I have given the correct address but the delivery boy is not coming to my address instead he is asking me to come to his place . I'm very disappointed by this service, I have paid for my courier but you are not providing any good service . I want my courier to my address, my exams are going on and my books are in that courier . The courier boy is irresponsible. What kind of service you are giving us by appointing bad delivery boy . Such a disappointment

      Professional courier took money
      1) but do not deliver to the area saying its not serviceable
      2) Do not inform that courier lying in their godawn since 1 week
      3) threaten to return it
      4) SWITCH OFF MOBILE PHONES and do not answer landline
      5) Find fault with customer (who was calling for 30 times in a day) and dodging that it was mistake of the booking city and hence DO NOT call us and neither will we deliver to you.
      Professional courier is cheating people's money without providing service. YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE MONEY IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER. there are 10s of courier companies who service my area...every week I get couriers and parcels from other service providers. PROFESSIONAL COURIER TOLICHOWKI Hyderabad - Rude and cheaters.

        If I had the option of giving 0 stars, I would have selected it. These guys should just close down their service. They don't deserve to be in this line of work. My family sent me a parcel with a lot of different food items from Trichy, Tamilnadu on 9th October 2021. Today is 22nd October 2021. I called the CUSTOMER care everyday and even the respective branch number. No one picks up the call. The food items might have gone bad by now but they don't even care about it. All they want is money. Once they take money for the service, their job is done and then they just play around with your parcel and keep you waiting for ages without any guarantee that whether you'll receive your parcel or not. Dear 'PROFESSIONAL COURIER', please have some shame and learn to respect and value people's sentiments, time and money. Atleast learn to respect the name that you selected for your courier service. Learn to be PROFESSIONAL you ###.

          I have a courier that was booked 10 days back and reached lb nagar hub on 16th oct 2021, i was calling feom everyday and they told me it will be delivered by EOD and today when i called them they told me to come and pick up as they are not willing to home deliver. When i questiomed why.they are so rude that they kept on sayong complain to whomever you want but we will not deliver to home you have to come and pick up.such irresponsible and pathetic persons. I am not sure if the company keeps an eye on google reviews or not but LB nagar hub is the worst of all.

            This is to Lodge a formal complaint as my Electric sandwich griller was completely broken into pieces in transit from The professional courier Oshiwara Andheri West Mumbai to Jabalpur as I had paid RS.6500 for the safe transportation.Even after 8 days of calling the centres no action has been taken.The track number was VPL[protected]. Kindly take an immediate action as it has caused a financial loss for the product and transportation.

                  There has been a consignment for me, that reached the Professional Courier office in Varkala.They have denied delivering it to my home address which is 1km away.I reached out to Kochi regional office and I am being told that in Kerala couriers will not be delivered to home address.They do it only to flats, as it costs them more fuel if they start delivering to home address.                         I had purchased ns toor books through online mode and they dispatched the books on 05.10.21 to patna and I haven't received it yet. When I checked the delivery status on its website it is showing out for delivery from last 2 days but no delivery done yet. None of their customer care no. is working. It's been 10 days since dispatch.kindly help in this matter as it is too long. Very pathetic service from the professional couriers.

                          My original Degree Certificate has sent by University to my Home address is Lost by Professional Courier. When i asked to the local service provider they said very simple as we lost it.
                          Please i request you to Find and Provide me original Degree certificate.

                            We booked one post for Silvasa on 09.10.2021 vide receipt number MAA[protected] and we find that the same is still undelivered ( 12.10.2021 - 11.45 AM)

                            The very purpose of courier has lost and what was the need of our for paying huge amount to you if the post is going to be delivered after 3-4 days.

                              Product has been dispatched from Mathura, the person took our package saying he is from professional courier on 4th October 2021 and said that he will send receipt to us, whatever the charges that will be applied and gave a receipt just with tracking number, then he called on 6th October 2021 saying that give me Rs.5000 else I will not send package and you will never get your package. I asked him for receipt that he refused to give. Using tracking number I tracked the courier it was dispatched for our city but we never received it till date.
                              I called the office from where it was dispatched they told that the package sending cost Rs.40/kg and our package was 62kg. Of course the first person is trying to do fraud, now the person calls and threatens us that he will take package back or will stop the delivery give money.
                              I already gave him Rs.2500.
                              I haven't received any update and nothing. My package is lost.

                                I have booked my consignment from PUNE to Hasthinapuram/LB Nagar /yderabad and on enquiry the consignment was reached LB Nagar branch on 8.10.21 and the same was not delivered by LB Nagar branch, on enquiry the staff of LB Nagar branch giving irresponsible answers and behaving very rudely.

                                Please take up the earring staff and arrange to deliver the consignment immediately as the equipment is badly needed for me.

                                  The courier was an urgent as it was for a painting Competition and supposed to be deliver on or before 9th OCTOBER.
                                  Before initiating this courier, I asked Professional courier (Electronic city Bangalore) representative that when the courier will be delivered. They confirmed me that if I go for pro premium service which is a special service with higher cost, then this item will be delivered by 9th Oct for sure. But yesterday (9th Oct) the courier company informed that they can't deliver before Monday because of Durga Puja road block. If road is blocked then how come courier will be delivered on Monday, still Durga Puja is not over. Looks like it's total unprofessionalism and calasness of the courier company.
                                  Before taking such urgent courier they must check the feasibility whether really they will be able to deliver it or not by the scheduled time. Now if it's get delivered on Monday (9th October) it makes no difference for me as this painting will not be considered for the competition.
                                  Today is 10th October and I can see in the professional courier tracking portal that the item has not been delivered yet. Hence I need my full refund and penalty charges for my harrassment along with the item untouched condition at my location Bangalore. Also I would like to see a strong action against this company for such casual attitude, missing their deliver commitment, making custome as a fool by getting extra money with below graded service for customer's deliverable.

                                      Horrible service from the Professional Couriers...my package # BML [protected] dispatched on Sept 23, 2021 has not yet been delivered until today, Oct 7 although it reached Sahibabad on Sept 29. Since then it has been lying there without any intimation. Yesterday called M#[protected], person very casually said "will be delivered". Sahibabad office has done this for the 2nd time. Earlier, in April 2021 too after severe delays and multiple calls a badly damaged package was delivered. When called their agent (#[protected]) who had picked up the package simply forwarded destination phone number. No response to the email sent to HQ customer service and regional customer service email ids even after 3 working days.
