Cardio care has sent one courier on[protected] with pod no : blr[protected] to nayana super speciality eye hospital & research center. But they have not delivered till[protected]. Cardio care people send the details, after that we have only gone to the franchise office & collected the parcel. If it is taking 5 days to deliver from bangalore to davangere we prefer other courier

    There was a parcel for me which has to be delivered by professional couriers (Kovilpatti branch). Its been a week since the parcel has reached the tcp kovilpatti. But the courier service has not contacted me. Not visited my address. Kept the parcel with them and then simply returned my parcel to origin city after 10 days. Highly disappointed with professional courier.

      The product was sent on 3rd oct 2018 from professional courier from chennai which is supposed to deliver in one day and it’s 10th oct 2018 and i have still not received it yet. I would definitely not recommend professional courier to anyone ever. The most unprofessional courier service ever. Infact i’m going to right a consumer review on all the social media for this bad experience. Worst ever.

        I have sent a courier from pune to mumbai on 25sep18 the status online shows delivered on 26sep'18. After checking with the received they mentioned they have not received it. It was my match form and was imp as it has not been received at the destination they are not allowing me to play the match. After calling 10 different number they tell me the receiver signature has been erased and redirect me to each other's number again and ask me to check with them as to where is my document. The staff is very unprofessional. I need the entire damage refund including my match fees. As the document as not received the received is asking me to pay triple entry and play the match.

          I haven't got courier item with KGD number 529211.my dad has couried from kasaragod to bangalore.6 days later whn i asked office people they said they have received it but misplaced it.when I called customer care and office they talked rudely saying that they have busy schedule over there, it's not their responsibility once it gets lost..how bad this professional courier service is.never ever gonna courier using this service

            Hi,
            Subject Tracking number parcel received at Tirur and customer received call from your local courier agent and informed to collect from their office. customer location and your office is very far distance. Due to customer health issue we requested to send at least nearest home area or any near shop near home. but your agent completely rejected a human consideration request and they talking like that they giving material to us free of cost and they threatening like material will return.
            This type of many of issues happening from TPC service specially kerala region.so many time we complaint to professional courier also the same issue.we have many of orders pending with same customer.all other courier agents previously delivered the same delivery area.

              I am completely unsatisfied with this professional courier. I have to receive my parcel by last friday (5 oct) but it's monday now and they are very lethargic n easily saying it has been returned to the from address. That parcel is very urgent for me, i need it by tmrw and i trusted this professional courier. They just dissatisfied me and it is too bad for a service providing company to be so lethargic like this. Very poor customer service..

              Parcel pending in madhapur, Hyderabad courier service and no one picking up phone to deliver and when they are not delivering g the parcel to us..this is annoying and very bad in service .at least respond to the call made..need to deliver this asap ..this is urgent
              I didn't receive the product neither call, when I checked the tracking number it's gone to return staus
              We did a speed post but coustmer did receive the product from a week, full tried withh these ppl worst service's

                I am extremely unsatisfied to your service that on 03rd October I have sent my parcel(C/N:PRO[protected].8kg) on urgent basis from your Nasik Ashwini nagar branch to Toranagallu, Karnataka address and still it is not delivered and even I am not getting any updates from your websites. As this parcel is very important for me which contains 04no. Hard disks and it is PRO service.

                I have very strong complaint with Mr. Ciby and Mr....

                This is to inform you that i had applied for a new pan card on september 7, 2018, i did not receive the new pan card from the professional courier company due to no service in my area.
                I am abdul salam and i live at e-57/b, street no 8, subhash vihar, north ghonda delhi-110053.
                My pan card was dispatched on[protected] with bill number vpl[protected] to the courier company (The professional couriers) but it is not delivered by the courier company at my home because of no service area and it has been stuck in naraina office.
                I would like to request to deliver my pan card at my home respectively.

                  Very much important documents are send to psu office, visakhapatnam on 26/9/18 from
                  Machilipatnam. (Documents registered number mpm140764).. Documents not delivered till date.. When enquired about the position of the documents no one has a proper answer. Area office people told to enquire at gajuwaka branch. Gajuwaka office people no one is responding.. Concerned branch office authorities say "do whatever you want to do, no body can do anything". Go to apex court., if you can.. This is the final answer & behaviour of the authorities of professional couriers, visakhapatnam..

                    My shipment was placed on monday 1 oct 2018 and was very urgent and was to be delivered to kerala they promised me to deliever it in 48 hrs.
                    Now its past 48 hrs still shipment has still not reached
                    Excuses given shipment misrouted
                    And nonsense part was they are teling will pay me back the money
                    They hv nothing like commitment given

                      While delivery the courier, If Door is locked, then they sent message to collect the courier from Chennai (Kattupakkam) office. While Collecting the courier from office, the courier man (Saravanan) asked why you are not home at that time of delivering. We are working how we are available all the time in home?. Why unnecessary question is asking to customer?. If door locked means if we didn't collect the courier means you can return to origin address?. Very worst professional staff. They shouldn't have any rights to ask questions to customer?. There jobs delivery the courier only, if DL means they have rights to return the courier to Office or Origin address only.

                        Myself vibha. On 29th sept. Sent a courier to pune. To track the status, when i visited the site, it was showing, goods was delivered on 01/10/2018 where as it was not delivered at all. On 02/10/2018, i called sanas wadi courier centre to track the status, that lady told me, because of the national holiday no delivery boy is available to deliver the product. Likewise i confirmed with the relative person whether the product was delivered. It was not delivered on 01/10/2018.
                        Later on, on 03 oct, i called bangalore customer care number to trace the activity. There the executive who picked my call was so rude and misbehaved with me. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. I request you to take necessary action against these two complaints.
                        One is : they were displaying wrong delivery status,
                        Secondly : bangalore customer care executive was rude and misbehaved.

                        Worst service. Kindly go to dtdc. Phone is not reachable. After long delay they said that the courrier will not be delivered to the address. Where all the courier will deliver but not professional. The address is also well known one in Hyderabad, miyapur. Please don't give it parcel to professional.

                          My parcel received 24/9/2018at the kanpur. Office managed by rajeev malhotra but not delivered to me till 27/9/2018 and no persone pick my phone no response get from the office then i call to zonal manager he promised me that it delivered today but at night he also footback for delivery. And said wait for tomorrow. This happens 6th time with me i am doing ladies garment business and when we call them they are talking very badly with us shouting. They don't know how to deal with customer very poor service and management

                            Tracking id bkp50043134 booked the parcel on 22nd aug. Parcel reached noida on 25th aug. Since then they have not delivered the product and marked in tracking that the door was closed which is totally false. Today, 27th sep, it has still not ben delivered and despite calling and messaging in the respective number, they are not answering any calls/msg. This is utterly ridiculous.

                              I have sent a courier at professional courier collection center at mylapore chennai. It is booked on 24.09.2018 @18.08 pm. It should be delivered by next day. Today, 26.09.2018 till now it has been not yet delivered. It gives me mental torture. It is against violation customer rights. My courier number is maa[protected]. Kindly do the needful legally.                                 Hi,
                                I sent a courier from chennai to lakshmangudi aw no is maa[protected], while accepting they are confirming the pin code of the receiver and accepting the courier.

                                But the receiving courier center located in lakshmangudi (614102) whenever they receive for my location which a village 3 km from their office they are asking us to collect from their office.
                                They are not at all delivering to the address if the receiver belongs to my location they are doing this for everybody this is not fair they charge 52 rs for not delivering to the address.
                                They always says that they don't have delivery persons everytime. Such rude branch we have in (Lakshmangudi branch, thiruvarur dist pin 614102)

                                    I had given a courier of 5.390kg on the 20th of september 2018. I wanted it to reach within 2 days so i asked them to courier it by air, and Rs 900 was taken from me but then the company firstly cheated by couriering it by road and then when asked about it spoke very rudely to us and said they will not get it delieved to the person but then ask the company to send the courier back to us. This is such a bad service. Firstly, they made a fraud towards us and then their rude behavior. They are not willing to even share the status of the courier.

                                      I called professional couriers indore office for my stuff but there was one lady name anjali she replied very rude and she was telling i am getting engry i called two times that's why and that was surprised for me that how she can reply me in customer service i asked her full name but she said i can not say my full name then disconnect the call i am looking for higher authority contact details for complaining

                                      Sent from TPC, Mission Road, Bangalore on 10/09/18. I was told it will reach in 2 days. It took 8 days & recipient had to collect it himself on 17/10/2018 from TPC office in Kerala. It was not delivered to the address I had written on the parcel.
