I am supposed to get a parcel from Bangalore shipped on 19th June but till now I have not received it. I stay in Jorhat and the last update is for 21st June and it says received at Guwahati but they still have not despatched it and today is the 7th of July. I called the Guwahati branch and they said they'll get back to me but they never did. I called them again but they keep hanging up my calls. I emailed the head office to look into the matter. They directed the Guwahati branch to send the parcel urgently but after one day, my tracking details are not showing on their website. This seems so suspicious to me now. I asked the head office again but no response from their end now. Tracking number is HRD74729290. Please help as it contains my baby's stuff 🙏

Sir, i am a regular user of professional courier[protected]. I sent a letter document to my brother's son mr. R. Narasimhan to hyderabad miyapur. It has not been deliver till now.[protected] time 6.56pm.

I am put into great difficulty now. Please advise me when it will get delivered.

I have to get parcel from hyderabad it is a food parcel. I have clearly mentioned the address in jaipur. Every day i am tracking where the parcel is they have dispatched to a different city. After making many calls and spending many days. After 10 days i received call stating that it is in no service area come and collect in courier office. Bloody cheaters i wanna sue on this professional courier it is not professional courier it is unprofessional courier. Now i came to know any ways brand is brand. Dear friends go with dtdc or some other. I faced many problems still i didn't receive my parcel. They are saying that to come and collect parcel or else they will return it to from address. They are very unprofessional and bloody # people.

I sent one packet containing urgent required medicines & other eatables addressed to my daughter soneeta das, house no 2, vinyas residency, jp nagar, bangalore-560078 with complete address on 24/6/2018 through professional courier, baripada no-bar138921. It was assured that delivery should be made latest by 27/6/2018 or possitively on 28/6/2018-thurse day. But to my utter surprise the packet kept at bhubaneswar till 28/6/18 and sent to visakhapatnam for which delivery become uncertain. I express my deep discontentment for such carelessness of the courier company. Suahanta kumar das-mobile no-[protected].

My consignment note number hyd66912132 consisting of one important official letter was booked at aramghar, hyderabad 500052 and was to be delivered to tirumghery, hyderabad 500015. the parcel has reached tirumulghery, secunderabad but they are not taking any action to delivery the parcel inspite of reminding them every day at their tirmulghery no.[protected]. their behaviour is also very rude.

Very frustating to note the complaint is not given importance even after 4 months of missing or stolen notified. Let us know the next level of escalation. It is very clear that the kgs submitted and kgs delivered doesnt match. Which means someone in between has stealed the antiques. Can i get a escalation contact to whom this can be escalated pls?

A typical middle class people trust organization such as yours and this is very disappointing

I had a courier from kodaikanal delivered to me this afternoon around 1pm. The contents includes 5 ltrs of honey (4 bottles of 1.25ltrs) and two bottles of aloe vera gel. The courier was sent on 26th june 2018. When the courier boy delivered the package he asked us to open the package as soon as possible as it seemed to be damaged. It was really shocking to see that the lids of two honey bottles were slit in the top and all the honey were overflowing. Also one of the aloe vera bottles went missing and the other one with a broken seal and spilt gel. It's obvious that the courier people had opened the package to see what the contents were. I completely trust the store from which i had brought the consumables as i had been getting them for years. The professional couriers says that it would have happened only during packing or unpacking (To be noted that the courier boy gave us saying it as damaged and also i don't think courier shops take in damaged packages). So there is no chance of mistake from our side. The weight of the package is 6.1kg and the bill ref number is kod1192387

This to complain that my courier was delivered from rajkot to meerut on 5 june and it had to be delivered within 4 5 days but i still haven't received it. The officials are saying that it had been lost but it is very important business product
Please it is very urgent... Help me do as soon as possible

The courier was booked on 19th of June at 07:05 PM from Coimbatore to Hyderabad. The courier received Hyderabad on 21st of June i.e, Thursday. Till 27th June 1:30 PM, I didn't get any of the update on delivery when I'm out of place for personal reasons, the delivery person came and returned back. When I ask them to come by tomorrow they were neglect to deliver the parcel though the mistake is from your side by delaying to deliver it for the. Also ask me to come and collect the parcel. I'm new to the place and also I don't know the route then How could I go and get it?? We are using the service for emergency purpose, Is it the way to response the customer?? Please help me to get the parcel ASAP which is most important. Please find attached receipt of booking.

I received a courier with consignment no:blr[protected] from bangalore. They didnot even called me and bothered to ask where i am located. They send me a message stating that i live in a area of no service.
In the evening they called me to come and collect the courier since it is no service area.
For the past one year i stay in this area which is very near to a famous resort. It is very easy to find my house since i stay near the resort.
When i queswtioned about no service area the woman who spoke to me gave the phone to the another lady called sangeetha. Both of them responded in very irresponsible way, coerced me and told me that they would send back the courier.
Having used professional couriers for many many years i am very disappointed. I have experienced this only in tiruvannamalai branch.
Why do they lie to me that this is not service area? Kindly answer me. I am feeling very disapppointed with your staffs. They spoke to me very impolitely.

I didn't receive my parcel.It was dispatched on june 9th and till now not delivered. It was in kukatpally since 3days and they disnt even bother to deliver. I called them many times but they were not answering.They cut my call if i call them back. They disnt even bother to track my parcel. I courier the package on 11/06/2018 its being week and above but still my package is not delivered. Also the attended there in sasane nagar, hadpasar office is very rude. I am calling them everyday but till they have not delivered my package.

They are so irresponsible that they don't even care to give rubbish replies.

In one word we have to say very un-professional courier. Not first time. Even after continues follow up and begging the tirumalgiri, secunderabad branch people, they not bother and delivered the parcel (airway bill no: maa[protected] till to-day (8pm).

Why higher officials of this organisation is not taking any action, and resolve the issues.

If any issues, in providing good service, should have been declare at the time of booking. Because of this issue, our company has incurred heavy loss, we want explanation and reimburse the loss.

We applied atm card from axis bank two weeks before... It came to my home on jume 12th, 18. As we are working in software company, we are not in home.. The courier man didn't give any prior call to us. Then june 13th i got a message like your courier is hold due to door lock.. Then i checked with the courier by using the number mentioned in the mesage. Even though we are following with the courier for two days (June 13th and 14th), suddenly...

My parcel has been in the edappally professional courier office since saturday. I got the information from them that the courier had reached on saturday at 11 am itself. Since my house was within 2 km radius, i requested them to deliver on that day itself. They didn't do that. On monday, when they called up, i informed them to send it to me quickly since there had already been delay on saturday. The staff then threatened me that he would give me my courier only by 4 pm that day instead of 1 pm since i had complained. That a courier company staff has the audacity to threaten a customer that they will consciously delay the delivery of the package is completely professional and unethical.

Today i received my package at my office address and when i opened 1 item is missing from the package..
how irresponsible staf[censored] having..

they stole the product and they delivered to my office security guard.. even he did not asked for the signature...

o would request you to please delived my missing package to my office address.

Today my father want me to track one courier detail. I look at online and saw that the courier dispatch for bikaner at 1st june but never update after that todat is 14th june. I called in bikaner office at no. [protected]. I told about my situation but he never listen complitely and said i dont know and cut my call. I call him back and told why you cut my call. He said i dont have time to listen ur words and he cut again. I called him 5 more time he cut my call. Finaaly he attend my called and said never call me back. Even he never listen tracking no. This is the way to talk with any customer. I am in delhi right now. I cannot go to his office. This is not a way to respond anything.

My parcel not yet received. It's in there office since 7 days. Very unprofessional service at miyapur professional courier. My tracking number is srt[protected]. They are not delivering my parcel even on calling them many times. Not receiving calls also. Owner is very irresponsible. What's the use if they are not able to deliver even 1km far away address

What bloody employees you people are maintaining first change the staff other wise you people are going to get destroyed yourself. Mr. Harish (Kr puraam) who is handling kr puram has called me on 1st june for delivering the product still my consignment hasn't delivered yet. Please make the product delivered. Requesting the higher authority to make my consignment delivered.
