thereafter no updates I tried registering the complain online but was unable to do that as it shows-An unexpected error has occurred on our website. The website administrator has been notified. Then tried calling each of the branch office to atleast registered a complain but none of the office of New Delhi or Hyderabad or Narayanpet have registered even my complain. I hereby lodge a complain against the professional courier s i am afraid that the undelivered goods might have lost or misused as the way the branch office has responded has escalated my fear

This is regarding consignment number JMK462279 sent from Jamkhandi to Bangalore on 31st October. The current status as on 4th November shown on website is “Out for Delivery – Area : Kundnahalli Gate”. The delivery boy has never delivered the consignment but status updated as delivered. I have contacted local office several times responsible for delivery[protected], Incharge Ravi M:- [protected]) but they are not ready to take any action to trace it. I tried to contact customer care but they won’t pickup the phone calls also.

5 days has been passed i had ordered one product from online... They had handed this product to professional mumbai dadar... So today i had called dadar department [protected]...One lady had attained my call... And she was speaking in hindi language...As her fluent belongs to south ... I told her in politely language...She was spoke with me frustration language... Apne jo bola mein system dala nahi dikha raha hai... In fustration and disrespect language she spoke as i m living in worli ...Just 10 min from dadar...And 5 days has been passed still i not recived my courier... This shows this courier patner his inefficent in service... Plz take appropriatte action on dadar lady executior...

My Courier has been sent from karaikal to Trivandrum on 03/11/2015.Even after 3 days its not been delivered. When i try to contact the respective branches no proper response from them. Tracking no: KKL1062907

I've sent a package of 50 marriage invitations from nagercoil to bengaluru. Ref C /n: 5809255 on 03 /11/2015. They assured that package shall be delivered within 2 working days. Still now it hasn't been delivered. When entered the above number for tracking, it says your consignment number is not valid. Tried calling customer care, but no response.The status of my package remains unknown now!

I had submitted a Courier on 7th October with address SAGAR in Karantaka. Mission Road near Richmond Circle Bangalore sent Courier to SAGAR -MADHYAPRADESH even though it was clearly mentioned state as Karanataka with PINCODE

On tracking the status continuously I was able to see Courier got misroute and sent back to Bangalore on 15th October

After that there is no updates till 31ST October even after calling useless unprofessional shameless customer and people working there

I had personally gone to Mission road branch and then met the Manager over there and got the promise saying she will be able to find out courier in next couple day and she gave her phone number

I tried to call her phone after days 10 times but there was no response. It seems all are very unprofessional people working in professional courier

I had purchased one Tiger Hills Watch and I had received message on 24/10/2015 that my order no.[protected] for the above mentioned fan was SHIPPED by Professional Courier Tracking No. is DEL10715803 ON 24.09.2015. When I verified with Professional Courier tracking, I came to know that the Item was in Chennai Office ON 28/10/2015 AT 3.30 PM. Dear Reader, My Father has Booked the very important medical certificate through The Professional courier consignment KDI890724 on 7th Oct-15 from Devakottai - Karaikudi, It was reached Ahmedabad at 9:00am on 9th Oct-15. Not yet delivered to me till (Almost all 82 hours gone). I could not understand when it will be reaching me.I totally fed up with the way service providing to customer by Professional courier fully disappointed. If i am register the complaint in their site always the show as OOOPS!!! Internal Server Problem. Kindly help me to get the courier on or before by 13th Oct-15. Regards, Pranmalai. [protected].

Packed sent from Delhi on 30-Sep with POD NO. DEL[protected]. For no good reason it has been lying in their holing area which is within 5 kms from the delivery address with no updates what so ever provided to the recipient. No attempt was made to deliver the package or contact the recipient to aid the delivery. When called to check on the reason for the holdup was being told that they do not have any delivery personnel and also they do not have any facility to inform the customers about the delay. These seems to be an extremely unprofessional and unfriendly organization. Hope some miracle happens and the package is delivered to me in this lifetime.

I listened that professional courier is a best courier service I believe it's true, But in mehadipatnam branch employees are worst candidates they wont answer your call for enquirers and their land line always busy because taht lady receptionist simply put the phone receiver a side. This is second time I am facing the issue 1st time I got a courier from surat, I called to them at around 4:30pm, I inquired with consigmnet number she said that courier received but we dont deliver today. and that courier service jus 1km from my home(delivery address) 2nd Today I have submit 2 pickup requests at 11:00am, Now it's 7:00pm again I tried to call her, I almost tried to call 1 hr, the phone was always busy. Any way it's a worst experience with mehadipatnam(500028) branch. Management should take immediate action on that lazy lady.

The consignment was booked on sep16-2015consignment id-OTY3460862, but still now the consignment have not reached the destination.IT IS ALMOST GOING TO BE the 17TH DAY.There is no valuable response from the courier management when i tried reaching them over phone.I tried registering a complaint in their portal http://www.trackcourier.in/professional-tracking.php even then the website is also resembles as like the management.I mean no proper customization.It hangs on like the professional courier.These people knew not know the customer ethics.I feel that they don't deserve the brand name they HOLD.

As I was expecting delivery of my consignment but due to lack of proper service and careless behaviour professional courier did mis delivery of my consignment. When I ask for the confirmation like to whom they have submitted my consignment they refuse to provide the same. They told me that they do not have such details with them. When I argued on the same, a fellow from Ahmedabad branch told me not to use professional courier next time. After having long conversation when he fail to answer my questions he started abusive language and disconnect the call. On this number I have word with that fellow: [protected]. As per their name they do no serve client professionally.

Pls do not use this courier service, it is pathetic and don't understand the meaning o[censored]rgent delivery. Inspite of charging for the same they do not give any service. I booked a parcel on 4/9/15 scheduled for next day delivery from Mumbai to Bangalore Marathahalli but it hasn't been delivered and its 7th now.The parcel had reached BLR head office on 5th morning at 11:30 am but still it hasn't been delivered. They keep on playing the blame game between Mahadevapura and MARATHAHALLI offices each accusing the other of not giving the item in the required time slot. It's sheer lethargy on their part Inspite of innumerable requests and pleading stating that it's very urgent pls do the needful asap. But all of it goes on deaf ears. There is no follow up and you are the one dialing various offices/branches but still all in vain. Waste of time money resources. They don't deserve any rating. Inspite of assuring that the parcel will be delivered the next day anyhow they don't do it. And later gave false promises of delivering it first thing Monday morning. And still its not done.
