I am from Agile Labs, Bangalore. this is to inform you that your courier people not delivering letter or documents. My company is in 1st floor & they will threw in ground floor or they just give in anybody standing in ground floor. I happened many times.
Today also he just gave documents (Important) the person standing outside. We saw that documents almost tared condition.

Our courier reached the local office byatarayanapura (2 kms from our home) on 10th of may and the item was not delivered till 15th today, when checked the website and called, the executive named philip [protected] spoke very rudely with my wife telling he will deliver when ever he wants and go and complain anywhere and nothing will happen.. Atleast professional courier should stop employing goons or at least train how to behave with women....

Actially I have booked a post for one day delivery cost about 300 rs and my consignment number is PRO6918733, but still is in transit and there is no response for local booking office. Its not good for your reputation, it may effect your company good name and it will effect on customer good will.

My friend had dispatched a parcel from Madurai on 9th of May to destination Bangalore Sahakaranagar. And according to the track details it has reached Bangalore from Madurai on 10th of May Byatrayanapuraa on 10May. This is the 3rd time happening where we still did not receive the courier. When we ask why is it delaying they state that there is no delivery boys to send it to you on time. We are old age people who cannot come there and collect it everytime. But it was collected 2 times like this. Now even this particular request has come on monday but still we have not received. It took 18 days to recd the parcel after lot of followup
I personally visit swd depo for the parcel.
My order got cancelled and it cost me rs, 2500/-.
There was no apology and very rude and shamelless behaviour of delivery person. Also he threaten us about future delivery...

I have couriered a dress material that includes a Top, bottom and a dupatta from Bangalore to Vishakhapatnam through professional couriers on 25th April. It got delivered on 27th April, but the delivered packet contains only the bottom material. The top and dupatta are missing.
