Myself vibha. On 29th sept. Sent a courier to pune. To track the status, when i visited the site, it was showing, goods was delivered on 01/10/2018 where as it was not delivered at all. On 02/10/2018, i called sanas wadi courier centre to track the status, that lady told me, because of the national holiday no delivery boy is available to deliver the product. Likewise i confirmed with the relative person whether the product was delivered. It was not delivered on 01/10/2018.
Later on, on 03 oct, i called bangalore customer care number to trace the activity. There the executive who picked my call was so rude and misbehaved with me. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. I request you to take necessary action against these two complaints.
One is : they were displaying wrong delivery status,
Secondly : bangalore customer care executive was rude and misbehaved.
The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
are not delivered yet & also not proper response & misplace my parcel plz do the needfull for locate it as soon as posible.
