As per vodafone, they have sent my legal document to my address but it was not delivered as the address that i have mentioned is wrong.
After i gave complaint to vodafone (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/vodafone-india-refund-cheque-not-sent-to-my-h...⇄ they have responded and sent courier via professional courier.
Courier number is HYD70746138 and current status it is showing that it is near my area since past 2 days and not yet delivered.
Do professional courier and vodafone has any tie up, not to legally submit the cheque to customer and return back to vodafone?
As this is legal document, both professional courier and vodafone are responsible for this.
When i called to courier person, Incharge : Mr. Abdul Raouf [protected] . His phone is turned off.
and i have called his manager Mr.VARGHEES [protected], he is not picking up the phone.

Thank you profession courier for your unprofessional service. Neither you have asked my phone number from the receiver, neither attempted to deliver my document.
I have personally took permission from my office and collected my courier by myself.
The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
