I made a courier in TPC on 17/12/2021 and the courier reached within 3 to 4 days but the delivery was not done to receivers address because the receiver address is 15 km away from the city limit, but while booking the courier the concern person didn't inform about the delivery terms and conditions to that place and now the parcel has not been delivered to that place and the managers of booking office are making false commitment regarding the delivery and not answering in proper ways and now i want the parcel back since it is going to take 10 days after doing the courier

I'm doing online (WhatsApp) based saree business, On 11th of December i made the payment of Rs.7000 to Venkat (Dealer), he shipped the parcel to below Consignment No : PPK198743, PPK198744, PPK198684.

Past 7 days i'm calling the Pithapuram Courier Guy, but he rudely speaking & not responding properly

I feel hePithampur Courier guys has stolen my consignment package products and selling it with local dealer for money.

Kindly do the appropriate action for my package & hope you guys will do needful.

We have done parcel on dated 21/12/2021 for Mumbai one for mira road and other ghatkopar area.

They told me parcel will be delivered on Thursday evening or Friday morning but today from morning i am following up for the same but still they have nit yet delivered and now two days the parcel will not be delivered.as we already mentioned that parcel contain sweet and want to deliver fast as we have other option of speed post but still it has not been delivered.and asked us to collect the parcel.if it was so then why we would have done courier.if it would be delivered on Monday then sweet will be not able for eatable.

Your courier delivery men not wearing mask we told him to do so then he shouting and arrogantly say that he is not wearing mask if you want to take the parcel so take it otherwise i am not delivered and take it back and saying so rudely.

I'm doing imitation jewellery business. One of my customer from mumbai kurla booked a parcel to a person named Prabhakaran to ST Courier branch, Kamraj Road, Tiruppur 641606 with the receipient phone no.
Booking no. PRO12414945.
But they returned the parcel back to mumbai.
while I tried for online tracking it showed delivered.
Then I called the Tiruppur Hub and enquired them and then they said it is returned and i asked the reason but till this time they didnt give me the proper reason but say addressee shifted. I didnt get the answer whether they tried to reach through phone.
When enquired mr. prabhakaran he said none contacted him.
Same happened to another parcel from chennai Booking no. MAA[protected] to the same Prabhakaran address to tiruppur.

And today parcel from mumbai kurla posted to my trichy kambarasampettai address booking id pro12673897
Professional courier staff says it is sent to perambalur address. I dont know what happened to professional courier. From mumbai each time they are booking in PRO; for Rs.200 each time. how can i get compensated for your staff's irresponsibility. Also im having my call records to ur courier tiruppur branch.

Booked the courier on 11th Dec 2021 (consignment number HYD[protected], the person at pickup point said it will be delivered by 13th Dec 2021. But didn't delivered on time, still it is in transit.

Missed the purpose of the courier now.

Totally wasted my time and money.

After many struggles by keep calling and sending mails to Mandya, Bangalore and Hyderabad delivered 12 packages on 11-Dec-2021, still one package is needs to deliver.
worse behaviour of a delivery person, Bangalore office team misguiding by giving wrong consignment numbers to hide their mistakes, even after clear instructions before booking at Mandya(Karnataka) Pickup 13 packages from 3rd floor and deliver at 1st floor at Hyderabad(Telangana) but ignored/neglected by a delivery person even after calling Uppal office at the time of delivery, the delivery person left boxes at ground floor and left with nasty words and behavior, when I refused to pay the excess amount to the delivery person he said if you cannot pay why booked goods through professional courier and said professional courier is a worse company who books these type of goods.

Booked 13 packages but delivered only 12 packages.

The delivery executive was very rude and said ... Collect the parcel from the office he says he can't deliver the parcel and disconnect the call

Yesterday I was on call for 50 seconds when delivery person kept calling me 4 times . When I attended the call he said why can't you pick the call and said he couldn't deliver it. I asked why and he argued he has other delivers and can't keep waiting for me in bad language. He just cut the call saying get it yourself if want, I won't deliver.

Srt67345774 ye courier surat se 06 dec 2021 ko bheja our 07 dec 2021 ko surat office se complaint note karvayi ke ye courier delivery nahi karna hai ise return karo jo bhi return courier ka charge hoga mai pay karunga. Maine pune pimpri branch ke incharge se bhi bat ki unhone kaha ke aj to courier aya nahi hai ap muje kal call kar ke reminder dena maine next day call and sms kiya reminder ke liye. Ye logo ne complain accept bhi kiya our close bhi kiya muje sms bhi mila hai. Padhe likhe hua log ne sab karne ke bad bhi ye courier delivery karva diya.[protected] ko pune pinpri branch head apni galti accept karne ke liye taiyar nahi hai. Ye sirf professional Courier nam hai professionally services nahi hai.
Note : company ko koi bhi proof chahiye mere se le sakte hai.

Waiting for courier for last 20days, now courier is returned without giving information.

now today 09 dec 2021 they did not deliver our consignment. now they says this consignment have missing.

Thr courier has sent from palacode, tamilnadu on 25/11/21 To Pune, Maharastra. Till today 9/12/21 the recieptent didn't recieved the courier.courier plan is about 3 to 4 days.while asking to the certain employee their is worst response and shouting to the customer.

My package dated 4th dec, 2021 haven't reached the destination yet. You promied us to get it delivered by 6th dec 2021 and still status shows one location from past 2 days. i am worried abt my package and if anythn goes wrong. I shoudnt have opted ur service. Ph. No: [protected]
