Deducted money but not getting diamond

Amount not refunded in account

I had made a payment of 800 rupees through axis bank but the payment was declined from from freefire and it was successful from axis bank to ur account the refrence id is[protected] looking for refund...

While playing PUBG I have purchased UC for Rupees 420 through google play, which has been debited from my Account and still the purchase was shown declined. I haven't received the UC till now. What should I do to get it refunded or to get the product for what I have paid. The payment gate was "Timesofmoney"...

Did not get my refund

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 7 august 2020 at 2pm via internet banking. Costing rs. 799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Unauthorized money transactions
