I buy the diamond for rs 80 from Garena freefire my money has been deducted but didn't get any diamond till yet. My transaction through SBI online ref no-IGAJESMWC5 on dated 16Aug 2020.If it will not be possible to get the diamond from Garena freefire then pls return to my SBI account

Updated by Ratnadeep Nath my payment has been deducted from my account for buying UC of 799.00 for the game PUBG mobile. please fix this issue.
Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 7 august 2020 at 2pm via internet banking. Costing rs. 799 for uc credit of 660.
My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.
Customer care centres are unreachable.
