I have booked and Dispatch corrier on 20th oct 2021 by professional corrier and mention Address on my corrier is:-

Already 8 days passed but my corrier not Recived by party.

When today I check online status of my corrier on professional corrier tracking site so I found that my corrier Delivered at Mangolpur Delhi...

How it is possible, which type of service given by professional corrier to customers. I have tried so many times in mangolpur and other professional corrier numbers but not give me proper Answer also corrier Employees didn't know about where is my corrier and where they Dilivered and whose person Recived my corrier...
It is my humble Request please revert me on [protected] and confirm me where is my corrier and how much time will taken by Delivery to correct Address.

Reluctant and irresponsible service by Manager Ravi form Professional Courier Renigunta for consignment delivery despite of many attempts made to get the consignment delivered.

I sent a laptop, charger with a bag to Infosys Mysore as I had to return the company assets. I sent it through ProPremium service of The professional courier from Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore booking office on[protected]. It weighed 4.2kgs and I paid Rs. 1100. Tracking id: PRO11799573
It was out for delivery on[protected] and the delivery person contacted me and told the receipt is for 4.2kgs but your consignment weighs only 700g and informed me about the missing laptop.
I followed up with customer care and got to know that, when it was weighed in Bangalore MCO, it was 0.72kgs. This means, either the laptop was not sent to MCO at all or it has been misplaced on the way.
Customer care is not responding properly anymore. Vidyaranyapura booking office doesn't receive my calls anymore.
Please check this. This is very critical for my career too.

I have sent a courier on Oct 1st with tracking numver HRD74752606 and HRD74752604. Its a month now the courier has not reached and neither I havr got it back. I have written many emails but very bad service. The document is insurance cards and the professional courier service people are least bothered to provide any information. The courier was picked up from banashankari 1st stage from my house. The person who picked the Mr. Kumar on [protected]. Kindly find a resolution.

I have given the correct address but the delivery boy is not coming to my address instead he is asking me to come to his place . I'm very disappointed by this service, I have paid for my courier but you are not providing any good service . I want my courier to my address, my exams are going on and my books are in that courier . The courier boy is irresponsible. What kind of service you are giving us by appointing bad delivery boy . Such a disappointment

sent many mails and calls to local in-charges

Professional courier took money
1) but do not deliver to the area saying its not serviceable
2) Do not inform that courier lying in their godawn since 1 week
3) threaten to return it
4) SWITCH OFF MOBILE PHONES and do not answer landline
5) Find fault with customer (who was calling for 30 times in a day) and dodging that it was mistake of the booking city and hence DO NOT call us and neither will we deliver to you.
Professional courier is cheating people's money without providing service. YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE MONEY IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER. there are 10s of courier companies who service my area...every week I get couriers and parcels from other service providers. If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I would have selected it. These guys should just close down their service. They don't deserve to be in this line of work. My family sent me a parcel with a lot of different food items from Trichy, Tamilnadu on 9th October 2021. Today is 22nd October 2021. I called the CUSTOMER care everyday and even the respective branch number. No one picks up the call. The food items might have gone bad by now but they don't even care about it. All they want is money. Once they take money for the service, their job is done and then they just play around with your parcel and keep you waiting for ages without any guarantee that whether you'll receive your parcel or not. Dear 'PROFESSIONAL COURIER', please have some shame and learn to respect and value people's sentiments, time and money. Atleast learn to respect the name that you selected for your courier service. Learn to be PROFESSIONAL you ###.

I have a courier that was booked 10 days back and reached lb nagar hub on 16th oct 2021, i was calling feom everyday and they told me it will be delivered by EOD and today when i called them they told me to come and pick up as they are not willing to home deliver. When i questiomed why.they are so rude that they kept on sayong complain to whomever you want but we will not deliver to home you have to come and pick up.such irresponsible and pathetic persons. I am not sure if the company keeps an eye on google reviews or not but LB nagar hub is the worst of all.

This is to Lodge a formal complaint as my Electric sandwich griller was completely broken into pieces in transit from The professional courier Oshiwara Andheri West Mumbai to Jabalpur as I had paid RS.6500 for the safe transportation.Even after 8 days of calling the centres no action has been taken.The track number was VPL[protected]. Kindly take an immediate action as it has caused a financial loss for the product and transportation.

I Had booked the item last week ago i.e[protected] and Consignment No: DMM117951.
Still either no Delivered nor no Status about courier. Please check it and deliver it as soon as possible urgently.

There has been a consignment for me, that reached the Professional Courier office in Varkala.They have denied delivering it to my home address which is 1km away.I reached out to Kochi regional office and I am being told that in Kerala couriers will not be delivered to home address.They do it only to flats, as it costs them more fuel if they start delivering to home address. What difference is a delivery to flat making, unless every time you...

I had purchased ns toor books through online mode and they dispatched the books on 05.10.21 to patna and I haven't received it yet. When I checked the delivery status on its website it is showing out for delivery from last 2 days but no delivery done yet. None of their customer care no. is working. It's been 10 days since dispatch.kindly help in this matter as it is too long. Very pathetic service from the professional couriers.

My original Degree Certificate has sent by University to my Home address is Lost by Professional Courier. When i asked to the local service provider they said very simple as we lost it.
Please i request you to Find and Provide me original Degree certificate.

Many complaints i logged though email to the HO of Courier service. still there is no response.

We booked one post for Silvasa on 09.10.2021 vide receipt number MAA[protected] and we find that the same is still undelivered ( 12.10.2021 - 11.45 AM)

The very purpose of courier has lost and what was the need of our for paying huge amount to you if the post is going to be delivered after 3-4 days.

Kindly take action and reply.
