My parcel has been in the edappally professional courier office since saturday. I got the information from them that the courier had reached on saturday at 11 am itself. Since my house was within 2 km radius, i requested them to deliver on that day itself. They didn't do that. On monday, when they called up, i informed them to send it to me quickly since there had already been delay on saturday. The staff then threatened me that he would give me my courier only by 4 pm that day instead of 1 pm since i had complained. That a courier company staff has the audacity to threaten a customer that they will consciously delay the delivery of the package is completely professional and unethical.

    Today i received my package at my office address and when i opened 1 item is missing from the package..
    how irresponsible staf[censored] having..

    they stole the product and they delivered to my office security guard.. even he did not asked for the signature...

    o would request you to please delived my missing package to my office address.

    i have send the e-mail to pan India e-mail team but they are also not responding..

    I am writing this because of non professional behaviour of your member, and wrong guide regarding the courier pickup.
    One of the worst courier service that I have been come across, and I won't suggest my coligue and well as my office staff for not to use such courier.

      Today my father want me to track one courier detail. I look at online and saw that the courier dispatch for bikaner at 1st june but never update after that todat is 14th june. I called in bikaner office at no. [protected]. I told about my situation but he never listen complitely and said i dont know and cut my call. I call him back and told why you cut my call. He said i dont have time to listen ur words and he cut again. I called him 5 more time he cut my call. Finaaly he attend my called and said never call me back. Even he never listen tracking no. This is the way to talk with any customer. I am in delhi right now. I cannot go to his office. This is not a way to respond anything.

        My parcel not yet received. It's in there office since 7 days. Very unprofessional service at miyapur professional courier. My tracking number is srt[protected]. They are not delivering my parcel even on calling them many times. Not receiving calls also. Owner is very irresponsible. What's the use if they are not able to deliver even 1km far away address

          What bloody employees you people are maintaining first change the staff other wise you people are going to get destroyed yourself. Mr. Harish (Kr puraam) who is handling kr puram has called me on 1st june for delivering the product still my consignment hasn't delivered yet. Please make the product delivered. Requesting the higher authority to make my consignment delivered.

            I have booked a parcel Pune (Bhosari-411039) to Bangalore (Taverekere-561230) o dated 08.06.2018 against LR no:PNQ[protected].
            But it was still not reached on bangalore also it's last tracking shown in Shivajinagar, Pune on dated 08.06.2018. If it was on Shivaji nagar on date 08.06.2018 on after that what happend your customer care not responed properly.I send it on urgent basis with in two day delivery told me your representative.I want to return back my parcel soon at good condition.

              I had never seen unprofessional behaviour from any courier service provider
              Consignment number : awr1214643
              Sent on 4th june from ankleshwar
              Reached tolichoki - hyderabad warehouse on 6th. But till 11th june its not delivered to the recipient.
              We called many time to the provided contact numbers, but they didnt replied correct information and later they stopped picking the call.

              Complain is registered on their site with # crm213835, still no response on that complain.
              We paid 2000 for quick delivery and its got wasted and even the item delivered is spoiled.
              All the loss should be paid by this rubbish firm "the professional courier"

                Vpl[protected] this is my courier tracking number of professional courier. I have sent this courier to jaunpur pin code 222001 on 16th of may 2018. However the same got returned from delhi on 22nd may and was been shipped to vile parle office. Further this was shipped from vile parle office to borivali office on 24th may. After that there is no update of the parcel. The parcel consisted of dress material worth 3500/- the courier was sent frm miraroad office. Kindly look into the case and call back. [protected]

                They have lost important documents, and now customer care is not responding properly. I've called them over 100 times. Its been almost 20 days and there is no track of my documents. Customer care folks are just wasting time by giving different numbers to call. Totally disappointed with the service.

                  My pan card wasn't recieved... Neither i got a call from the courier nor they came to home for the delivery... The courier people never responded to my calls.. It was to be delivered by 18th may and today is 9th june... So would you please dispatch it again?

                  "the professional courier" were to be delivering the pan card... And i have checked the details of the bill no yesterday and it says that it has been sent back to the mumbai

                    Waste bodies are working in Bhattarahalli Professional Couriers Bangalore-They are illiterate people and they do not know how to behave with customers. They are useless and they are waste. Requesting all Indians to use India Post which is better when compared to the third class Professional Couriers.. Bhattarahalli Professional courier agents are waste and useless and they are the real idiots in Courier field.

                      I had booked a parcel bearing number del[protected] from the professional couriers tilak nagar weighing 1 kg and having 3 items in the packing i. E shirt, chocolate and a birthday card. When my friend received the parcel its packing was torn from one side and was re taped. On opening he received only the shirt and did not get the chocolate and birthday card. This was the most disgusting thing which could ever happen and non imaginable that a courier company or its agents would do something of this sought. Its a request to please solve the issue as soon as possible and want re imbursement or else the same complaint would be forwarded to consumer forum along with all the unsolved complaints for the respective company

                        I sent a parcel from Bangalore collection center in PRASHANTH NAGAR PIN 560079 to PUNE WARJE PIN 411052 address on May 28 th 2018 vide Consignment No BLR[protected]
                        iT IS NEARLY 10 DAYS SINCE IT WAS HANDED OVER TO PROFESSIONAL COURIERS AND STILL NOW IT IS NOT DELIVERED

                          Professional courier missed my courier. Customer service lady behaving very rudely. My consignment number - hrd[protected] sent to me within bangalore on 26th may and till now when i call them for status either they wont pick, or they say - 'we are searching and dont follow up till then"

                          And today they say they missed it! What should i do?

                          Thats is an important product worth 3000 in india, made a friend to bring from us and they are simply saying they missed it. I want the product back!!

                            The courier person does not try to search the address, which is already provided, they want to call and check for the address, though the address is clearly mentioned on the parcel.in this case, what is use to mention the address on parcel? In case, if i was in meeting and could not receive the phone, they simply return stating the person did not respond, which should not be the practice. They should look for the address. When the courier person called me, fortunately, i attended the called and i said that you should call only when you are unable to find attend address. He said, he will not give the parcel and asked to come and collect from office.

                              On 8th april i have booked a parcel from jaisalmer to vijaywada ap. Through professional courier parcel tracking id is pkr4003542

                              Unfortunately it came return from vijaywada & reached on 25 april at jodhpur but sadly still i didn't get it back...

                              Regular basis i called to jaisalmer courier, jodhpur team, even i mailed to professional courrier co-ho team but saidly did'nt get any solution.

                              Regularly professional team telling that within 2-days will give you but nothing happened..

                              It is my compulsion to complaint aganist it..

                                  I have sent a cover contain documents with amount through your courier ref. No. Krr1425598 on 01.06.2018 from karur to virudhunagar, it was delivered on 02.06.2018 without documents and amount.

                                  I have contacted both virudhunagar and karur office, they have informed that the amount other valuable things will be theft by any of our service area. We can not see where the mistake arrised.

                                  Kindly take necessary steps in this regard. I am expecting reply immediately.

                                    How many days do you need to deliver the parcel, other courier companies are far better than professional. They have delivered within 3 days from date of booking. I have been trying to reach kondapur professional courier office, they also told me that package was received yesterday (June -1st) but they have not yet delivered. It’s saturday today and from morning i have called more than 25 times but no one is answering ([protected]). Since it’s sunday tomorrow i don’t think they will deliver. They may deliver on monday, so totally it’s a process of 7 days. If 7 days are required for delivering parcel what is the point in opting courier service? Other couriers are doing it in 3 days. You people don’t even have courtesy of attending calls. Shame on you.

                                      I went to one of your outlet of professional courier powai at powai plaza and there as soon as i asked him to take my parcel which i wanted to send to pune, in one first approach he started in complaining tone that this is not our risk. This is totally your risk and etc. I was amazed that he didn't ask me what is in it? Where it to parcel in pune? Nothing... He just started to talk about my own risk and all. I got irritated by his approach and i left the shop without going further for the curier process. And this was done by one of the man in the staff over there, not by the main owner or incharge of the shop. Please note this. But he didn't even interfered where he should actually and ask his staff to be polite, but unfortunately he didn't. But all i want to say very bad service and very bad approach towards customers. Please don't spoil your name because of these kind of some people.

                                        I am a resident of bangalore and live in an apartment. This incident occurred on the 1st of june. A courier delivery boy called me and mentioned that he has a package to be delivered to my address and will drop the parcel at the security gate. I requested him to hand it over to my apartment as my parents are old. He was arrogant and responded that if i wanted my package, i had to pick it up from the security gate else it was my problem.

                                        I spoke to his manager. He was no better and had a similar attitude.
                                        Names of the people involved were:
                                        Courier delivery boy: manu ([protected])
                                        Courier delivery hub manager: mr. Manjunath ([protected])

                                        The attitude of these people was so bad that the so called manager claimed that he is the supreme authority and he does not have anybody to report to. If we had any grievance we had to talk to him only.

                                        Do we pay the courier charges for this sort of service and attitude? Does their responsibility end with dropping the package where ever they find it convenient? Who will be responsible if we end up losing our merchandise?
