I bought 600 uc in pubg game for 799rs. The money is debited from my account but uc is not credited. I contacted pubg customer service they told to check payment gateway company. Plz help to get my money back. I attach my pubg profile and bank statement to this complait.

                        Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 17 may 2020 at 04:32pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799.00 for uc credit of 600.00

                        My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
                        Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                        Customer care centres are also unreachable.

                        Beneficiary - times of money ltd

                        Could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account or else i'll have to complain against you for fraud.

                                      As for my brother's birthday i planned to gift him a royal pass of pubg mobile, i went under the add uc section and bought the 600uc one. Later on after the loading was gone i saw there's not even a single uc. I jumped straight into the yonosbi app and saw that balance was deducted, i waited for 2hrs and yet didn't received any uc. Please help me either send me my money back or send uc to my brother's pubg account.
