Hi. I am really sorry to say that your service is really bad. I just send a parcel on 9 th September. From calicut pottammal branch. The behaviour of the 2 staff is really bad. And they told, they don't know when the parcel is dispatched. It took 2 to 4 days. But they got my parcel after 6 days. Are you always do like this?. I am not satisfied and I never send any parcel by professional courier

I have shipped one parcel on August 8th 2021 from KPHB To LB Nagar Hyderabad.
The delivery location is less than 30 kms from shipped location. It is shameful that the parcel is not delivered with in 30 kms of radius in the metro city. I have made nearly 100 calls and I did not receive the proper response and they are very irresponsible. Because of this delay I lost some amount and it is some ki nd of disturbance to me.
Please look into this and do the needful

My courier was coming from coimbatore. According to the website of TPCindia, my courier show in transit and collected at TPC office, surat. It was there on May 15, 2021. Consignment no - CJB4485367.

I called the office and a woman answered. First, she said there no such courier and number. Then after sometime she said yes there is. She misbehaved a lot. She said the courier is delievered. Apparently, the courier was delievered to some unknown person with different name . Whn I confronted her that it doesn't make sense when the courier clearly had my name. The person they claim to deliver does not exist. They don't have the number of that person.

I asked her to launch my complain as the site's complain link is not working, she refused to do so. She also disconnected the calls multiple times and behaved very aggresively.

This may sound little weird. The courier had my rudraksha coming from my guru. These people are muslim and had no sense what it means to me. I feel, they have misplaced it intentionally. I can't believe such things are happening because i m a hindu living in india.

I am Dr Vidya .I had a courier from shimoga ( my MBBS and degree certificate) to AIIMS Bhubaneswar which was reached in Bhubaneswar office on 9th September.Without attempting delivery or contacting the number given in address, they have returned the courier back . Now it is vizag . So kindly return the courier back to Bhubaneswar so that I can come and collect from the office.tracking number is SMG70065747. If I don't get the courier in 2 days i may have to proceed legally since it is a very important document which is getting misplaced.. please do the needful

My important courier return due to send wrong address by courier company.

I had sent a courier via Professional Courier – BANGALORE on 13 July and the Courier detail : BLR[protected], the courier has not reached the destination till date. Attaching the details in the email please refer.
When I tried reaching customer care no.[protected], I did not get proper response nor with so many phone calls also they did not provide me with a complaint no. to track my issue. When I go out to office they say Manager is on leave they need to check video footage(But for how many days they need to check is my question

and when it came to delivering my house they said that they are not willing to deliver the product/package as it contains urgent medicines.

They said that they are not willing to deliver my product at my home address and if I dont comply with they would throw awaymy product else where or return it by saying invalid address.

The level of service by professional couriers is much worse. My friend bought me medicine from USA and he sent it on courier from Madurai to Mumbai. I expected the parcel to by very next day. It's been 5 days. I never got a call. I tracked the consignment online. And I saw the package was delivered to you along with signature acknowledgement. I phoned the professional courier office immediately and one of the executive is telling me so cool that they delivered it to "Hatsun milk company". And he didn't even said any sorry about that. Now I don't know whether I receive my package / not. Since it is an expensive medicine. My friend paid a lot for custom duty and brought it to me here. Now its all gone.

Professional courier is worst.

Still they didn't provide any clarification. If someone Sending package was with professional couriers means beware they don't care. There are stupid fellows working there and shipping it to wrong address. Now I don't know what is my condition of the package. If my package is tampered and whatever happened. I will definitely sue professional courier at any cost.

Parcel has reached on September 7th.
No response and no call.
Then I went to parcel office near kvr tower kannur, kerala.on September 9th.
I have waited to there for 30 minutes but no idea were to the parcel has gone.
They told me come tomorrow!!

After so much of tolerance am writing this. Profession couriers in Thiruverumbur, Trichy, Tamil which carries a pincode 620013 is not delivering the courier to door steps for past 8 to 10 years. Their store is also located in 620013 pincode as that of my home, but they deny to deliver it telling the area is not under coverage. They collect money completely and cheating the public. The staffs were totally lethargic telling "Go and complaint wherever you want. No one will question us". For non essential things it's okay. What if it's a medicine and it need to be delivered to the aged people who can't come and collect. This is completely unprofessional. Requesting you to take necessary actions.

Sir i have booked I-PULSE bottle from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 03.09.2021 from T.Nagar branch at 2.45 p.m. Airway Bill No. is MAA[protected].I have informed at booking office itself that the container of medicine I-Pulse Juice is fully sealed box. After that also I have packed it with an extra cotton cover. But in the product delivery place, they said that it was broken. I asked them to see the parcel and my brother in law went there and seen. They showed only cover but there was nothing inside the cover. If that bottle was broken means, where is that broken bottle and cover. So I suspect that someone has stolen my parcel in Chennai only. It costs Rs.3, 000/-. I have attached that product photovideo and please see how it was sealed. Even it was coming from Bangalore INDUS VIVA HEALTH SCIENCE PVT LTD. through your Professional Courier, that also every month I am receiving without any damage. Every month I am sending to Mayiladuthurai but this time product seems not delivered. Alteast I need that damage box and bottle. But till now I have not received any calls from your side and I have not received my parcel also.

I had sent a courier with tracking number PNQ[protected] on 31st August. It's been 9 days the status is still in transit and no one is picking the call in the Head Office or Mumbai contact centers. The register complaint option doesn't work on your website. I was told that the courier will reach in 5-6 days. This is really frustrating.
