Dear TPC team,

We are operating for more than 5 years in the below address and the local TPC partner is relucatant to do the delivery of the consignments received for below address which is located only 5kms from their courier office. They are asking us to personally visit and collect the parcel and if not, asking us to inform the sender to avoid using Professional courier.
This will directly affect the current business of your with the Consignor & as well future business plans of your Consignee.

      The delivery guy is asking us to come to other location for pick-up which is 2km away from delivery address. If we resist he will use abusive language and tell he will take back the products back. Today(10-Nov-2021) again it happen.

        A shipment was made on October 26, 2021 from Bhubaneshwar with a expected Delivery date of November 1 from Bhubaneshwar to Chennai. Today its November 9, 2021 and the shipment is still stuck with Vishakhapatnam "In Transit" Mode.

        There is not even a single person to pick up my call and give an update from Vishakhapatnam. I am worried if my shipment is in good shape. In process or stolen. No Clue. All that I know is the track show the shipment to Vishakhapatnam on November 1, 2021 and then just not updates. 9 days passed and still no updates.

          Captioned POD is by mistake went to Mumbai kurla Maharashtra office by mistake i don't know what is the problem with professional corrier department, we have sent the parcel from Raichur to Belgum karnataka address they ppl r sent to Mumbai kurla office,

          I discussed with the local Profesional corrier Manager he said we don't know anything about this, and he is saying don't worry it will come after sometime they don't knw the time value really one of the worst services from this corrier i am requesting to the government of India please check once with this concern and it will be trouble for commen persons

            I had shipped my office laptop from Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi to Chennai using professional courier. The laptop was in the bag and it was wrapped by professional courier team as per their process . While delivering it was broken. The screen was damaged . Consignment number BBI10515774. How to take action on this courier company please help.

              I have couriered a package from Banglore hsr sector 7 on 30/09/2021 to Rae Bareli and which is showing in the tracker as it reached Rae Bareli on 04/10/2021 but it has not been delivered till date and when asked they are not able to give a proper response.

                Hi,

                Please find the attached courier number, as the consignment has booked on 1.11.2021 from CPT (522616) to Hyd ( 500002). It has been almost a week but no proper response from the courier team. And till now the courier has not been delivered to the address.

                Such a worst kind of service is provided from your side to the customer's, the courier contains medicines to a senior lady. No proper communication to customers. No one is answering the calls. I will give you 24 hours of time if the shipment is delivered ok. Otherwise I will make it public in all social media.

                  Firstly they charged 400rs for a package that weighs 2.4kg to send within the state. I thought this is the bad but then comes the worst. An item was missing from the package. The cost of that item was 500rs. This is disgusting that your staff started to steal items from the packages that you are supposed to deliver undamaged/untampered. Shame on you professional couriers!

                        I have booked one courier from Viruthunagar to Bangalore on 1 st nov but not yet delivered still date and also not updated in system. Normally one day for 500km distance but here more than 5 days and even not updated in system.

                          I had booked a courier from Bangalore to mumbai(bandra). After tracking the details several times the status was showing still at ville parle. Later today called the customer service mumbai the person said you have to pay the delivery charge of ₹10. He later sent me a google form asking all my personal details and bank details which included my UPI pin. When i refused to give the pin number he started misbehaving and using bad words.
                          Please note this issue and beware of these fraudulent people who don’t have common sense and make the customer fools.

                            This is to bring your attention to the order Consignment No: PLA3332750 which is packed from Pala, Kottayam to Belgaum, Karnataka on 25 OCT 2021.
                            The item shows arrived Somwere in HAVERI On 28th October 13:10pm .
                            Its already been 9 days that it had reached Some place called haveri and no further updates.
                            No one is picking calls and that's not expected..
                            Very poor review on PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ..Its very shame that they are taking almost 10-15 days to deliver a package and still not delivered.
                            It was mentioned the item is lost when called to a customer care number..

                            I want to file a case against Professional couriers for being so irresponsibly handing my items and missing it

                              I’d sent an apple laptop from Rajahmundry to Srikakulam through the professional courier. They said if I choose “pro” courier service, it should be delivered by hand. But now my product received as broken display as I asked to both from and to points of professional courier offices. Now they’re trying to blame me saying that that “we aren’t responsible for any damages, our duty is to send and receiving parcels only”. I asked them, then why you suggested me to choose pro service with extra amount. Now am getting the only answer “we’re not responsible for any damages, we couldn’t help you out anymore”. But the bitter truth was this courier service was really unprofessional and the delivery agents are very

                                What a third rate service sir. I had booked a small shipment to be sent to my Sister for Dhanteras. Package booked on 29th of October. I paid Rs 500 for express delivery. After multiple calls...my package was delivered today on 3rd November after 5 days. Great service. 5 days for express delivery. When u call them they give u another number to call. When we visited personally at place of origin to lodge complain t...I was given another number to followup. After opting premium service I have to run around calling their offices for update. PATHETIC. THIRD RATE SERVICE. Take action on your staff. I[censored] really care sir. Ty

                                  Very worst service in Chengalpattu Professional courier(Thiruporur office ). Booking date 29OCT2021, till date parcel is not delivered to Consignee address. (03Nov21) FROM address is Chennai, and TO address also Chennai. This is not the first time I have faced multiple times in the Chengalpattu - Thiruporur office.

                                    Professional courier picked up saree on 18th November (According to Sudipa Mahapatra, Silk Hub -Phone no of Mrs. Mahapatra is [protected]). Today is 3rd November, saree is not delivered, nor I received tracking ID. When we asked for tracking ID, Howrah centre replied “they lost tracking id, it’s not their job to find tracking ID from so many sarees”.
                                    I want some tracking details or update on this expensive saree. Otherwise we have to take it to legal level.
