Worst experience in professional courier.. My medical reports in that courier.. No response from the staffs.. I raise complaint against it. Still they are not take any action. 2 months my treatment is pending because of delay in courier.. How many times i complain but you all not taking seriously..Take action about my courier.. Update quickly.. Tracking number GPM5067681

      I made changes in my Pancard and opted for reprint of card. My pancard was to be delivered through professional couriers and got the confirmation sms saying its been dispatched from mumbai on Aug 19 2021 but till as of now it's not delivered. When i check the status of their website it's showing destination reached on Aug 27 2021. Customer care lady saying you have to check with the assigned person of the package and the number she provided is never working. Tracking id of package is VPL[protected]

        Address: STEEL PLANT BRANCH, KURMANNAPALEM,ANDHRA PRADHESH

        This is a complaint against the staff handling steel plant branch, Kurmannapalem, Andhra Pradesh.The staff lady named USHA is providing false numbers which are not reachable or switched off all the time.I lost all my patience and visited the office again finding the office closed .On my way back, I found her in a nearby shop talking to someone else and when questioned why she is not picking calls and closed the shop for two days she replied with senseless answers.
        Because of such an irresponsible and unfit staff I had to cancel my tickets and waste of time and energy. Please do check the reviews people give about the branch staff and terminate such people.Wasting people's peace, patience and time.This complaint is lodged because I have faced this issue infinite times with the same branch and staff. Please appoint staff members who are responsible enough to know that there maybe emergencies .

          My consignment number HRD31190697, sent package from banglalore and its 10 days now, package not delivered to kerala. While tracking, for the past. 10 days same informatiin despatched to kochi south. Contacted customer care, no response. Important educational documents, please someone look into it.

            On 18th Aug 21 I have parceled the 4 umbrellas to sandur Bellary district from Mudhol Bagalkot Dist, and it was properly wrapped and sent to my friend. But when it reached to the address the umbrella was only one where 3 were missing and the parcel was in opened condition. Where wrapper was tore.

              The Courier was send on 23 September and the same was reached to Raichur on 24 september at 10:09 AM.

              The package was supposed to be delivered on 24 September but was not delivered. After calling and requesting to Raichur office to deliver it on 25 September, the package was not delivered on 25 September too. Instead the Raichur professional courier people called the person to whom courier was sent and asked for extra money if the package needs to be delivered urgently if not they will deliver by 7:30 PM on 25 September.

              But they have still not delivered the package yet.

              The company is asking for extra money to deliver the package which is not correct even after we pay the fee and they are not deliverying the courier on time

                  Its a parcel from chennai to kerala. AWB MAA[protected] When I courier this they said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 days. but then I am unable to track inbtw. I also tried to call them many times but no luck. Later I raised a complaint and the complaint # MAAX039633 for no response. Not sure why did they took 10 days to deliver the parcel. The Parcel which we received is completely mess and opened and everything mixed up and many things are not there too. I really dont understand how can it happen in this. they also took things and kept cheap jute bag inside and they sent it. all chocolates mixed up. Many things which i kept is missed out as well.. this is really frustrating. getting the parcel very late with messy things inside without even any apologize and they took things as well. How come ppl can pretend lik nothing happened and they courier it. Such a shameless courier service. Too much frustrated. Kids waited for surprising chocolates inside and I definelty upload the photo to see how messy these ppl did. Please have a look on it. Seriously plz ashame o[censored]r service to take out things of others also after seeing this pics. all parcel messed up in this jute bag. Cant you even say or apologize for wat u did in straight? Where are the other things? Why did u opened even after it is packed after showing while courier it? need justification for sure.

                    An urgent courier with tracking ID VPL[protected] has not yet been delivered at my address. Upon tracking it shows that it is lying at the Bhubaneswar branch since 20 September and has not moved since. Request you to please kindly arrange to deliver the parcel as soon as possible. Tried calling the Bhubaneswar branch phone numbers given on the website but no one is picking up the phone.

                      Hi. I am really sorry to say that your service is really bad. I just send a parcel on 14th September. From miryalaguda to vinukonda branch. Today the date 23rd still now it doesn't reached destination.how long it will take.it is very urgent.. I am not satisfied and I never send any parcel by professional courier.

                            The Karamana branch in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala refuses door delivery. The response is that a half a kilometre door delivery is not possible. Do not understand the logic. If you can't do what you are supposed to do, don't exist. Atleast the sender will seek others who can do.

                                  Hi. I am really sorry to say that your service is really bad. I just send a parcel on 9 th September. From calicut pottammal branch. The behaviour of the 2 staff is really bad. And they told, they don't know when the parcel is dispatched. It took 2 to 4 days. But they got my parcel after 6 days. Are you always do like this?. I am not satisfied and I never send any parcel by professional courier

                                      I have shipped one parcel on August 8th 2021 from KPHB To LB Nagar Hyderabad.
                                      The delivery location is less than 30 kms from shipped location. It is shameful that the parcel is not delivered with in 30 kms of radius in the metro city. I have made nearly 100 calls and I did not receive the proper response and they are very irresponsible. Because of this delay I lost some amount and it is some ki nd of disturbance to me.
                                      Please look into this and do the needful

                                        My courier was coming from coimbatore. According to the website of TPCindia, my courier show in transit and collected at TPC office, surat. It was there on May 15, 2021. Consignment no - CJB4485367.

                                        I called the office and a woman answered. First, she said there no such courier and number. Then after sometime she said yes there is. She misbehaved a lot. She said the courier is delievered. Apparently, the courier was delievered to some unknown person with different name . Whn I confronted her that it doesn't make sense when the courier clearly had my name. The person they claim to deliver does not exist. They don't have the number of that person.

                                        I asked her to launch my complain as the site's complain link is not working, she refused to do so. She also disconnected the calls multiple times and behaved very aggresively.

                                        This may sound little weird. The courier had my rudraksha coming from my guru. These people are muslim and had no sense what it means to me. I feel, they have misplaced it intentionally. I can't believe such things are happening because i m a hindu living in india.
