    I had purchased Special offer bundles pack of Rs 95.00 in freefire my money got deducted from my bank account but I didn't got any rewards /my bundle.I want my 95.00 rs refund in my bank account as soon as possible.

        I buy the diamond for rs 80 from Garena freefire my money has been deducted but didn't get any diamond till yet. My transaction through SBI online ref no-IGAJESMWC5 on dated 16Aug 2020.If it will not be possible to get the diamond from Garena freefire then pls return to my SBI account

                While playing PUBG I have purchased UC for Rupees 420 through google play, which has been debited from my Account and still the purchase was shown declined. I haven't received the UC till now. What should I do to get it refunded or to get the product for what I have paid. The payment gate was "Timesofmoney"

                                Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 7 august 2020 at 2pm via internet banking. Costing rs. 799 for uc credit of 660.

                                My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                                Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                                Customer care centres are unreachable.

                                Could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account.
