On 26th may 2018 i send a courier to trivandrum / kerala from banglore via professional courier (Banglore, malleswaram). On 31st the consignment returned in stolen form (As an empty box). Actually, they not informed about this. I waited for 3 days and made a call to the customer service desk. Only they said the consignment is returned (2 mobile number and 1 telephone number already written outside the box).
While i reached the branch office at noontime, they showed me the empty box with a hole, nothing inside the consignment. The product cost is 800 rs and service charge is 100 rs. I asked for the product cost and service charge. But the lady on the service desk behaves very very badly. She said we can't give the full amount. At last, she agreed to return my money.
On 1st june i went to the same office. The same lady tells me to wait for 10 min. I waited for about 1 hour. This time the lady behave more vulgar. She said they can't return the money. So i said, i will file a case to consumer court. She gives me a smile and kindly said: "go and do that".
Am so insulted, and never expect this. I complain about this to indian consumer support via online. For the first one week, someone from consumer support calls me promising. Now 3 months later no news from the professional courier or from consumer support. I need my money back with a compensation of 5 lakh. Because of this, i lost a business deal worth 5 lakh.
The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
