Sir, i am a regular user of professional courier[protected]. I sent a letter document to my brother's son mr. R. Narasimhan to hyderabad miyapur. The delivery boy named Nagarajan behavior is very rude and he's not even waiting for 1 min . When Customer is waiting downstairs he was telling no customer is here and just went.and if we call back he's not answering d phone. And talking unwanted ly

Today they were forced to deliver after our ladies at Miyapur Hyderabad shouted at them at your agents office. Your agent at Miyapur Hyderabad was sleeping on the document for two days. Finally the important document reached after 7 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Parcel given for Thane address to Dahisar east branch on 27/6/18. Cant track any record for the same till date. Dahisar branch saying we have given to VPL branch. But VPL branch saying we have not received any parcel from Dahisar east branch. Please look in to this matter and revert back.
